Chereads / Lucrada Chronicles: Hero / Chapter 16 - Aramus #9: The Hunters

Chapter 16 - Aramus #9: The Hunters

The next day after Sydney and the others left the Earth, the world was bombarded with many huge announcements and ordeals. First, Neuron and the rest of Social Justice took control of the United States, and many former heroes and DERAD agents hid. Believing that they were bigger threats, the newly appointed council that Neuron created investigated and reignited an old government project called Project Hunter. It was a project that utilized volunteer soldiers, transforming them into androids capable of fighting against the strongest of heroes. They did this by temporarily copying the heroes' powers and fighting abilities, making them perfect weapons. However, little did they realize the project was shut down because of the corruption of the human mind made each soldier deadly as time passed. However, they thought they could fix the problem by utilizing a hive-mind program to replace the weakness of the human mind. And, for a time, it worked. The hunter went around the United States searching and capturing all the super-powered beings who were on the registration list, including some of the heroes who was apart of Social Justice who were trying stop him. Sadly, they were either imprisoned or killed. And their deaths were covered up by the council to avoid being ridiculed by the people. Unfortunately, they didn't realize that there was a devious plan being set into place, behind their backs.

A week later, it all began. The hunter killed the beloved heroes, Zeus Jr. and Atomic master, on live television when they were unveiling him to the world. Spreading fear everywhere, the hunter gave a speech.

"Pathetic waste… preaching about hope and justice…not realizing they cause more problems than fixing them. It was because of them that the Kaiju invaded. It was because of them that the world was almost destroyed five times. Sad mistaken idiots who have no idea of what to come. The age of heroes will finally come to an end! Today!" He said as the skies filled with exact copies of himself.

It took only days for them to kill most of the heroes who stood up against them. However, as time passed, the influence of the Hunters has spread across the country and continued across the world.

"What happened?" Valkyrie asked as she woke up inside the pod.

"Don't worry. You're safe. Lord Reo Lucrada placed you into this pod to heal your shattered arm. But, while doing that, I discovered something shocking." Kuro explained to her.

"What?"

"While the bonus of being pregnant, you seem to have awakened a power in you, similar to the Jan-gu's. "

"Huh, really, I don't feel any more pow…wait, PREGNANT!" Valkyrie yelled out, which echoed throughout the ship.

"Good, it sounds like Val is up and feeling better. That means she can come with me for some much-needed scouting." Sydney said as she prepared her guns.

"What could you possibly do? Let me go. I'll have a better chance of getting around without any problems." Dynamite said to Reo.

"I think you're mistaken about the situation. I'm not giving anyone orders. She chose to go and scout the world herself. I have other things to handle. Take it up with her." Reo said as he summoned a holographic screen. Pressing a button on the screen, a cabinet appeared beside him. "Here… wear these. Nexus uniforms… made with Caleaxium, these outfits are capable of withstanding anything on in this universe. Along with these weapons, you should be protected against any threat. Now, I'm off." Reo said before he phased through the floor.

"Well, we need to get to the ground and find out what's going on down there," Sydney said as she walked to the cabinet. She opened it and seen a blue and white outfit with two pistols like her guns. "My god, I could kiss him for this." Sydney thought to herself.

Ariana slightly laughed. "Kuro, get us down to the surface, unnoticeable." She said.

"Yes," Kuro said as she started her engines. Almost instantly, Kuro entered the Earth's atmosphere. However, it was filled with drones that notified the Hunters of anything that entered the atmosphere. Luckily, they couldn't detect Kuro due to Kuro's mystical field, making her completely invisible to electronic scanners. As she got closer to the ground, she began to transform into a black SUV and fell to the ground. "Where to first?" Kuro asked.

"That's a good question. Mrs. Satin?" Ariana asks.

"Miss Arden. Can Kuro track all the heroes? We need to find Neuron or Atomic Master to get any information about what's happening."

"Kuro,"

"Yeah, heading to the hero Neuron. But first, I suggest that we stop by Black Inc. to pick up the hero Psyche. She and her child need help escaping from a squad of cyborgs." Kuro said as she summoned a holographic screen in front of everybody.

