It seemed like only two days had gone by and already Prism was bored out of her mind. After what had happened just recently, soon after they arrived at the safehouse she had been put under house arrest; for three whole weeks. She had sat in the common room as she couldn't help but sink into the couch.
"It's been two days… And I'm already bored…" Prism groaned.
"I take it Yami didn't like the fact that you left the house?" Aisling asked as she had been playing chess with Jubei.
"No…" Prism said as she fell on her side on the couch, "... I wouldn't mind it as much but there's nothing to do here…"
"Why don't you draw in your sketchbook like you normally do?" Brenin asked as he looked to be carving a wood figure, "You still have yours right?"
"I would but my current sketchbook is all out of pages." She said, "Both front and back."
"Well at least you're not like Pluck and Noelle right now. Before Magna left for his mission he gave them a list of chores that'll last them awhile." Vandy said as he pointed towards the hallway.
There they caught a glimpse of Pluck scrubbing the floors while Noelle swept as she had bandages on her face. They could hear him grumble, "Stupid Silva… I didn't even do nothing.."
Noelle said her share of mumbles "Damn Barbados… I shouldn't be doing this, I'm royalty."
"To be fair that's what he gets for almost blowing up Prism--Again." Jubei said.
"Hey, Plu-Plu didn't mean to do that." Prism said, "He was just trying to help."
"THANK YOU!" They heard Pluck shout as he raised his hands in the air.
They could soon hear Yami shout to Pluck, "DID I SAY YOU COULD STOP SWORD BOY!?"
Pluck flinched before he continued "SORRY!"
Noelle only chuckled at this as she said "Serves you right,"
"YOU TOO NOELLE!" He yelled again, making Noelle flinch.
"Y-YES SIR!" Noelle said as she swept faster.
"Still it could be worse." Aine said, "Don't get me wrong."
"Yeah, but at least they can go somewhere after they're done." Prism said, "I know it's supposed to be for my own safety but I was hoping to see the other spots in the Royal Capital." Her look softened slightly, "Even if my mom and dad aren't here to enjoy it with me."
"We could always just sneak out of the kingdom and go to a lake in one of the villages." Liam said while he scratched his ears on the top of his head.
"And get me in even more trouble?" Prism said as she stuffed her face in the pillow, "I'll be triple dead if I do that…"
"Captain Yami will kill you guys if you think about sneaking out again." Aidan said, "That and the Boogeyman."
"Should you really call Jack that while he's in the same house?" Prism asked.
"Don't worry, it's not like he's gonna hear me." Aidan said with a smile.
"Like he and that beanpole can kill me." Liam said with a huff.
Though a few moments later, they felt a menacing presence behind them; Aidan in particular. They all jumped when they saw it had been Jack.
"KEKE--what are you lot talking about?!"
"No-Nothing Bo--I mean Captain Jack sir!" Aidan replied as he started to sweat.
"Ye-yeah, nothing at all!" Vandy said with a gulp.
Liam only flipped him off as he said, "Go suck an egg."
"Liam!" Brenin, Saorise and Prism exclaimed.
"KEKE--big words for a shifter!" Jack said "You're lucky you're one of the Princess' familiars or else I'll slice you up right now!"
"Why wait?" Liam asked before Saorise held him back as he almost pulled out his weapons.
"So-Sorry Jack, he didn't mean it!" Prism said nervously, "He's just--A bit rough around the edges!"
"Huh so I heard--KEKE!" Jack said before he left the room. The minute he did they each sighed with relief as Saorise let go of Liam.
"We live to see another day." Aidan said
"Strange, he kind of reminds me of you when you get scary." Saorise said to Liam which made him flinch. "THE HELL WAS THAT YOU TINCAN EATER!?" He yelled.
"Hey! That was one time when we were kids, hornhead!" Saorise said as her ears flopped slightly.
"At least with William here it makes staying here easier!" Jubei said.
Vandy's eyes soon sparkled, "I can't believe the Captain of the Golden Dawn is here under the same roof! This is probably the best thing that's ever happened! Right Prism?"
Prism couldn't help but turn red as she had a smile, "Ye-yeah, it's pretty cool." She soon sighed as she hugged a pillow, "What am I supposed to do for three weeks cooped up in this house…?"
"Don't worry Prism, I'm sure we'll think of something." Vandy said.
