"She died. You know who killed her? It was you! You said you will protect her, but was unable to do anything... She died because you were week."

"Haaaha, it was dream..."
Again, that same nightmare. I always get these nightmares so I am used to it now, but I still want them to stop.
"Maybe I'll go for a walk."

It's been 2 weeks since I arrived here, The Royal Capital. A lot happened, I saved a princess, help a shopkeeper to pay his debts, then I booked an inn for living, obviously I was not going to sleep on a tree. And few days ago, when I was on a hunt after my daily training, I spotted a hideout of demon near forest.
I was going to the location of the hideout to keep an eye on demons. I was curious to know how they entered in the forest. I have the of of this world quite a few times and I know that the country of where demons live is around 5,000 miles away in the east. It's not easy for anyone to travel that much distance, and even if they do their is no way that they can enter into the kingdom without being noticed. Or if it's because someone from inside is helping them... Well for now, I will just watch and see how things go on. There is no point of me getting involved in these inside affairs.
I arrived at the destination where the hideout was. I putted my hands in pocket, hide behind a tree using invisibility and examine the surrounding. There was a cave in which demons were hiding. Well there was no way anyone can spot them as the cave was protect with illusion magic which hides it and tricks the spectators eyes by showing that there is nothing but rocks.
I saw a demon coming out of entrance followed by
his subordinates.
"Hey don't forgot to disguise yourself before you enter the city."
"Oh yeah, I totally forgot it."
There were 10 of them. They all used an artifact that turn them into a humans or they make them look like humans.
'It seems like they are well-prepared. Breaking into the territory, magic artifacts, a somewhat unsuspicious location in the forest with a cave... somebody sure is helping them, someone who has a lot of knowledge about current affairs.'
The demons were not moving, it seemed to be that they are waiting for someone. After waiting for a while, I noticed a figure from afar approaching demons. It was a man in a black dress covering his face with a hoody. He was surly a human cause I can sense it.
The disguised man look around as if to make sure no one saw him.
'Hey, I see you.'
"All the preparations are done and the way is clear too. Today, be sure to killed each and every members of that Royal family."
"Leave it to us."
With that man handover few artifacts to demons and then followed the same path he came from.
'Hmm, it seems like Royal family is being target bit too much... Ah?'
Suddenly I felt a strong presence. Then I noticed a group of knights rushing towards the direction of the cave. I sensed divinity from a person who seemed to be leading the group. He was a young guy with red hairs, and have a confident look on face. This guy would be surely popular.
"Don't let anyone escape!"
"Yes Commander!"
"Haaaaaaahhhh"
He ordered his men to attack demons. There were 20 knights and 10 demons, normally demons are stronger than an average humans. A demon has a strength equal to that of 10 men, but knights were trained compare to an average person. And also there was red hairs(AN: Name given by Allan to refer Commander of the knights) seem to have divinity also was there. If one can use divine knowledge properly, killing hundreds of demons on their own wouldn't impossible for them.
"Commender, they seems to be strong."
"You all surround the area, I will finish them myself."
"Yes, sir."
Knights surrounded demons as red hairs rushed towards them.
"You punny humans, I'm gonna crush you!"
"Heh, I don't think so."
𝙎𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙃𝙃𝙃𝙃𝙃𝙃
With a single blow from his sword, red hairs cutted down demon into half. He was surely strong and seems to be well-experienced in swordsmanship.
Watching this a demon rush towards red hairs.
"You bastard, how dare you! I am going to kill-"
If he could finish his head fell down on the ground. Red hairs killed him within a sec.
"You! Everyone, Attack Him At Once! Let's take revenge for our friends."
"Alright, then die."
All Demons rushed towards red hairs. But before they can do anything, they were all cutted down by him. They can't even react as it was so fast.
'Impressive...'
Not only that he was a good swordsman, he also has divinity and knows how to use it properly too. I can see it clearly that he used his divine power to enhance his body which increased his reflexes, strength and other physical abilities. But, everything comes with a price.
"Huha huha huha huha...Tsk, seems like I used a lot of mana."
"Sir, are you alright?"
"I have used a too much magic power. Hurry, and bring me magic restoration potions!"
"Y-Yes, sir."
"Hmm, seems like show is over. I should head back now."
I took out my hands from pocket, checked the time in my wrist watch and headed back.