"Mom! Give me a motorcycle and I'll handle those cyborgs." Talia said. Kuro, then, form a black and red motorcycle out of the floor.

"Talia, here take this as a present. Your very own newborn Shadowcart. Feel free to name her anything you want." Kuro said.

"Shall I suggest you call her Shadow? She is literally capable of moving through shadows."

"Shado? I like it." Talia said as she sat on the motorcycle.

"Shado? I like it." The motorcycle said.

"Well, nice to meet you, Shado. Shall we go out for a test ride." Talia said as she revved up Shado's engine.

"Alllrrriiiight," Shado yelled as they took off toward the back door. Kuro opened the back door and they drove out of the SUV. Luckily, no one was around to see them. Splitting away from the others, Talia made her way towards a secret underground tunnel that led directly to Black Inc. underground basement vault, where Psyche would most likely hide. It was the most secure facility Sentry had.

Meanwhile, Avery arrives at Alpha 6, in front of a large mansion, with Rana and the others. "Welcome to Alpha 6 of my dimension. You'll be safe here from being hunted."

"Yeah, we'll be okay. But, our families and friends won't be." Kate said.

"Yeah, who knows what the Reapers organization might do to them while we're gone." Judy said.

"No need to worry, you three. We have people watching over your families and friends from the shadows. There some of the strongest and stealthiest beings in the omniverse." Mai said as she came out of the mansion.

"Really, who?" Avery asked.

"Some of your cousins and siblings. Speaking of which, Reiji and Kira are downstairs with Reo making something you might like."

"Really!" Avery said before rushing off.

"Woah, I didn't expect that from her." Zara said.

"Yeah, she can act like a spoiled child sometimes. Especially when it comes to Anko." Mai said.

"Well, I can't blame her. Reo and Anko are the most amazing people I've ever met. Just being around them makes things better, exciting and fun. Just imagine what she would've gone through if she hadn't met those two."

"She probably would've been this universe's greatest villain. Someone whose would be a greater threat than Mongo himself."

"Luckily, Jan-gu don't have copies in different universes or dimensions. The omniverse definitely would be in trouble." Mai said as she and Zara walk into the mansion, leaving Rana and the others behind confused.

"Are you four not coming in? It's okay for you to walk around but I wouldn't recommend it since it's your first time in this dimension." Zara said.

"Coming," Rana said before she and the others fooled them. Entering the mansion, the four of them were shocked by the difference in size on the inside from the outside. "Woah, this place is huge. How is that possible?"

"It's kinda complicated to explain it. But, in the simplest terms, we're in a pocket dimension created to serve as a headquarters for Avery."

"But does she need all these rooms?" Kate asked.

"Well, I might've gone overboard when I was making it. I modeled it after the Hikojima mansion after all." Mai said.

"Well, that explains it. If it's anything like that place, you must've prepared for possible visitors and prisoners." Zara said.

"Of course, Avery is this universe's guardian. She'll need a place to keep those villains. Why not in a place that they can't escape from?" Mai said.

"Good point. Going through something like this will drive the sanest person crazy." Zara said.

"So, how will we navigate through it?" Rana asked.

"This dimension is connected to Avery. As long as she doesn't see you as an enemy, you'll be able to navigate it without trouble. Anyway, Avery should've met up with Reo and the others by now. So, let's get going."

Speeding down the halls, Avery ran to the hangar as fast as she could. As she arrived, she immediately felt three overwhelming powers that caused her to buckle to her knee. Soon, she began to struggle to hold herself up. Reo swung his arm backward, creating a barrier around Avery.

"You should really be careful. This much exposure to our powers will knock you unconscious for a day if you're not used to it. Even if you're a Primordial." Reo said as he projected his soul in front of Avery.

"Definitely, didn't know that. Maybe, you should make an instruction manual or a pamphlet about our powers." Avery said as she slowly got up.

"Check your holoband and there should be something in there for you. Not to mention, We're all just a call away." Reo said.

