Alex rubbed his temples and thought of what to do to salvage this situation as much as he can.
"First we have to stop Wonder Woman and Aquaman from going Apeshit on the resistance". Alex spoke crudely but the words expressed his mood right now.
"I need to get back my powers first before we do anything else". Barry objected again with his hand lifted in front of his face like a student asking teacher's position.
"Let's go up". Alex sighed once more and moved up the mansion and onto the roof with a tired face.
It was like he couldn't be asked for this shit anymore.
Barry followed behind quietly and both of them moved to the top of the mansion on the Balcony.
"What are you doing?" Thomas suddenly swooped in like a phantom.
"Aah". Barry jumped a little from fright and patted his chest.
"Can you stop doing that?" He asked in an annoyed manner.
Thomas completely ignored him and kept looking at Alex.
"Going to get him his powers back". Alex pointed at Barry and spoke.
Thomas nodded his head and disappeared from the place.
It's bot like he trusted Alex very much but he could also the faint resemblance Alex had to the young Alexander.
So he decided to hold it for now and see what is what before making a move.
"Now get on the chair". Alex made a chair that was used in the comics for Barry to gain his powers.
It was designed on the Speedforce formula and would help Barry gain his power.
Barry sat down on the chair solemnly and repeated the formula in his mind.
The sky started to turn dark and rainclouds covered the whole sky.
The moon and the stars were hidden and only thick clouds could be seen above.
Lightning started to dance in the clouds. It brought a magnificent and a majestic sight to the viewer.
Barry gulped his saliva when he saw the lightning flashing in the clouds.
Alex also looked at the clouds above and could feel the endless strength inside the clouds.
'Speedforce is truly vast'. He thought in his mind and couldn't help but feel a bit of awe.
The Forces in DC are really too powerful for anyone other than the truly powerful ones.
Alex could feel that he wasn't at the level yet to be able to contend with a whole force on his own.
The Lightning after brewing the clouds for a while and smashed straight on Barry's head.
Barry's stiffened and trembled for a while before he suddenly grew quiet.
There were burn marks on his body that looked horrible to anyone who saw him right now.
Alex smiled because he felt that their experiment was successful and he healed Barry quickly with Avalon.
'Here we go'. He picked Barry up on his shoulder like a sack of Potatoes and took him back tot he Batcave.
He put him back on the stretcher without binding him and sat down on a chair facing the computer to see the situation in the outside world.
Alex looked through the whole web and the classified files in the world to gather all the information that he could.
'This thing is more terrible than I thought. There is not order or law left at all.
The Amazon army and the Atlantian army are already squaring off on the coast of Europe and the resistance is kind of powerless.
Cyborg, Shazam and the others are just barely resisting the onslaught and some of the OG Justice Leaguers aren't even there'. Alex shook his head in frustration when he thought about it.
'If I could just make this whole verse vanish like the plague it is'. He thought but felt powerless because he didn't have this strength right now.
'But will it really disappear if Barry can stop the other Flash by going back in time?' Alex thought with a bit of puzzlement in his head.
'Guess there is only one way to find out'. He thought and got up from the chair.
Alex walked over to the knocked out Barry on the stretcher and slapped him in the face.
"Wake up". He gave another slap to wake him up quickly.
"W-What!" Barry woke up with a startled expression and a red print on his face.
"Wake up already. We have things to do". Alex said and turned away from him.
"Couldn't you use a more gentle approach?" Barry asked with an angry expression when he felt his cheeks sting heavily.
"With the shit you pulled. I am already gentle enough". Alex turned his face towards him and said with squinted eyes.
"Want to experience more gentleness?" He asked with a raised eyebrow.
"No more, it's enough". Barry twitched his lips and quickly waved his hands.
"Good". Alex nodded and continued going on his way.
"Now the two armies of Atlanteans and Amazonians are meeting in Europe. We got to go and stop them.
I will take that up on me and you will try to go back in the past to solve what you started". Alex said and disappeared in a swirl.
"Hmm". Barry nodded his head and tried to run again but he couldn't tun as fast as he was previously.
Alex appeared back in a closed room with a guy bound to some kind of machine with his limbs in an X position.
He had a silver body and looked totally haggard from his face.
"Yo, I am here to get you out". Alex said and waved his hand which unlocked the bindings on Captain Atom.
"W-Who are you?" Captain Atom asked weakly.
He couldn't even lift his head because he couldn't even lift his head from all the draining of his powers.
"Me, I am from an Alternate Reality. Came here by chance and saw this happening". Alex waved his hand and both of them disappeared from the place in a swirl.
"Now rest up. I need to go and save some of the others before we continue this thing". Alex laid him down on a bed in the mansion and disappeared again.