"Hm?"
"Sir, is there something?"
"I just sensed someone behind that tree. You check the cave, I am going to confirm if someone was there or not."
"Yes, sir."
"Hm... No one seems to be here. Maybe it was my misconception. Huh, what is that?"
"Heh, maybe I was right. Someone was watching us. Whoever they were, I am sure they are with demons. Maybe they can be the traitor who is leaking the information of The Kingdom."
"The guy which this belongs to will surely gonna regret for dropping it."
Holding it in his hands, he smiled.

Next day...
"Wauaaah haah... Didn't got the sleep last night. Maybe I should go a do some training, maybe then I feel a bit energetic... Hm, what's going on there?"
As I was walking in the street, I noticed few knights standing in the front of the crowd at a few distance. I started to approach them to see what's going.
"As I said sir, we have already paid the right amount of tax. So why should we pay you more."
"Huh, are you defying us? Us, the Royal Knights. For your information, we got the orders to take tax from you all, cause you have not payed the right sum."
'Oh, it seems like they are a bunch of corrupt officers, using advantage of there positions.'
I sighed.
"Look we know you guys are asking for money to fulfill your own deeds. You corrupt people always do that. We are not giving you a single penni."
"Yeah, we are not.
Crowd fight backed, but.
"You all, how dare you to insult us. You are going to pay for that."
Knight pushed the man who seems was arguing with him and he fell on the ground on hi butt.
Then knight took out a whip and smiled at the man.
"Now, you will be punished."

A stone hit chest plate of knight which was thrown by a little boy.
"Don't you dare to hit my father, you bad man."
"You got a big mouth kid, didn't you? Maybe I should teach you some manners."
"Son!"
Knight used whip on the kid, his father jumped in between to protect him.
'Seriously, they are pathetic.' I sighed. Then,
I rushed towards the man and just as whip was about to hit him, I grabbed it with my hand.
"!"
"What!? Hey don't get in the way."
"Don't you think that it bit too much."
"Huh, we are doing our job. Now get or else."
Knight tried to punch me but I grabbed him and slammed him on the ground.
"Aauggh"
"You little brat."
Watching there comrade beaten, other knights rushed towards me.
"You are way too young to call someone like me, a brat."
They tried to attack me, but I punched them all and send them flying. I didn't hit too hard so that they didn't lose there consciousness. It would be problem if I left them like that in the middle of the street.
"You, why are you hitting us? Don't you see, we are just asking them to pay us for the protecting them."
"Don't you get paid for that from the kingdom? I mean, you are the knights aren't you? You guys are really trash, maybe this Kingdom does look over the things properly... What a shame."
"Huh, how can you say something like that? Ah, now I get. You most be someone from Lufi Empire, aren't you."
"For cry out loud."
"Hey, what's going on here?"
Suddenly a voice cane from behind.
I have already sensed he was around, but it took a lot of time to notice this fuss.
"Ah, commander Neulon. This guy here, he attacked us."
It was Neulon or to say red hairs. He turned to me. With a smile on his face, he said.
"Oh, you got enough courage to lay a hand on my knights? Do you know what this means?"
"I just did what was right."
"Sir, he is not even from here, he must be from Lufi."
Knight shouted. Bloody lier,
"Hm, so you are from Lufi Empire... Ah, then I have something to ask you."
"What is it?"
Red hairs take out something from his pocket and present in front of me. 'What the!?'
"!"
"Do you recognize this thing? Is this necklace yours?"
It was the necklace that I always carry with me. But how did he get it. Don't tell me that I actually dropped it. When? Ah, back then when I was in the forest, near the cave of demon's hideout... I should have dropped it there, he must have found it. But why is he asking about it?
"Yeah, this necklace belongs to me. It would be nice of you if you return it."
"So it is 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘴. Sorry then I have to arrest you."
"Huh?"
Ah, now I understand. He thought that this necklace which he found near cave, would belongs to an enemy. And since it belongs to me, he think that I am also enemy... What should I do? I can easily escape, but if did then they will surely mark me as a villain and I can't afford that. Maybe I should go with flow.
He walked towards me and then instantly appear right behind, and handcuffed me.
"You!?"
He was surprised surly by what I did but he didn't say anything.
"Hey, take him."

Who is this guy? The moment I approached from behind to capture him, from the side of eyes he watched me and smiled...
This guy can surely prevent himself from being handcuffed but he didn't. Just what is he thinking? I have to find out.
