Chapter 3 - The Evolution Monarch

"Teleport sector capital" A 30-second timer appears. (<30>)..... (<20>)..... (<12>)... (<3>)..... (<2>).. (<1>). A small old medieval Gate suddenly appears and Ark walks through it.() Ark suddenly is back to where he was first teleported. Carriages zoom past the gravel road leaving a field of dust in the air. The clouds turn grey Rain starts to fall.. Following loud bursts of thunder. Ark then Begins to walk to the Hunters Market. Suddenly someone Rushes past Ark with a cloak on. Ark looks behind him only to notice that the player had taken the pouch that he had placed his Slime drops in. Ark bolts off as quick as lightning following the perpetrator. Then the player notices Ark is after him and Dashes to his left down an Old sketchy alleyway. As soon as Ark turns into the alleyway the perpetrator has vanished.

Ark slowly walks down the alleyway the sound of the gravel road crunch between Ark's shoes. Ark finally gets to an opening in the alleyway. "Hello sir, would you like to shop for some items?" a Shady man wearing a ripped black cloak covering his face and a shady stand saying "market" π‘Šβ„Žπ‘Žπ‘‘ π‘‘β„Žπ‘’ β„Žπ‘’π‘™π‘™.... π‘‘β„Žπ‘–π‘  𝑖𝑠 π‘ β„Žπ‘Žπ‘‘π‘¦ π‘Žπ‘  β„Žπ‘’π‘™π‘™, 𝐼 π‘šπ‘’π‘Žπ‘› β„Žπ‘’ π‘šπ‘Žπ‘¦ β„Žπ‘Žπ‘£π‘’ π‘ π‘œπ‘šπ‘’ π‘‘π‘–π‘Ÿπ‘‘ π‘β„Žπ‘’π‘Žπ‘ π‘–π‘‘π‘’π‘šπ‘  π‘ π‘œ.... π‘ π‘’π‘Ÿπ‘’. Ark walks up to the Shady man. Ark walks up to the man And browses his shop and notices an item () [Price: Free] [Purchase? Ark frantically presses the purchase button. "Thank you for your purchase, please read the description of the key to figure out how to use it," the man says then suddenly disappears into dust. "What the fuck!? Where the hell did he just go!?" Ark is completely freaked out! He looks around the alleyway for the man but is unable to find him. π‘€π‘Žπ‘¦π‘π‘’... β„Žπ‘’ 𝑗𝑒𝑠𝑑 π‘‘π‘’π‘™π‘’π‘π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘‘π‘’π‘‘ π‘π‘’π‘“π‘œπ‘Ÿπ‘’ 𝐼 π‘π‘œπ‘’π‘™π‘‘ 𝑠𝑒𝑒?..... π‘¦π‘’π‘Žβ„Ž π‘‘β„Žπ‘Žπ‘‘'𝑠 𝑑𝑒𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑖𝑑𝑒𝑙𝑦 𝑖𝑑! Ark is scared trying to convince himself that the man in front of him didn't just vanish into dust.

