Aamon closed his eyes waiting for the force and pain but when he woke up… it felt as though he was laying on a soft surface. One that felt incredible and comfortable.
"Hey there, look who is up, you finally woke up baby." He heard and turned to see his mother come into his room with a wide smile. Her skin glowed brightly and she smelt of home. He felt himself being lifted off the bed and brought into her embrace. Her hands went through his hair and she used her other hand to rub his back.
"How was your sleep?" he heard her ask and for a moment, he didn't want to answer her as he felt himself falling back to sleep from the way she rubbed him. "I had a weird dream mama, one where everything was just so different." He whispered and she cooed at him. "Don't worry baby, you are wide awake and safe with me and everyone else."
