Elmira's pov
Something woke me up this morning ugh! It's the alarm clock, I checked the clock and it was 7am, i stretched out my hands to turn off the alarm clock, I got up on my feet so I won't be late for work, I hurry into the shower and then dress up in a black top and a pair of jeans, and my black leather jacket. you might not be rich Elmira but at least you have decent clothing thanks to your best friend, when I was done I put my hair up in a ponytail and head towards the kitchen and a very delicious aroma hits me, walking in the kitchen I see my grandma making breakfast with a smile on her face "good morning grandma" I kiss her on her cheek and help her with the plates
"Good morning Elly how are you doing" my grandma calls me Elly, her nickname for me since I was a child I live with my grandma ever since I lost my parents when I was twelve years old my grandma managed to work and send me to highschool and she started having heart complications, I never let her work anymore ever since she had a heart attack a few days after my graduation from high school, I had to work hard so I can pay the bills and rent and Grandma's medication, and I never thought about going to college "I'm good grandma, how are you feeling?"
"I'm ok Elly dear, there's no need to worry" after we finish breakfast I clear up the plates grab my cross bag and head to work I have to catch the bus to get to magaritta's café-my work place-as it was close to the rich areas of new York,the bus stops five blocks from the café, looking at the time it was already 8 oh shit! I'm late I run towards the café getting there five minutes late, i head into the café "morning Sofie"
"Morning el" my best friend Sofia also works in the café, she has a nice blond hair and green emerald eyes, we both work in the café as waitresses and two other people Ryan and Eliza also waitresses and Daniel the cook, i head to the locker room and put my bag down, I take off my leather jacket and drop it on the bag and start my day.
Everything went well,it wasn't as busy as usual "good afternoon, may i help you?" Sitting on the table were two men wearing a business suit which I could tell was expensive, one of them had brown hair a few shades darker than my light brown hair and blue eyes while the other had dark brown hair and brown eyes "we need an espresso and a coffee lattè" the one with brown eyes spoke up while the other kept checking his phone, "it'll be ready in five minutes" five minutes later I went to serve them their coffee and the unimaginable happened,

I spilled coffee on the guy obsessed with his phone OMG!! "I'm so sorry sir I didn't mean to-"
"Are you blind or what?!, can't you see properly!, you've spilled coffee on my suit!" he shouted at me getting the attention of Everyone in the café ugh! I'm so dead
"It's ok we can get it fixed, just calm down" his friend says
"I'm sorry sir it was a mistake and if it's about the suit I can get it dry cleaned, honestly I'm sorry for-"
"Get it dry-cleaned?!, This is an expensive suit that even your salary for six months won't afford!, now get out of my sight! Worthless bitch!" And there goes my short temper worthless bitch? Really? How dare he?
"I apologized to you for ruining your suit isn't that enough?! How dare you call me names?! Who do you think you are?! I'm not going to waste my time on some egocentric jerk like you" asshole!
"Are you stupid? Do you even know who I am?!"
"No, I don't and I don't want to know either, so, if you're finished throwing a tantrum then you can leave"
And just like that he marched out of the café serves you right I could see the blazing fury in his eyes but I wasn't scared one bit I knew how to handle people like him
After the days work is done I leave the café with my best friend going home together
"El i noticed what Happened earlier today...are you okay?"
"Yeah I'm good why?"
"I'm asking because the guy seemed like he was very rich and powerful but you stood your ground and I'm happy about it serves him right"
"I don't care if he's rich or not he's an egoistic asshole! I couldn't care less about him" I scowl
"Yeah. He was kinda hot though" she said smirking
"Like I said Sofie I don't care"
After everything I head home and my grandma had fallen asleep I decided not to wake her up so I showered, dressed in my pijamas and went to bed despite the fact that we live in small apartment we still managed very well, I kept thinking about what happened with that jerk but I decided not to, and let sleep consume me.