"Maybe if we all put our heads together we can come up with something everyone in our squad can enjoy." Aisling said.
"Yeah but what should we do…?" Aine said as she thought to herself.
"What can we do to take everyone's mind off of all the craziness that's been happening?" Aidan said he soon added softly, "And cheer our hybrid girl up?"
It hadn't been long before they each had an idea as they smiled to each other while their expressions brightened, even her Familiars. Pluck's face paled, as he realized what they were thinking the minute he stepped into the room, "... Oh no…"

-Later that Night-
The triple A's, Prism and Familiars had everything set up in Prism's room; they had everything set up from makeshift beds from pillows as they had been using the space. Each of them had been wearing their own set of nightwear. While Aisling, Aine and Saorise wore a simple nightgown, Liam, Aidan and Brenin had worn a simple plain shirt with short pants.
"And one right here!" Aine said, setting a couple of pillows, "And just one more here."
"And that makes it all set!" Vandy said as he set the snacks that had been candy and what looked to be chips while he looked to be wearing an oversized shirt "What do you think Prism?"
Prism had looked around as she scratched underneath her chin. "It's all good." Prism said, "Though it's still missing something."
"Oh, I know!" Saorise said as she snapped her fingers. She soon dashed into her room before she had gotten what she needed. She had brought what looked to be a bucket that had a sign that read "DARES"
"TADA~!" Saorise said, "What do you think?"
"Perfect!" Prism said with a smile, "Now the fun can really begin!"
"While I don't like the idea of hanging out with these humans--" Liam said before he had a smirk, "--I can't wait to see them take the dares I write down."
"That's the spirit!" Prism said as the little spirits jumped as they started to speak to her sounding offended. She giggled, "Sorry, no pun intended."
"Okay, everybody, come on in!" Vandy said.
Just like that, Asta, Feodora, Karasu, Sachiko, Noelle and even Pluck came into the room; each of them had been wearing their own nightwear. Though Karasu looked to have a set of bandages wrapped around his shoulder from what they could see from his tank top. "Whoo!" Asta cheered, "Sleep over!"
"Oh yeah baby!" Feodora cheered, "One of the few things I enjoy more than sparring with the Dum-Dum and Know It All!"
"Glad to see your excited girl!" Jubei said.
"Do I have to spend the night in the same room as the Barbados?" Noelle asked as she pointed to Pluck who gave a leer.
"Of course!" Prism replied, "It's all part of the trust! And tonight, you guys aren't just gonna have a sleepover, you're gonna have the Airedale sleepover exclusive!"
"Oooo, I like the sound of that!" Sachiko said.
"Yeah, and who knows maybe you and Pluck can get close." Aisling said to Noelle before Pluck pushed her hat on her head. She started to shriek as she ran in circles, "DARKNESS! SO CRUEL!"
"So, what's the Airedale exclusive?" Karasu asked.
"Oh we had these sleepovers all the time back in our Village." Prism said, "My comrade in the Warriors Guild and another best friend, Arwen used to host these all the time! It's super fun! She always invites every kid in the village once a month!"
"It used to be every week till our parents complained!" Jubei said.
"She even invited Pluck which was always a surprise, since he's the Village's bachelor!" Vandy said.
Pluck said as he turned red, "VANDAMANE!!"
"What? It's true!" Vandy said.
"What did you guys usually do?" Feodora asked.
"All sorts of things! We played games, told scary stories and took a test of courage--" Brenin said as Prism flinched slightly at the sound of scary stories, while his tail wagged, "--Not to mention there was one rule that we always followed when at these sleepovers!"
"A rule, what was that?" Asta asked.
"Oh it's pretty simple!" Aine said.
Prism, the Triple A's and her Familiars cleared their throats before they said at the same time, "Jammies, junk food, gossip and more! Pillowfights, stories, and tearing up the dance floor! And listen up because I will not repeat! Never, ever go to sleep!"
Pluck had said as he rolled his eyes, "I gave up my nightly reading for this."
"It's worth it~" Aine said with her eyebrows wiggling, "We're even gonna play your favorite game~!"
Pluck flinched before he had a sinister smile, "You're right, so worth it."
"Wait, that's a sleepover?" Noelle said, "I thought the whole point of it was you know, sleeping?"
"That is for regular sleepovers!" Jubei said, before the look on her face changed, "THIS IS THE AIREDALE WAY!"
