"Blood pressure is stabilizing."

"Heart rate is forty-five and still rising."
"Respiratory rate is ten and still rising."

"You two can stop now," Raphael advises as he sets a hand on Michael and Nakir's shoulders. "She's back with us."
Nakir hesitates but agrees to stop, yet Michael continues to pour his light magic into me.
"Michael, the princess is stabilizing. You can rest now," Nakir reassures, lowering Michael's hands from over me.
"Is she really back?" Michael whispers to Nakir who is supporting Michael to keep him from falling.
Nakir gives a reassuring smile and nods. He takes Michael's hand and places it over my chest where the bullet hole has disappeared. Finally feeling the effects of using so much of his light magic and the overwhelming emotions roll over him, Michael rushes over to the nearest trash can and vomits. Nakir makes his way over to Michael and rubs his back to help him feel better.