Avery activated her holoband and strolled through it. Sadly, she didn't see what he was talking about. But she did see information about many other universes that she haven't been to before. Then, she saw some information about the Nexus hub station located in her universe. However, it said it was overrun by Lycanthropes.

"Lycanthropes? You mean like werewolves." Avery said.

"Kinda… There are humanoid animals that can survive in darkness. However, some how they were able to turn the Nexus agents stationed there into one of them. Luckily, they were able to close off their base before they could spread to the rest of the Nexus." Reo explained to her.

"Wow, they sound like a huge threat."

"Yeah, they're one of the most dangerous ones. Luckily, they're stuck there in that place where they can't leave." Reo said.

"Huh, so what are you three are doing here?"

"Well, the three of us are building you some tools you might need soon. One of them is a new base located on Earth."

"What? Why there?" Avery asked.

"Well, besides being your home planet, you should have a place where you and your family can have a normal life. Well, as normal as you can be being a primordial. And I think Earth will provide you with that release. Trust me, you'll want it once you start traveling to other universes. They'll make you beg for a normal life." Reo said.

"Uncle, can you focus more? We need to condense the Hydrigenium and Caleaxium together to make the power core. And, Reiji needs help moving it into place. Oh, hey cuz." Kira said.

"Kira! What happened look so much older than the last time I saw you." Avery said shocked.

"Well, we live in two different universes. So, of course, I'll look different. Heck, you're basically the same age as me back in our universe. Maybe you'll find that special man for your there."

"She already has that special person in her life. A Carnaxian. One of the many guardians that was created to be our helpers."

"Oh, so that's your type, Cuz. The super-powered female type." Kira said with a slight grin while looking at Reo and Avery.

"What?" They asked.

"Oh, nothing just thinking on how much mom was right about you two." Kira said as she laughed.

"If she doesn't remind me of Evee, I'll fly into a supernova from the Cralvan universe." Reo thought to himself. "Oh right! Avery, you have five different problems happening right now."

"What?!"

Reo nodded. "Four of them are happening on earth as we speak. But first, Alexia has been kidnapped and will be used for breeding. You need to save her."

Avery immediately flew off towards Farnus at light-speed.

"Do you think she'll destroy them?"

"Definitely… Kira, can you go and back her up if she needs it. Meaning, evacuate the captured women." Reo said.

"Right," Kira said as she opened a portal.

Meanwhile, Avery tries to feel Alexia's power signature. "I leave for one day and she gets captured. Next time I leave for another dimension or universe, I'm bringing her along. Heck, she'll probably enjoy coming along." She thought to herself before speeding up.

Suddenly, she felt something on top her back.

"Hey, Cuz." Kira said telepathically.

"Kira, why are you on my back?"

"Uncle said I should come and evacuate the captured women to somewhere safe."

"Alpha 6?" Avery said.

"Good guess, but I was thinking of a place different from this dimension."

"Huh, make sense. But, where?"

"You'll see!" Kira said as she disappeared.

Arriving at Farnus, Avery slammed into the middle of a city, destroying a couple of buildings around her. She radiates a powerful aura as her eyes glow. Arriving at her location, the Farnusians immediately attacked her with energy blast from their hands. Responding to their attacks, Avery blasts a shockwave of energy.

"You have someone dear to me. I'll be taking her and everyone else you kidnapped." Avery said as she stopped radiating energy. However, her appearance slightly changed. Her eyes turned silver while her hair grew longer and turned black with a white stripe running down the side.

"Kill this woman!" A man yelled as he started blasting her again. Following his lead, the others did the same. However, they didn't realize that the energy blasts weren't doing anything to Avery. She just stood there taking on their attacks.

Avery sighed, and wondered what was happening on Earth right now. Then, she noticed something was flying towards her. She extended her hand and swiped down, slamming it and everyone around her into the ground hard. "Oh, come on… is that really the best you can do? I want a challenge." Avery said with a smile. She, then, lifted her hand, reforming the ground beneath everyone to form restraints.

"Who are you?" One of the soldiers asked as he struggled to move.

"My name is Avery Lucrada. But, you can call me Aramus." Avery answered.

