Her entire being hurt.
Hurt to a point where she felt like screaming out so that everyone around her could hear it. She wanted to find the source of the pain and end it but she couldn't. Right now, she was trapped in a box of darkness and she wasn't sure how to get out. She couldn't breathe nor could she find a source of light.
"Mother!" she called out, "Father!" she yelled as she tried to get out but she was greeted by silence as she listened. No, she needed help, she needed to get out of there but for some odd reason she couldn't and it petrified her. "Elizabeth!" she tried again, hoping her best friend would at least be here.
