I just feel like you should see the place that your friend created with your own eyes since it seems like he wanted to show you given that he wrote in his will to return the shard to the Winter Vessel who comes to the village."
Ray takes the now ball-size crystal into his hand and pulls it up to his chest. "I didn't think that he would have taken such good care of it," he whispers to himself, covering his eyes to hide his tears. "I'll take a look around in the morning.