"I don't really get it but it sounds like fun!" Asta said as his eyes sparkled.
"I never tried a sleepover like that, but okay!" Feodora said before she too had a sinister smile, "MAMA IS READY FOR THIS~!"
"Oh tonight we're gonna play our village favorites." Liam said before he snickered, before he held the bucket, "Behold, the Dare Bucket!"
"A Dare Bucket!?" Asta said as he sounded excited, "What's that?"
"Don't get excited over things you don't know!" Noelle exclaimed.
"Seriously though, what do you do with that?" Sachiko asked.
"It's actually really simple--" Saorise replied, "--All of us write a total of five dares on a piece of paper and put it in the bucket. We each take a turn to draw a dare at random and all of us as a group determine the amount of points they'll win. Whoever gets the most points at the end wins!"
"But whoever chooses to back off from a dare--" Liam said with a chuckle, "--Not only loses two points, but gets to play a punishment game to whoever wrote the dare!"
Asta, Feodora, Noelle, Karasu and Sachiko had been taken back. "A Punishment Game?" Noelle asked.
Pluck snickered as he said, "Oh it's one of the best parts of the Dare Bucket Challenge...I even made some of the dares myself."
"Oh no, we're so scared." Noelle said as she rolled her eyes.
"Oh no, this is serious Noelle." Prism said, "Everyone in our Village loved this game, especially Plu-Plu."
"When playing, you're either gonna live through or witness his finest work!" Vandy said as his eyes sparkled.
"I know Addeline had to survive his dares." Aidan said.
They all turned to Addeline as she suddenly flinched before jumping in Adrien's mouth, though he spat her out after Addeline tried to pry it open as she said "QUACK! QUACK!" Adrien moved his head as he curled his body.
"Oh don't whine, you survived right?" Liam asked.
"QUACK QUACK QUACK!" Addeline said to him
"Yes, we know you almost boiled in a pot but Pluck didn't let you become soup did he?" Brenin said.
"YOU ALMOST DID WHAT TO ADDI?!" Asta exclaimed.
"... Not one of my proudest dares…" Pluck said as he slumped over, though he seemed to have perked up as his eyes soon sparkled, "--But it was still fun!" It hadn't been long before he was smacked with Addeline's stick as it knocked him over. "OW! ADDI!"
"Well I don't know about you, but this game sounds like a lot of fun!" Asta said, "It's a nice change of pace to the games we had back in Hage!"
"So we all get to participate in the dares, and write our own?" Sachiko asked.
"Oh yeah!" Aisling said, "But it won't count if you draw up your own dare!"
"Though playing the game through is too easy--" Karasu said before he had thought over him, "--How about we spice things up a little?"
The group couldn't help but have a look of interest. "And spice things up you mean?" Noelle said as she motioned him to go on.
"How about by the end of the game--" Karasu said, "--The winner has whoever loses do anything they want for an entire day? What do you all say?" At this the whole group couldn't help but have a look of interest.
"Aniki--" Sachiko said, "--I like the way you think."
Pluck had an evil smile as he said "you are so on, crow boy." he turned to Noelle as he said "I hope you're ready to be my servant, Stupid Silva."
Noelle huffed as she brushed back her hair, "I think you mean, you should be prepared to be MY servant Pluck."
The group felt the two's animosity in the air as they were practically hitting each other with there glares.
"Oh no, it got worse." Brenin said.
"Guys, guys, guys you're both wrong--" Feodora said to Noelle and Pluck before she had an evil smile, "--Besides, when I win this little game--" She pinched Pluck's cheek, "--I'm gonna put you in a dress and have you walk in public--" She soon poked Noelle's head, "--And you take all my chores for when we get back to the Black Bulls base."
At this the two of them had paled as their jaws dropped.
"WHY PUT ME IN A DRESS?!" Pluck exclaimed as he blushed red with embarrassment.
"It's what you get for calling me a certain word I don't like--" Feodora said, "--Oh and I'm still mad at you for talking shit about my folks."
Pluck flinched slightly before he said, "Oh right."
Noelle couldn't help but exclaim, "WHY ALL OF YOUR CHORES?! I'M ROYALTY!"
"And I don't care." Feodora said with an evil smile, "And since you NEVER participate in any of your chores, you can take all of mine, no questions asked Drama Llama!"
Noelle couldn't help but shriek, "You are the WORST!"
