Chapter 67 - Pulled By Love

Damon was flabbergasted by the claims of Sharon. Though he agreed that he was accused and was right with every word that Sharon said but he won't change his perspective. Damon's inner self was cursing as it said, "turning every full moon sucks". However his inner self was kept to his mind and he didn't utter a word to Sharon. He was confirmed that he was falling for the woman who was eating wildly in front of him. Damon has ordered extra two plates of meat for Sharon as she won't stop eating and he drank just a cup of coffee the entire time she satisfied her hunger. When she was finally done cleaning the plates, she started licking her fingers and hence Damon offered her his handkerchief but Sharon denied his kind gesture.

She was finally full and not even a single plate had a piece of food in it. She ensured she ate everything and looked as if she was hungry for ages. After cleaning her fingers with her tongue she seductively wiped her lips and that made Damon sigh in the extreme heat. Sharon walked to the washbasin and finally cleaned her hands. After completing her cleaning process, she turned at once to see Damon and said,

"please don't send the cops after me after I run with the advance money... you can do me atleast this favor", Sharon said.

Damon was looking at her desperately but Sharon was all set ready to leave. Sharon was equally reluctant to leave Damon's office but she understood that she was no more than a burden over Damon's happy life. Damon has a wife and even a kid and she wasn't interested in destroying it. She nodded bidding farewell and turned but damon could take no longer and he at once held her hand and pulled her closer.

Both of them faced each other with both their breaths falling on each others lips moistening it. Damon had held Sharon's arms and his half body was touching her back. Sharon noticed the closeness and turned around keeping her hand on Damon's chest. She rubbed her hand over his muscular broad chest and agreed to the fact that Damon was indeed hotter than Sid. Their eyes locked and the winds which blew between them got stronger emitting a sweet aroma.

Even the nature enjoyed their closeness and both of them felt it. Their lips quivered and Sharon bit her lower lip. The heat was increasing and she was though trying to control her emotions, her hand stopped on Damon's abs and she didn't move her hand from him. She held his shirt clenching it in her fist and was very desperate to pull him closer to crash his lips but they were locked by their own constraints...

"what...?"She asked.

Damon moved his hand on her hairs and said,

"why did you save me from the other witches yesterday?", Damon asked.

Experiencing his closeness, Sharon moved her arms up and hung them around his neck and answered,

"I couldn't stop myself... like I am not able to stop myself now", Sharon said.

Damon nodded yes and rubbed his thumb on her lip and said,

"I am already married", saying this he closed his eyes in disappointment and held both her arms and removed them from his shoulder and took a step back. He turned around and went to stand near the window.

Sharon who was standing there still as her intentions were already waved by the strong winds took a step forward and said,

"... and you don't want to betray her?"

"she abandoned her everything for me.... she gave up her immortality and consumed pain just for me; its not about betrayal, its her love that is pulling me", Damon said.

Silence took over and there was nothing more to speak. The winds calm down to let the awkward silence speak and it was a long break but Damon didn't turn. He waited for Sharon to leave and finally Sharon took a step back and said,

"I will never show up in front of you again", she said and moved away.

Damon heard her steps walk out of the door and heard the door close after her departure. He sighed as he was holding his suffocating breath from a long time and then turned back missing her presence at the spot.....
