"My Lady!"
The sounds of my husbands' cries ring through my ears as I return from the spirit realm. They help me up as I try to stand while grabbing my pounding head.
"Did everything go well?"
"You're not hurt, are you?"
I take a quick look around seeing watchful eyes anxiously waiting for me to say something.
"Everything was fine, for the most part. I got to meet all of the former Vessels and see my dad again."
Edward steps forward with a look of relief on him. "I'm glad you aren't hurt. Your father was in great pain when he came back from meeting the first Winter Vessel. Did you get any news about your capacity?"
"We agreed to meet every day at 8am for the next three days. I will have to fight all of the former Vessels in order to get a good idea of my capacity."
"My Lady!" Edward exclaims almost falling to the ground in shock. "That's thirty grown, battle-hardened men who are used to fighting. You can't possibly fight all of them."