Ark then opens his inventory and reads the description of the key… " () To use this key say the following words "Monarch Evolution System key gate open" description: 𝑹𝑬𝑫𝑨π‘ͺ𝑻𝑬𝑫" The key looks like a skeleton key, it was very thin yet curvy it looked to be made out of stone and on the handle of the key was a skull with gems surrounding it. Ark looks up into the thundering clouds, His face wore a wide grin. His face and hair slowly getting soaked, ark then repeats the words he was told to say to activate the Monarch key. "Monarch Evolution System key gate open" Arks smile grows wider as he blurts out that sentence. The Alleyway transforms into a huge Coliseum with huge knight-like statues surrounding the walls, each one of them holding a huge torch. Right across Ark on the other side of the huge goliath of a room is a colossal-sized statue sitting on a throne. 𝐷- 𝐷𝑖𝑑 π‘‡β„Žπ‘’, π‘‘β„Žπ‘’ 𝑒𝑦𝑒𝑠… π‘‡β„Žπ‘’ 𝑒𝑦𝑒𝑠 π‘œπ‘“ π‘‘β„Žπ‘’ π‘ π‘‘π‘Žπ‘‘π‘’π‘’ π‘šπ‘œπ‘£π‘’ π‘‘π‘œπ‘€π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘‘π‘  π‘šπ‘’.....? Ark's face fades into terror. () () () () () A Emergency status box pops up in the corner of Ark's eye "γ€–EMERGENCY QUEST WINDOW CURRENT OBJECTIVE: Get To the gate behind the monarch before your HP reaches zero..γ€—Ark falls to his knees in despair he is unable to stop shaking. He is barely able to get up off his knees and walk properly. Still shaking Ark dashes for the Other side of the Coliseum. Suddenly One one of the knight-like statues starts to crack, suddenly all the stone on the statue crumbles and falls onto the floor, () A huge knight figure holding a sword starts to rush towards Ark. Ark suddenly gets a boost of adrenaline. The knight Servant rushed toward Ark faster than ark could run. πΎπ‘›π‘–π‘”β„Žπ‘‘π‘  β„Žπ‘Žπ‘£π‘’ π‘Ž 𝑏𝑙𝑖𝑛𝑑 π‘ π‘π‘œπ‘‘ π‘œπ‘› π‘‘β„Žπ‘’π‘–π‘Ÿ π‘œπ‘› π‘‘β„Žπ‘’π‘–π‘Ÿ π‘Žπ‘Ÿπ‘šπ‘  π‘Žπ‘›π‘‘ 𝑖𝑛 𝑏𝑒𝑑𝑀𝑒𝑒𝑛 π‘‘β„Žπ‘’π‘–π‘Ÿ 𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑠 π‘ π‘œ 𝑖𝑓 𝐼 π‘π‘Žπ‘› π‘‘π‘œπ‘‘π‘”π‘’ 𝑏𝑒𝑑𝑀𝑒𝑒𝑛 𝑖𝑑𝑠 𝑙𝑒𝑔𝑠 𝐼 π‘€π‘œπ‘’π‘™π‘‘ 𝑏𝑒 𝑓𝑖𝑛𝑒. The knight approached swiftly, As soon as the knight was in reach it swung its sword in the direct path of Ark. It was obvious it knew how to use a sword. Right before The knight's sword Slashes Ark in two ark dodges right in between its legs and clings on to its left leg. The knight looks confused, Ark slowly climbs up its leg. The knight Shaking its leg vigorously Is at a loss; it looks very confused and does not know what to do. As soon As ark Climbs to the knight's chest section, The knight inverts its sword and starts to stab itself in hopes to kill Ark."-34 -25 -23" the Knight was well aware of what it was doing but its simple brain was unable to come up with a better solution To kill ark. Ark grabs onto the knight's neck and starts to climb up, Fwoosh' "-24 health" the knight's sword digs right into the side of arks chest the knight carves a medium sized chunk out of arks chest not enough to kill him but just enough to effect his movement. The bloody chunk of meat that the knight carved out of Ark was stuck to The knight's sword. The knight swings its sword in hopes the chunk of meat would fall off his sword. The sound of fresh bloody meat squishing against the floor can be heard throughout the coliseum. "HOLY SHIT THAT HURT '' ark begins to cough up blood, He suddenly has flashbacks to the other day before he was hospitalized when the men at the gas station beat him up and stole his lottery ticket. Ark gets a sudden urge of adrenalin again. He crawls up the neck of the knight and begins to stab it repetitively. [Level up!] [Congrats on reaching level: 1!] [rewards: Skill Decoy "be able to place a fake version yourself that is within your sight this skill is only used for a decoy and can't move or damage enemies!] [all wounds and HP recovered!] "DECOY!" Ark places a decoy where the monarch is, The knight's simple brain confuses Ark's decoy for the real Ark. The knight dashes towards the decoy. "π™€π™‰π™Šπ™π™‚π™ƒ!" the monarch begins to stand up, as the monarch gets out of its throne The coliseum Rumbles with terror and despair. "PREPARE FOR DEATH!" The monarch screeches, then its eyes grow a dark and terrifying red.
