Between Athenios, Methios, Zargreus, Leodocus and Arcus fights and squabbles were an ordinary and sometimes unavoidable occurrence but as often as they happened the brothers never let it go on for too long with bad blood between them.
A long time ago a huge argument had been sparked between the elders over a rumour that was spread by their half brother Dionysus during a party. The god of wine was surprisingly very intoxicated and restless so he wanted to incite some drama into what he thought was a dull event. The rumour had been something trivial about Athenios and Methios sharing a concubine and once word got to them they were both heated thinking the other had been insinuating something vulgar had happened between them.