"I know and I'm proud of it!" She said with a devious little grin.
Asta couldn't help but look excited as his eyes sparkled again. "Alright if I win this I can get one of them to do whatever I want! There's no way I can lose!" Asta soon looked over among the group as they chatted with each other, "But I don't know who I should pick even if I did win." He soon looked over to Prism as she had been laughing with Brenin, "Maybe I can ask her about what she likes. That would help me figure out what to get her."
Immediately he turned red as he found himself sweating, "There's that tight feeling in my chest again! What does that mean?! More importantly, that's stupid to ask! It's supposed to be a surprise!"
Noelle turned to Asta as he thought "Hmm, if I do win this, other than make the Barbados my servant...for Dorksta...maybe...i can...i"Her face turned red as she soon slapped her cheeks as she thought "WHAT AM I THINKING?! I AM ROYALTY AND HE'S JUST A PEASANT! WHY AM I EVEN THINKING ABOUT HIM ANYWAY!?"
"With that being said--" Saorise said as she held up sheets of paper and several quills, "--Let us write in our dares and get this game started! First to twenty points by the end of the night is the winner!"
"YEAH!" Asta exclaimed as he took the quill and five sheets, "LET'S DO THIS!"
"You guys are gonna get smoked!" Feodora said as she started to write down her dares.
"We'll see about that!" Karasu said.
"Watch all of you eat my dust!" Sachiko said.
"I'm gonna write all the best dares!" Jubei said.
Pluck said as he snickered as he started to write down his own dares, "you mean I'M gonna write the best dares."
"Watch you be wrong bro!" Vandy said.
"Time for me to shine!" Liam said as he started to write down what came to mind.
Prism had a smile on her face as the little spirits seemed to have looked excited; though the moment her expression fell from her face as some of them turned blue. "Strange…" She thought, "... Even though we're supposed to have fun, why is it that I feel melancholy?"

-DARE BUCKET CHALLENGE: VANDY, JUBEI AND SACHIKO'S TURN-
Thus the game had begun once everyone had put their dares in the bucket and some of them had decided to work in a group and earn their points individually. Their first dare had been drawn as they were dared to do one simple task; drinking a carton of milk, while talking.
"Okay! This one is worth two points! You all have under a minute to chug down the milk WHILE talking!" Aisling said with a smile, "Do you three want to take the dare?!"
"Oh you know it!" Vandy said with a smile.
"Let's do this thing!" Jubei said.
"Ready the timer!" Sachiko said.
Pluck scoffed as he said, "Timer is ready."
"And....START!" Karasu said as he hit the button on a clock.
Thus, the teens began to drink milk while they proceeded to chat as they had been chugging the glass.
"Ha! This is nothing!" Vandy said with pride as he gurgled, "I can do this in my sleep!"
"Same he--" Jubei started to say before milk started to come out of her nose as she coughed as it caused the teens to laugh.
"And she struck out." Karasu said as he laughed.
Pluck laughed hysterically as he added, "OH MAN! THAT GETS TO ME EVERY TIME!"
"You're a terrible older brother!" Feodora said as she let out a laugh "Yet I'm laughing too!"
"MY SIDES! I CAN'T!" Asta shouted as he fell to the ground kicking his legs.
"Th-This is just too damn good!" Liam said as he hit his knee.
"He-Hey! That was a false start!" Jubei said as she coughed. She went to try again as she drank from the glass of milk, "There once was a man fro--" She started to say before she ended up spitting out into Adeline causing her to roll. The teens, and even Vandy, and Sachiko started to laugh even harder.
"QUACK!" Addeline shouted
Noelle said as she snickered, "So...funny.."
"Huh? Are you having fun?" Feodora asked
Noelle jumped as she said "U-uh no! I was just--"
"Aww that was a smile!" Prism said as she hugged her while Noelle turned even more red, "You are having fun!"
Noelle said as she stuttered, "H-Hmph! It's not like I am or anything!"
"Do we still get points?" Sachiko asked.
"Sure why not? But only because we were entertained." Aisling said before she giggled a little earning a look from the kids.

-FEODORA'S TURN-
The group had been outside as Feodora had drawn up the next dare; though she looked happy to do this one in particular.
"Get to the top floor without using the stairs, eh?" Feodora said amusingly.
"Bet you can't make that kind of climb!" Vandy said.
Pluck added, "if you can that is.."
