Noticeably exhausted, the five remaining soldiers do their best to stay standing despite their desires to fall onto the ground and rest. Meanwhile, I lean on my ice spear as I catch my breath. It's been so long since I fought so many people at one time, so admittedly, I'm just as exhausted as they are.
"You five did well surviving this long," I comment, standing back up.
"It would have been an insult to Your Majesty's honor if we were to go easy on your simply because you are our queen," one of the remaining soldiers respond.
"That's a good answer. I like that," I chuckle. "So much so that I have decided to make you five the triplets' personal guards."
"But isn't it just supposed to be three of us, Your Majesty?" a female soldier from the remaining five asks.
"Yeah, but isn't five people better than three?"
