Marching out of the door, I place my coat on and towards Frank who is waiting near the beginning of the staircase.
"How has it happened?"
"It's better if you were to talk to them directly, Master Elian. It appears to be a grave case. They are terribly shaken up and can barely relax their shoulders."
"Well, then I'd better take on this immediately."