"Alright, lay it on me--" Feodora said as she motioned to the group, "--How many points is that worth?"
The group looked to each other as they huddled and started to converse about the point counter. It hadn't been long before they broke it up. "That's three points for sure." Aidan said.
"Definitely three." Saorise said.
"Yup three." Asta said.
Feodora chuckled as she cracked her fingers, "Oh this will be too easy."
Feodora took a step back as she had taken a deep breath. She soon dashed towards the wall and ran up, grabbing a hold of the tree branch. She hooked her legs before throwing herself up onto the balcony that had been provided as it made the whole group look in awe.
Soon enough all except Pluck had cheered as Pluck had his jaw dropped.
"That was awesome!" Prism cheered.
"Nice one Feo!" Asta cheered.
"HOORAY!" Vandy and Jubei yelled.
"THREE POINTS HAVE BEEN EARNED!" The Triple A's yelled.
Feodora chuckled as she bowed her head, "Oh thank you, you're too kind."
"Man I gotta hand it to you, even with those assassin training sessions you hated--" Karasu said, "--Those really paid off."
"That's very much appreciated, Bad Luck Charm Thief." Feodora said with a wink.
Pluck said "T-that was not bad at all."
"Admit it, you were amazed." Prism said playfully, nudging him.
Pluck said as he turned his head, "O-Only a little."
Noelle had clapped, "Well, she's not all that bad."

-PLUCK AND KARASU'S TURN-
As Yami was taking a nap, Pluck and Karasu were hiding on the side and tipped toes to make sure he didn't stir from his slumber. They turned to the others who were far behind with Liam motioning them to go on. "Remember--" Saorise whispered as she poked behind the corner, "--Worth five points."
"Is it really worth it?" Karasu whispered.
"I don't know anymore." Pluck replied honestly.
"Or you two can chicken out and I can pick your punishment game." Liam said as he snickered, "Either way, it's a win, win for me."
Pluck sighed as he said, "Of course he would do this."
"At least it's not like the time he told you to wake up Niwa." Brenin said
"Just hurry up and do the prank!" Feodora whispered, "I must see this!"
The boys looked at one another before they sighed. "Got your quill ready?" Karasu asked as he held up a quill.
"Like I have a choice.." Pluck said as he got his quill out.
"And--" Prism said as she started a stopwatch, "--Start drawing!"
Thus the boys' started to work as they drew at a fast pace and returned towards the corner where the group had been hiding as they had been snickering. "Nice two minutes!" Prism said.
"What the heck did you guys draw?" Asta asked.
"A fox." Karasu replied almost immediately.
Pluck said "you know--stuff."
Feodora looked closer as her face soon had a look, "Uhhh, why does this dog look so detailed?"
Pluck said with a huff, "We were timed you know, it's not like we could stay longer."
Just then they saw Yami flinch and immediately the group went and hid in whatever had been close by. As Yami opened his eyes, he noticed the pictures on his face and chest.
"Why the hell is there a fox and a dog on my body?!" Yami said as he had a death threatening aura to him.
"Now might be a good time to run." Brenin said.
"Oh yeah." Pluck said before they started to move out of the room.
"And what the hell's up with this detail?!" Yami shouted as they each started to pick up the pace. "Death approaches!" Vandy exclaimed.
Pluck said as he paled up, "I'm too young to die!"

-PRISM AND ASTA'S TURN-
Prism and Asta had been in the kitchen as they had been set up with a set of burritos that had been filled with ghost peppers. Both of them looked like they were ready while they had gallons of milk on standby.
"So--" Asta said, "--We don't have to eat all this right?"
"Oh no, you have to." Pluck said with an evil smile "The whole thing."
"Pluck, don't go overboard." Aisling said as she smacked him, "You only wrote in to take one bite!"
Pluck said with a pout, "you guys didn't complain back home."
"And what do you call this again?" Prism asked.
"A burrito." Feodora replied, "Though instead of meat and veggies, we filled it with ghost peppers and chili sauce."
"GHOST PEPPERS?!" Asta and Prism exclaimed.
"Don't worry, all you have to do is take one bite like what Pluck wrote." Aine said.
"And we have milk on standby." Brenin said, "Are you guys ready?"
"HECK YEAH!" Asta shouted as his eyes were sparkling, "Prism let's do this thing!"