"Aramus, huh. That seems to fit since that's the name of our destroyer." He replied.

"Destroyer, huh? Makes sense. I am capable of destroying your entire planet with a breath. So, calling me a destroyer seems only right. Anyway, I'm here for my daughter and the rest of the women you captured. So, can you please tell me where they are?" Avery asked.

"Never!" He shouts, struggling.

Avery sighs with disappointment. "Okay, you'll be the first to suffer." She said as she grabbed the man by the back of his neck. Instantly, they disappeared and flew all over the planet at hyper speed, slamming into multiple buildings. After twenty minutes, the man was in extreme pain due to his shattered bones that stuck out of his body. "As expected from the counterparts of Yolunda's race, you're very resilient. Too bad you're disgusting bastards that kidnap women from other planets." She thought to herself before burning his body into ash. Then, she continued her rampage on the people and planet until it became ruins.

Arriving through a portal, Rana sees the wreckage of Farnus. Suddenly, she had a splitting headache, and she heard the screams of billions. Soon, she fell to her knees as the screams got louder and louder. As she was about to faint from the pain, she felt a warm, pleasant feeling.

"You shouldn't have come here. Your body reacts to the souls of the dead. And, these have an aura of vengeance surrounding them, making them more potent. Avery sure did a number on these people." Reo said. He then, held out his hand and formed a clear sphere. This sphere slowly absorbed the vengeful souls, making it easier for Rana to recover. "This should help. Now, wait here and I'll gather the rest and look for Avery." He said before taking off into the sky. He, then, threw the sphere forward. "Alright, time for Avery."

"No need, I felt you enter the atmosphere and knew that I was in trouble." Avery said as she appeared in front of Reo.

"What? Why would you be in trouble? All you did was get rid of a troublesome race of beings. Nothing to be worried about. I'm just here to let you know that the Earth needs help dealing with some mega-androids."

"What else is new?" Avery thought to herself. "Alright, I'll head there right now."

"Before that, why don't you try this on?" Reo said as he held out his hand, revealing a metallic box. Avery grabbed the box and opened it, revealing a new outfit. However, this one radiated void energy, unlike her other suits they made for her.

"What's with this suit?" Avery says as she smiles widely.

Meanwhile, back on earth, Sydney and a hundred other heroes are making their way to a deserted island, unknown to anyone except Avery. It's called Argis Island, the home of the Amazons. An island full body full of women known for throughout history as the world's best warriors, who disappeared around the same time as the Atlanteans. But truthfully, they were concealed on the island to protect them from the gods, who hated and wanted to enslave them. And, for millennia, they've remained there in secret.

"Ladies and gentlemen, we'll be arriving at Argis Island soon. Please be wary that this island is full of warriors who have lived for thousands of years in solitude. They may act differently from what you're used to. Also, gentlemen, please be polite. They're known to crush boulders and mountains with their fists. They will break you." Kuro said.

"Uh, Syd." Dynamite said, nervously.

"I'm sure she's joking. There wasn't anything about this location in the DERAD database. I'm not even sure it exists. Kuro just says we need to get to this place in order to get off the planet without being noticed." Sydney replied.

"Really, how is that supposed to happen?" Dynamite asked.

"Well, as we speak, Lord Reo is making a Hypertube, connecting Avery's headquarters and her castle on Alpha 6."

"Alpha 6?" Sydney said.

"No, anywhere but that place." Dynamite said with a fearful tone.

"Why not there?"

"Alpha 6 is the most dangerous place out of all the galaxies. Its home to a race that many of the greatest minds of seventeen galaxies believe they are the creators of the universes. No one would dare land on their planet. Too risky." Dynamite said.

"Well, you don't have to worry about them. They destroyed themselves when they tried to make clones of Avery. Luckily, some of them were able to be saved when Avery arrived on the planet. But most of them died and reincarnated into a mixture of souls."

"Mixture of souls?"

"Sorry, Avery's daughter, Alexia Lucrada. She was made by combining the souls of her clones and those souls, making her the way she is now."

