Ryker heard it well, he ignored the red-haired man fighting with him and started to aim his ability at his subordinates. Glows of light appeared near each of them, swallowing them into it, making them disappear one by one. Even Luca who didn't want to leave yet was swallowed in.
It was a shock for some of the subordinates since they had only heard of his power. Surprisingly, after being swallowed by the glows, in an instant, they all appeared back at the meeting room all the way back in Panthoria's military underground base where they discussed their plan before.
The moment he was distracted, Lian had already taken advantage of this to hurt him. A first covered in electricity hit directly to Ryker's stomach. But Ryker couldn't care. The electricity of Lian combined with Ryker's which were surrounding his body.
Even after taking the damage of the punch, both of the electricity continued to fight on his body, hurting him more until his attention came back to Lian. With an injury on his stomach spilling blood nonstop, the look in his eyes was darker and colder than anything Lian has faced before.
Lian trembled for a second comparing the look of Ryker's with his father's.
There was only Ryker left from Panthoria on this island.
The missiles were the final plan of Niary, whatever they had to sacrifice, their real mission was to take down Ryker. Not to let Ryker escape, Lian disappeared again, their fight started once more without a care for the missiles. Their fight this time wasn't the same as before, Ryker used more of his power rather than using it with physical attack.
It didn't take long for the missiles to hit. It started to blow up beneath the island, penetrating the land quickly. Finally, the impact arrived on land. Chaos created by the battle with the code one was added everywhere on the island. It seemed that most of the hundreds of Nairy didn't know about the missiles.
Having no power stronger than the missiles nor the power outburst of the fight, they lost their lives in a blink. The voice of people shouting filled the place, crying for help to others beside them.
People who have power to defend or run away were already on it. The missiles didn't end with the first wave, the second wave is already on the way.
The first wave didn't have much effect on the fight in the air. Unbelievably, both of them now have injuries on them. Neither of them wants to give up. They looked into each other's eyes with pride while panting and huffing.
The second wave arrived, this time, the missiles looked different from the first one which were slim in size. It was huge. Those huge missiles came up to land first then diverged into little ones, going towards all the ones who have body temperature.
Arriving near their fight, the missiles were destroyed by the force of them.
It was easy at first, as the time went by a little, their focus on the missiles would disappear and explode in their range ultimately hurting them.
It was never in his options to retreat but it was also a ridiculous number of missiles. His injury on the stomach kept spilling blood, weakening his consciousness. Unwillingly, he decided to leave it for now.
Unbeknown to him, the island below him doesn't exist anymore, only smokes, dead bodies, blood and pieces of land were floating under him.
A glow of light appeared swallowing Ryker into it, it was faster than any human eyes could see. Not to his surprise, Lian who has been using the same power followed him in with the speed of light.
Inside it was a place with multiple colors glowing as if they were the night sky. Lian wasn't surprised by it, he just frowned and followed Ryker still trying to kill him like there will be no tomorrow if Ryker didn't die today.
It pissed off Ryker but he didn't care about him and tried to leave his space used for teleportation. The portal which is always open to travel between this place doesn't open. The culprit being the one who followed him in.
This will be their last battle and Ryker won't be showing any mercy. As if he had ever shown one to the enemy.
The battle between raw powers started. Changing the atmosphere in space. Lian clenched his teeth in disgust.
Was he not going all out even when they fought outside? How come one has so much raw power? This amount of power is totally on another level. Why is he more powerful than father? He will do whatever it takes to take down this guy in front of him.
It took a lot longer than they thought.
The damage caused by their raw powers came back to them with force they never expected. Trying to defend against their own power initially, later, both giving up and teleported out of the space.

If people think it's a shooting star travelling in the night sky, they're wrong for this once. The shooting star which they would think is Ryker, now falling from the sky with still a bit of his electric glow around him.
His consciousness slips by as he falls. It's windy, loud and intense which makes him ponder for a moment why Luca, that guy, likes flying so much. Dizziness comes by as he sees countless dimmed lights from the sky, if the one falling is not him but Luca, he would come and boast about it by tomorrow about how breathtaking the view was.
Anyway, he will only use his power when it's near the ground, which is what he decided on a whim. Luckily, pool quickly enters his vision, now... he doesn't need to use any for landing.
Before his consciousness really faded away, a black circle object popped up in the pool from his vision. He didn't manage to check what that object was.