Prism couldn't help but be in awe of his enthusiasm, before she looked at the burrito, "Well, I've had spicy things before, it can't be that bad."
They both soon took a bite out of the burrito as they squeezed their eyes shut. After a moment they opened them again as they looked shocked.
"Huh, it's actually pretty go--" All of sudden Prism's face started to turn red as did the spirits around her. She started to sweat before coughing as tears started to run down her cheeks. Not a moment later she let out a familiar high piercing shriek that shattered the glasses that had been filled with milk, as some of the spirits that were deprived of fire started to spit out flames.
The whole group let out a shriek as the flames nearly hit them.
"MISTAKES WERE MADE!" Saorise exclaimed as she dodged the flames, "MISTAKES WERE MADE!"
Pluck exclaimed "FIRE BAD! FIRE BAD!!"
"WHO MADE THIS DARE UP!?" Jubei exclaimed.
"QUACK!" Addeline exclaimed.
"DON'T GET SMART, THIS IS SERIOUS!" Liam yelled.
"GET THE WATER!" Aisling exclaimed, "WE NEED WATER!"
"PUT THEM OUT, PUT THEM OUT!!" Brenin shouted.
"HURRY BEFORE THEY BURN DOWN THE HOUSE!" Aine exclaimed.
Noelle shrieked as she quickly got out her wand; a second later Prism had been sprayed with water as the spirits started to steam the moment she had cooled off. Though her breathing still sounded hoarse even when she breathed a sigh of relief.
The group stopped panicking as they seemed to have frozen in place.
"Are--Are you good?" Feodora asked as Prism slumped over on the counter.
"Give me that milk!" Prism suddenly said as she grabbed the jug of milk and started to chug it down.
As she stopped she let out a huge sigh of relief, before she hiccuped "Aw yes… Sweet release."
The group soon looked around the mess as they seemed to have paled. "Uhhh, I'm sure no one else heard that shriek and noticed the flames!" Aidan said with a nervous smile.
Pluck added while laughing nervously, "yeah...on the plus side no one got hurt did they?"
Addeline looked at Saorise as she pointed to her dress. "Quack!"
"What do you mean I'm on--" Saorise said before she noticed the tail of her dress, "--OH CRUMBS!!!" She let out a shriek as she started to run back and forth causing the group to panic.
"DON'T RUN YOU DAMN RAM!" Liam yelled.
Pluck shouted as he broke out his grimoire, "HOLD STILL!"He took out his water sword that had an Aquamarine edge as he shot Saorise with a blast of water. She had been drenched though she sighed with relief, "Oh thank you, Pluck."
Pluck sighed with relief as he said, "Oh thank Mana."
"Well, it could be worse." Asta said, before they noticed that his own face started to turn red. He suddenly let out a shriek as he practically started to breathe fire which caused the group to shriek.
"DORKSTA!!" Noelle yelled.
"ASTA!" Prism exclaimed.
"THIS WAS A MISTAKE!" Pluck exclaimed.
"SOMEONE PUT IT OUT!" Karasu shouted.
"QUICK, WATER, ANYONE?!" Feodora yelled, "ANYTIME NOW!?"
"NOELLE-NEECHAN USE YOUR WAND!" Sachiko said to Noelle.
"R-right!" Noelle said as she got her wand and pointed it at Asta, she shot another turrent of water towards Asta as he too had started to breathe with relief though even his own throat started to sound like a horse. "Want milk?" Feodora said holding the other carton.
"Yes please!" He exclaimed as his eagerness made everyone jump.

-NOELLE'S TURN-
Noelle had been sitting at the top of the stairs as Vandy put a helmet which had been a pot on her head; though she had been holding the mattress for dear life as she had been practically shaking.
"And you said this is worth--" Noelle asked
"2 points." Vandy said with a smile.
"You have to slide down this staircase on the mattress." Prism said, "I call it mattress surfing!"
"I can't believe you came up with this dare!" She said with a gulp.
"What? It's a fun dare!" Prism said with a smile, "And you'll be perfectly safe!"
"Go for it Drama-Llama!" Feodora said, "Don't think about fun and have it!"
They soon pushed her down the stairs as she let out a shriek; She found herself practically flying out the door as the group watched in awe before they jumped at the sound of a crash. "You good girl?!" Jubei called out.
Noelle groaned in agony, "The helmet didn't help…"
"Well on the plus side no one can blame me." Pluck said as he earned an awkward look from them.