"Huh, I always wondered about her origins." Sydney thought to herself. Soon, they stopped above Argis island and slowly vertically landed in a dense forest. As they touched down on the ground, Kuro transformed into her human form. "Woah, I didn't expect you to look like that." Sydney said.

"Like what? I'm normal compared to my other siblings."

"Siblings?"

"That's what we, Shadowcarts, call each other. Since none of us can reproduce each other, we all see Reo and Anko as our parents." Kuro explained.

"Wow, this is too much. Let's just find this place before the hunters find us." Dynamite said.

"Too late for that. Someone already found us." SpellMaster said as she got ready to fight.

"Don't worry. Those are the Amazons. They just came here to guide us to the hideout." Kuro said as she canceled out Spellmaster's magic.

"How? That should be impossible. Unless she is…

"I'm simply stronger than you and everybody in this universe. Well, besides Avery and Alexia. I just used my superior magic to cancel yours out." Kuro said, telepathically to SpellMaster. "Hey! Come on out. My lord, Reo Lucrada, sent me here to get you and your people off the planet." Kuro yelled. Immediately, twenty armed women appeared in front of the heroes.

"Woah, they're better at sneaking and hiding in the shadows than the assassins of my clan. I would love to experience their training." DeathDemon, the world's most dangerous assassin, said.

"Really, Marcus. You're going to flirt right in front of me. You must want to die a painful death." Sartra, world's most dangerous woman, said.

"Oh, dear, I would never flirt with another woman in front of the most beautiful woman in the world." He replied with a fearful tone while pulling her close.

"Hmph, good choice of words." Sartra said as she kissed him.

"Ugh, I can't believe I cried when I thought the demons killed them." Talia thought to herself.

"Well, that's just how parents are. Their actions aren't supposed to make sense to their kids." Psyche telepathically said to Talia.

"Really, are you really going to trying to make an excuse for them."

"No, faking their death and escaping without you is inexcusable. Truly, but…

"Hey, you two, you're going to get left behind." DeathDemon said. Rushing to catch up with the others, Psyche telekinetically lifted herself and Talia and flew towards the others. Arriving at the side of a volcano, one of the Amazons placed a hand on a nearby tree and activated a secret passage.

"A secret passage in a volcano. What kind of of person makes a secret hideout in a volcano?" A former DERAD agent said as they walked into the passage.

"The real question is where in the world are we? I've never heard or seen of this island." His wife asked.

"Well, this island has a powerful spell over it that hides it completely from the outside world. Protecting us from the threats that plague our existence." An Amazon warrior explained.

"Threat? What kind of threat?" Sydney asked.

"The threat of men and their foolish, so-called gods." Another Amazon answered as she looked back at Valkyrie and Zeus Jr with a disgusted expression.

"Oh," Sydney said. She, then, pulled Valkyrie close. "Val, what did the gods do to her people?" She whispered.

"I don't know the full story. But, from I heard, the Amazons were loyal women, who guarded the queen of the Olympian gods, Hera. However, one day, she found one of them sleeping with her husband, Zeus, and decided to wipe out the entire people. However, I don't know how they survived." Valkyrie explained.

"Well, all you have to do is ask?" A girl said as they walked into a large empty section.

"Princess," an amazon said as she and the other Amazons fell to a knee and bow their heads.

"Artemis, why do you and the other sister feel it necessary to lower your heads to me? I'm not my mother."

"Oh, and what is that supposed to mean, my daughter?" a woman, instantly appearing behind the girl, asked with an overwhelming presence.

"Mom, I didn't realize you were so close? I thought you were still with father?"

"Rachel, you know I'm never too far away from my beloved daughter. Besides, he said I should greet the mother of your sister and the heroes of man." she said. She then looked up and saw Sydney. Soon, she noticed a powerful, mystical energy surrounding her, as if reacting to the Amazon queen's own power. She walks to Sydney and looks her directly in the eyes. "Wow, you have an aura fit for a queen. I presume you're the leader of these heroes." she asked as she calmed her aura.

Sydney shook her head. "No, I'm just a regular person trying to get these people to safety."

