The Sunday morning light shines through my room as I am awoken by something heavy on me. When I rub the sleep from my eyes, I find Lily fast asleep on me with Lucas right beside her. I couldn't bring myself to slide them off since they were so cute, but the breathlessness that I was feeling was stronger, so I slowly tilt over to slide them onto the bed.
"Mommy?" Lily groans as soon as she felt me move. "Are you awake now?"
I slide the stray hairs that was in Lily's face behind her ear before wrapping my arm around her and Lucas. "Yes, Lily, Mommy's awake. You can still sleep if your sleepy."
Lily shakes her head then sits up on the bed while rubbing her eyes. "I'm awake. If Mommy's awake, then Lily's awake too."
"How did you get into my room last night? Aren't you supposed to be asleep with Lucas in your room?"
