After searching for a while, Allan found some players in the forums complaining about the title.
As Allan thought the condition to obtain the Unlucky title is to have bad luck but after investigating a little, he realized that it was only one of the conditions, based on the people who had the title there were four requirements to it:
1 The player has to have bad luck inside the game
This one was easy, after all, there are a lot of players in the game, and it was inevitable that some of them would have a little bad luck at a certain moment.
2 The situation has to be outside of the control of the player
This was a little more difficult, it means that the unlucky event couldn't happen because of the player.
For example, the player that was arguing with the old lady in the tailor shop was arrested by the guards, the same as Allan, the reason that Allan met the condition and the player did not, was that being arrested was a consequence of his own actions.
Contrary to that, Allan didn't make the ruckus that make him to be arrested and he didn't know that the guards were coming to the inn. He simply was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
3 The event has to take place in a few hours from the moment the player starts the game for the first time… maybe.
All the players who acquired the Unlucky title were newbies that entered the game shortly after gaining the title, still, there were too few people in the game and a lot of possibilities have not been explored so is possible that this is not an acquisition condition
4. The event has to happen between a player and an NPC
Some players in the forums had suffered before and were bullied by players but they didn't get the title so some of them suspect that the title is false, but the title is real so the conditions have to be met with NPCs.
For a moment Allan thought that the condition was being in Tutorial Island, but there was a player who got the title in the game that didn't do the tutorial. To be fair, that player was almost asking to get the title, who in their sane mind would go, only a few hours after starting the game, to battle in a place where everything was ten times your level (Yeah, he is the bunny guy)
As for the exact time that is included as a requirement of the title, there is not enough information, until now only five players (including Allan) have it.
But that wasn't the problem.
The reason why Allan was upset was because the players, who have the title started talking about the things that happened to them after obtaining the title because of the true effects of the title, which aren't shown in the description.
As it says, an event can be considered lucky or unlucky depending on the people who are there at the moment it happens.
For example, in the game sometimes in the wilderness appear rare monsters, these monsters are different from the others, they appear very rarely and drop a lot of expensive loot, but they are also stronger than normal monsters.
If a special monster shows itself to a higher-level player is a blessing, but if it happens to a lower-level player all you would get is a quick death.
In the forums the unlucky players suffer like that, the unlucky title makes that events like that occur to you, of course, you being the lower-level player.
One player said that in the fields outside a town in the game (outside Tutorial Island) saw a carriage being attacked by bandits and was killed by them. That carriage housed a merchant and some players who were nearby killed the bandits thinking it was a quest and were handsomely recompensed.
Another said, he was on a quest to get herbs when he saw a strange mushroom, when he tried to pick it, the player was attacked by a monster guarding it. It was an ingredient for high-level potions that is very expensive.
When the player returned to the place to try again the monster had been defeated and the mushroom was gone.
The title was a curse by which the game mocks you in every way possible.
In addition, there is a Lucky title with the opposite effect, and worse was that the players who have it were showing off their luck. Not only the unlucky players but even normal players in the forums were also pissed off by these guys.
The only good side of this is that the title only seems to be in effect outside of the towns and these events only happen rarely once time in a while.
Even so, the players have been complaining to the company about this for days, but they have not received a response at all.
In the first place, each player only can have an account that can't be deleted, so if the company refuses to act, even if the players complain it would do nothing.
With an exasperated expression, Allan went to bed to sleep a bit, there aren't a lot of things to do here anyway.
Still, the title doesn't change Allan's plans in the slightest, even if you have a bit of bad luck from time to time.
"After going out I'm going to find a sword and quiet place where I can practice which the book said" said Allan while he closed his eyes, after all, he hadn't had a good sleep tonight.
"If I remember correctly after going out, I will be about twelve hours in the game, How quickly the time flies, even if I stay half of that time in pris… Wait! Half? SHIT!!!"
Allan's eyes were quickly snapped open, he gets up from the bed and looked at the countdown, his face becoming paler with each second passing.
"If I stay here six hours then I … that title. Oh no…! Nononono!"
Allan got up from the bed a ran towards the cell bars, which he graved a yelled
"EHH, there is somebody, I am innocent!!! Get me out of here!!!!"
"Hahaha! The boy is right I am innocent too!!"
"Hey I didn't do it, get me out of here"
"All is a misunderstanding, I don't know how these coins went to my pocket, someone put it on me. It was a trap!!!"
The surrounding inmates started to scream joining Allan in his complaints, needless to say that they were ignored.
In his cell, hearing all the screams around, Allan knew it was futile, nobody would come, and nobody would be helping him to get out there. Looking at the clock which was ticking down his way to zero Allan only could think one thing.