"Huh, a modern-day Harriet Tubman. I can respect that. My name is Bellona. But you can call me Rose."

"Okay, I'm Sydney Satin. We came here because Kuro said we could get off the planet without being noticed by the hunters."

"Right, this way. Reo just need to create the network to connect to the Hypertubes to the Nexus network." Bellona said as she led the heroes to the main section of the volcano.

"How long will that take?" Sydney asked.

"Not long. Jan-gu technology is amazingly fast. By the time we get there, it'll be done."

"You're telling me… the technology in Avery's headquarters was extremely advanced. Kinda makes me feel older than I actually am." Sydney said.

"Well, their universe is hundreds of years ahead of ours. Anyway, what is going on in the outside world?"

"Well, from what I could get from the others, The council that was created to replace me as leader of humanity reopened a project that was decommissioned and sealed away deep in the DERAD database. Project Hunter."

"Let me guess. They loss control of it as soon it realized its superiority over you all. And now it's on the hunt for enhanced people who can pose a threat to them and killing them."

"How?"

"We, Amazons, have been on the earth for thousands of years. We experienced a lot throughout the time. One of those was conquering men who felt like they were better than their fellow man. I almost lost my sister to a man who felt like they were superior to her. Luckily… no, I'm rambling. Anyways, I have faith that this Hunter will meet his greatest challenge. Sooner than you think." Bellona said as they all arrived at the hangar. There, they seen Reo and Reiji.

"Good to see you made it here without trouble. I hope you enjoyed the ride." Reo said.

"Yes, but I thought you went to handle some business elsewhere," Sydney answered.

"I'm handling business. As an all-powerful being, I'm capable of being at multiple locations at the same time. However, there are some problems when using this ability. But no time to explain. The Hypertubes have been established, and all of you have been entered into the Nexus system. All you have to do is walk through, and you'll be on Alpha 6." Reo explained.

"Are you sure it's safe?" Sydney asked cautiously.

Reo nodded. "One hundred percent sure of it. We use it all the time for quick inter-universal traveling." Reo said with a reassuring tone. Cautious of it still, Sydney and the other heroes still didn't go easily.

"Alright, how about me and my daughter go through first? And I'll come back and show you it's safe." Bellona said.

"Rose, you don't have to…

"Of course I do. Y'all disregarding my husband's guarantee of safety is quite upsetting. So, instead of throwing you through the tube, I'm showing you there's no risk." Bellona said as she and Rachel walked to the opening. She then walked forward, and the opening reacted.

"Bellona Lucrada 1111," a voice said as she disappeared into the opening. "Rachel Lucrada 1112," it said as Rachel followed her mother. "Welcome, Bellona Lucrada, 1111," it said as she appeared from the opening.

"See, completely safe. No harm done whatsoever." Bellona said as she reached out her hand. Convinced, Sydney and the others immediately walked through the Hypertube one by one.

"Sydney Satin 5001, Valkyrie 5010, Knight 3209, SpellMaster 5030, Ms. Mystic 5028, Mr. Mystic 5029, Dynamite 5009, Psyche 5055, DeathDemon 5076, Sartra 5078, SpellKid 5032, Nova 5005, Neuron 5019, Giant-Boy 3455, Mass 3456, Zeus jr. 5020, Dynamite Kid 5002, Hailey Havoc 5006, Jason Havoc 5007, James Havoc 5008." One after another, they walked through and appeared in Avery's castle on Alpha 6.

"Hey, Syd, how old is Avery again?" Valkyrie asked.

"She's around seventeen or eighteen."

"An eighteen-year-old owns all of this. "What's her secret?" Valkyrie said.

"Nothing, everything here was created to suit her Primordial needs in this universe. Here she wouldn't have to worry about accidents like destroying entire planets with a sneeze." Mai explained as she walked up.

"Like her headquarters on the moon. The one place where she can truly be herself without holding back." Sydney said.

"Exactly, glad you remembered. Now, let me show y…

A sudden boom echoes throughout the castle.

"What was that sound?!" Valkyrie asked.

