With the way he stared at me, I was ready to show him who was boss. I hated the way he looked at me, maybe he thought that they had given him an unworthy opponent.
[I will show him], I thought.
"So 'Karina'... where shall we have this showdown?", he asked me, allowing a smirk to come to his face this time around.
I looked at him from his head to his feet, rolled my eyes, and said; "Where else? Outside of course. I wouldn't want your screams disturbing our teachers"
"My scream? What do you mean?"
"Yes, boy. Your scream. You will soon find out my meaning", I replied to him as I drifted past him heading to space within the training school grounds.
I could feel his gaze burning into my back as I left him gaping behind me.
I had to remind myself to be cautious and alert. [This boy got to this level somehow], I thought.
I knew that one shouldn't underestimate him.