Pluck said as he raised his hands, "what?! I'm not the one who pushed her!"
"Can someone get me some ice?" Noelle groaned.
Everyone looked at a certain red haired girl as she flinched. Feodora sighed as she went down the stairs, "I'm on it."

-BRENIN, LIAM AND SAORISE'S TURN-
The three Familiars looked armed and ready with a set of crossbows as they looked well prepared like they were ready to go into war. The teens and kids looked to be wearing pots and pans. "It is time to fire off the twenty one cross bow salute---!" Aine said, "---IN THE LIVING ROOM!"
"Are we sure this is safe?" Asta asked.
"Nope, but that's why this is the dare!" Prism said as she took a pot lid shield.
"Power them suckers up!" Aidan said.
Brenin, Saorise and Liam smirked before they started to power up their crossbows till their arrowheads glowed.
"Bows armed and ready!" Saorise said.
"Take aim!" Pluck said.
The three of them took aim as they armed their crossbows, as they aimed them high in the air. Vandy soon held up a flag that appeared to be made out of a bedsheet.
Vandy soon took a deep breath, "AND FI--"
"OKAY THAT'S ENOUGH!!"
The group jumped as Yami entered the room, though Saorise accidentally pulled the trigger just as she stopped using her magic; the arrowhead ricocheted off the walls. It would've hit Asta in the face if Yami hadn't caught it at the last second.
"Holy crap!" Asta exclaimed as he jumped back.
"So-Sorry Asta." Saorise said as her ears twitched again.
"It's o-okay." He replied before he said softly as his body shook, "I saw my life flash before my eyes!"
"Hey idiots--" Yami said as they flinched; they could see that familiar aura had been around him as he soon said with a glare, "Mind telling me what the hell is all of this?"
"Uhhhhh." Pluck said "The Dare games?"
"We're… Competing?" Feodora added.
"Really? The dare games huh?" Yami said, "Well I got a dare for you all, clean up this mess in the next fifteen minutes or--YOU'RE ALL DEAD."
"YES SIR!!" All but Liam exclaimed before they scrambled to get to work. They each grabbed their own set of cleaning supplies and tools before they worked at a fast pace.
"I'm gonna help myself to those pork rinds the shortcake has been telling me about." Liam said before he headed towards the kitchen. At least that's how it would've played out if Yami hadn't grabbed his head.
"By everyone, I mean you too." Yami told him
Liam only groaned, "Do I have to?"
He replied as he handed him a broom, "Yes."
Liam only groaned again before he begrudgingly took the broom and started to mumble curses as he worked.
"So--" Karasu soon said awkwardly, "--There's no hard feelings about drawing on you, right?"
Pluck added as he smiled nervously, "yeah right?"
Yami looked at them with a dark aura surrounding as they paled; they seemed to have understood what that meant as they both gulped.
"Say Karasu. That hall needs some extra scrubbing right?" Pluck asked
"Oh why yes they do!" Karasu said, before he rushed to the hall with a bucket of water, "We'll get that done right away!"
They both ran away like the devil was at their feet as Yami had a satisfied grin. He said while taking a puff, "as it should be."

-One Cleanup Later; TRIPLE A'S TURN-
After they had cleaned everything up, they had set up three pails of water as they had been in what would be considered the training room. Aisling, Aine and Aidan had removed their hats as they started to rub their hands together. "Alright, alright, alright!" Aisling said, "So all we gotta do is do a handstand for twenty seconds?"
"That's what it says in my dare." Brenin said as he waved the paper.
"And courtesy of Feodora we have our very own ice water!" Vandy said.
"What can I say, except you're welcome." Feodora said with a smirk.
"I don't know why but I hate you for saying that and never say that again." Pluck said.
"Good for you." Feodora said as it made Pluck flinch before glaring at her as he mumbled to himself.
"You three ready?" Karasu said.
Aidan chuckled as he removed his hat, "Always."
"Let's do this thing." Aine said as she did the same.
Aisling chuckled as she rubbed her hands together, "Three points, prepared to be earned!"
"Wait, should you really be doing a handstand in your nightgown?" Noelle asked as she looked at Aisling and Aine.
"It's fine--" Aine replied as she waved her hand, "--We always wear shorts under our dresses."
"It's true." Aisling added as Noelle looked shocked, "You don't do that?"