"That's probably Avery and Azarel breaking in the training room. Or, breaking the training room… hold on." Mai said before running to the training room. Curious about that fight, Sydney and the other heroes followed Mai as fast as they could. Luckily, Mai noticed them following and slowed down. As they arrived at a large door, Avery crashed through it.

"Avery!" Sydney and Dynamite shouted.

She got back up, ignoring the others behind her, and flew back into the training room. Following her, Sydney and Dynamite seen a large, white space that stretches as far as the eye can see.

"How? How is this possible?" Dynamite asked.

"This basically a pocket dimension untouched by time and space. Making it the perfect place for beings like Primordials and Jan-gu to train and practice. But I didn't account for their growth rates and potential. Not to mention, one of them is drawing a lot of power from their core. I don't think this place will last long." Mai said as she and the other heroes walked into the white space.

"You don't have to worry about it collapsing. I'm focusing my energy to hold it together while Azarel teaches Avery." Reiji said.

"What do you mean... teach?" Valkyrie asked.

"Avery doesn't know how to control her powers enough without the help of her suits."

"Really? She doesn't show it."

"Well, of course. She never needed full control over her powers. But, as she becomes more involved with her work as an NHP agent and guardian to this universe, she'll need to learn how." Reiji explained.

Suddenly, Avery crashes in front of everyone again.

"Come on, Avery. Don't tell me that's all you have. I'm not even using three percent of my capabilities." Azarel said as she floated down.

Avery got back up and took off her shirt, revealing her sports bra. Then, her body radiated a silver aura, and her hair turned black with a silver strip. "Okay! Round four thousand," she said.

"Oh, now you're taking me seriously. Good, let's see what you got." Azarel said, instantly transforming.

"Uh oh," Reiji said as he reacted to their changes. He placed a barrier around everyone. "Mai, get everyone out of here! It's about to get dangerous in here." He yelled.

"Right, everyone... get out. You can't be here right now." Mai shouted. Most of the heroes left, but Sydney, Dynamite, Dynamite Kid SpellMaster, SpellKid, Nova, and Valkyrie stayed put. Knowing what they were thinking, Mai reinforced Reiji's barrier and allowed them to watch the unbelievable fight.

Meanwhile, another Avery arrived at Earth and was met by a large army of Hunters in the sky. Knowing there wasn't any room for negotiation, Avery flew towards the army and began breaking and ripping them apart one by one. However, as quickly as she was destroying them, they kept reappearing just as fast. But that didn't stop Avery. She continued to fight on. Suddenly, she felt a sudden burst of energy fill her body as time passed. This signified that she was getting stronger from the fight and her training on Alpha 6.

"This is amazing. I never felt such power before. More abilities and powers are flowing into my head as if Im being taught them. Not to mention, my body feels lighter and stronger as time passes. Is this what it means to be a Primordial? I love this feeling!" She said as she showed an excited, lustful expression on her face.

Noticing her expression, the hunters began to feel afraid. Frozen with fear, Avery took advantage and destroyed one after another with a single punch. Realizing there was nothing they could do against her, some of the hunters flew away.

"Where are you going? You have to help me quell this burning sensation. Even though I don't think you'll be enough." Avery said while smiling. The hunters looked at Avery and seen the image of death standing behind her. Unfortunately, they didn't have time to react before Avery sliced them into pieces.

Avery sighed heavily and thought, "That wasn't enough. Maybe Yolunda can help me with this burning. But first." She formed a spear of light in her hand and enchanted it with black flames. Then, she locked on the main body of the Hunters and Hunter's mainframe. She then threw the spear and left through a portal to Yolunda's dimension.

Flying through the sky, the spear skewered and disintegrated anything it touched. After two minutes, it flew into the old DERAD headquarters in Washington DC, and pinned down the original Hunter to the Hunter's Mainframe. The black flames slowly engulfs and burns them until he is unrecognizable.

Reo, then, arrives on Earth to get Avery. "Shit, I'm too late! But, by the looks of it, she finished them off easily." He thought. He smiled. "That's my girl."
