Synopsis
I am a lucky man. At the same time I am also an unlucky man. I managed to escape the clutches of the soul reaper truck-kun. But after that I was killed by some thugs in black. I think the secret service is on me. Well let's just say I reincarnated to another world of magic and mystery. I was born a noble and raised as a commoner. Yeah I know its complicated. Well no point in crying over spilt milk. I'll just go with the flow. I'll just aim for the highest paying job and live leasurely. Huh? The world is going to end? The Archos are betraying the world? Undead are invading the country? Ugh, fine I'll do my job but I demand a bonus! *** Notes : One or more of the characters may or may not have a bad (depends on personal opinion) background story (depending on your personal opinion / your sexual orientation / fetishes / understanding of the norms of society / eat apples everyday / think that Neil Armstrong is really the first man on moon) which may or may not affect the rest of the story significantly. Consider yourself promptly warned. Beware of fluff. Inspired by Supreme Magus and What do you mean my cute desciples are yanderes?

Chapter 1 - Luck Or Curse?

(Mc POV)

"Don't push yourself too much Mal" my mom said as she ended the call.

Today I'm supposed to get discharged from the hospital.

A few days back I got into an accident where I almost died getting run over by a truck. Classic isekai setting.

Well almost.

Too bad I'm bad ass Truck-kun! You'll have to try again next time! I managed to escape but not without consequences. I broke my arm when I tried to dodge. I'm pretty grateful that I didn't die but I'm not gonna lie, it hurt like hell.

I remember how it happened like it was just yesterday. Not because of the pain but because of how my arm looked. My scapula pierced my fore arm and stuck out as if someone stabbed me in the arm using a bone.

My arm that was bent the wrong way, blood dripping, flesh that was torn.

Woops, almost puked. Again.

i always had a very strong constitution. Wounds that would take days to heal for normal people would take me just a few days, hours if I'm lucky. People might say that I'm lucky to have such an ability but I believe everything has a reason. Maybe I have this sort of constitution because I tend to attract trouble? I don't know.

At least I can go home without any worries now. I went to the main lobby to get discharged formally and settle everything at the counter. It's a good thing that I have insurance or else I would have to work night shifts as well to pay of this bill.

After being holed up for almost a month I feel really sluggish. I guess it just shows how fit I actually was before the accident. Captain of the basketball team, black belt of Silat Gayong and president of the student Council.

What does the last one have to do with being active? Isn't it obvious? I need to walk a lot. The distance between my classroom and the Student Council Office is nothing to scoff at. Normal people would be panting by the time they reach the office but I get there just fine.

I checked everything with the nice nurse at the counter. She was quite cute if I do say so myself. Her cute look toppled off with her bubbly outlook added more charm to her appearance. I'd definitely date her if I were born ten years earlier, maybe even ask for her hand. What? I'm a growing teenager. Even I can dream.

As I was walking out of the main gate to wait for my mom, a black SUV suddenly came speeding from the main road. Whelp nothing to do with me.

"Hurry up! They're gaining on us boys!" shouted the man in the back holding a shot gun. Yes a shotgun.

At first I thought they were part of a film or something but then I heard a loud bang and a "duuushhh". Sorry I don't know what a "duuushhh" sounds to you but it sounded like a duuushhh to me. Or maybe it was a "dooomm". Sorry I didn't pay attention I was too busy trying to breath.

Hmm?

Oohh yeah I forgot to tell you. That guy can't aim for his life.

Ambiance. That's the only word I could use to describe what I'm feeling right now. No feeling hungry, no feeling exhausted, no need to pee. Just pure ambiance and peace. What? I'm a man of culture. It was blissful.

Am I in heaven? Is this what it feels like when you die? Can you take a shit here? Questions with no answers were asked. Well at least the first ones, the latter ones were more of me trying to calm myself down.

A ripping noise could be heard. Screaming, panting, grunting noises. Definitely noises of someone going through labor. I mean I was in a hospital before this. More often that I would prefer, I had to comfort the women who were giving birth but had no husband to do it. What can I say? I'm a gentleman. Well, actually I was just loitering around the hospital, but let's not tell them that.

"It's a healthy boy! Congratulations Mira " a rough voice said.

"Let me see my baby. I want to see my baby" I'm betting 20 bucks that's my mom. Money over reincarnation that's what I say.

"Why is he quiet Nona? Is he okay? Tell me he's okay!"

"Good gods Mira! He's fine. Here, I'll show you. Fosius Alabacious!"

A warm feeling was seeping through my body. I suddenly had the need to pee. Is this a pee spell? Or is it just my body? Anyways, I let it rip. Sorry but not sorry. My bladder is in a critical state. Is this magic? If it is then magic really is convenient. Just a few words and bam! You're wet. Literally.

"He's still quiet Nona! Why isn't he crying?"

Oh yeah babies cry when they're born. I guess I better start bawling.

"Uwekkkkk. Uwekkkkk. Uwekkkkk"

I know it sounds weird but don't blame me it's my first time - oh wait it's my second time being born.

"welcome to the world little Malcom. I --"

Oh I guess my name is Malcom in this life. Let me just --

I fell a sleep. I'm a baby okay, I have baby needs.
