Su stared at Du with intensity, then she shut her eyes and began to count from one to thirty. Doctor Wang had told her that if she thought she was experiencing hallucinations, she should close her eyes and count. Doctor Wang had gone on to say that, if it was a hallucination she was seeing, that it would not be there by the time she reopened her eyes.
Su hoped so-she really did. She could not think of what she had just seen. Su Na blocked her mind and focused on her counting with all her life force.
Xue had been talking to a lady that had come to have a chat with her and was not paying attention to what Su was doing. No one did for that moment.
The only eyes that were on Su, were those of Karina's and she basked in what she was seeing.
