Teren had reached the second mansion and just jumped onto the top floor with all he got, running vertically onto the wall before managing to hook his hand onto the broken wall.
But, of course, he saw Kenavie so he didn't waste his time as he pulled himself upward, kicking her away.
Swoosh*
But he just hit the empty air.
"We meet again, the third time."
Kenavie said with a serious face as she hold her neck that was gripped tight by Teren earlier.
"I would've been back much sooner if I could."
Teren answered as he glanced at the Oldren's body on the bed.
Kenavie signaled her people to wait as she herself was wary of Teren. Meanwhile, Teren was wary of her too. He only caught her off-guarded earlier because she must've been confident she wouldn't be seen.
"Why did you come back? For the corpse?"
Kenavie glanced at Oldren's body too, following Teren's line of eyesight.
"You didn't do anything to him?"