"Wh-why would i?!" Noelle asked "For that matter, how is that ladylike?!"
"Lady what now?" Aisling, Aine and even Prism asked.
"Typical outdated Silva," Pluck said as he shook his head.
"I see no problems." Feodora said as she picked her ear, which caused Noelle to puff her cheeks as she huffed.
"You people have no class sometimes." Noelle said to Pluck and Feodora roll their eyes.
"Less talking, more daring!" Jubei exclaimed, causing them to jump, "DUNK THY HEADS!"
"Compliance!" The Triple A's exclaimed.
The three of them soon dunked their heads into the tub of frozen water as they did a handstand simultaneously. The moment they did, Prism started to timer. They could hear them gurgling in the water as they even started to squirm a little.
"Almost there--" Asta said looking to the watch, "--Almost there--"
"Just ten seconds left--" Prism said.
The minute the bell had gone off, the three triplets pulled their heads out of the pails; though they jumped when they saw their faces had been entirely blue.
"Tha-Tha-Tha-Tha-That wasn't so bad." Aisling said as her teeth had been chattering.
"Ye-Ye-Ye-Yeah, pie-pie-piece of ca-ca-ca-cake." Aine added as her body had been shaking.
"I-I-I c-can do this i-in my-sleep!" Aidan said before he sneezed.
"Oooooh no I made the water too cold." Feodora said awkwardly as she looked at her hand, "I don't know my own strength."
"Ya think?" Pluck said with a raised eyebrow making Feodora glare at him.
"W-Welp!" Prism said as she started to push the Triple A's in the direction of the bathroom, "Time for a trip to the jacuzzi bath!"
"So-So-So-So-Sounds, good t-t-t-t-to me!" Aine said as her hand shook while she formed a thumbs up.
"W-W-W-W-Whoo-h-o-o-hoo! Bu-Bu-Bu-Bu-Bu-Bu-Bubbles tha-tha-tha-that ma-ma-ma-ma-ma-massage the b-b-b-b-b-b-b-ody!" Aisling said.
"Wh-Why-do-do-do-do-does m-m-m-m-m-m-y bra-bra-bra-brain se-se-se-se-seem fro-fro-fro-fro-frozen?" Aidan asked.
Pluck said with a forced laugh, "Don't think about it Aidan!"

-Many Dares Later-
The group had settled down back in Prism's room as their clothes looked to be a mess; their clothes had been stained with either milk or dirt, or even ketchup as even their hair looked to be a bit worse for wear. Though each looked exhausted, most couldn't help but snicker and giggle.
"Well--Aside from the usual Yami scare--" Prism said, "--This is probably the best dare challenge in the history of dare challenges."
"I never knew Pluck was so creative with his dares." Asta said.
Pluck said with a snicker, "What did I tell you?"
Noelle huffed as she said "It was nothing."
"Admit it. You had fun on his dares too! You even participated!" Aisling pointed out making Noelle blush
"H-HEY! That is not true!" Noelle exclaimed
"You didn't say that after his 4th dare." Karasu pointed out which made Noelle flinch.
"No doubt about it, this is the most fun I've had in my life." Feodora said as she had been satisfied.
Prism nodded, "We should totally get the others at Black Bulls in on this when we get back to the base."
"Absolutely." Asta and Feodora said with grins.
"So--Who's winning in the Dare challenge?" Sachiko asked, "Anyone take the steal?"
Saorise soon took out a clipboard that had a paper attached; her eyes soon widened in shock. "Uuuuuuhhhhhhhhh----" She started to say as she was shocked, "--We're all tied up!"
"WHAT?!" Everyone exclaimed.
"How the hell is that even possible?!" Liam said as he took the clipboard from her.
"Wait--" Brenin said, as he looked at the group, "--Did anyone here back out in a dare? Did one of us play a punishment game?"
At this the whole group's eyes widened in shock. "Now that I think about it--" Aisling said.
"--None of us backed out of a dare!" Vandy concluded as he had been dumbfounded.
"Bime i elena--" Jubei said as she had been in shock, "--We're all TOO good at this game!"
Aidan said as he looked at the clock, "AND IT'S NOT EVEN MIDNIGHT YET!?"
Pluck had shouted, "This has never happened before! At least one of us had backed out of a dare before!"
"Well to be fair this only happened once." Saorise said as she held up one finger, "ONCE."
"Wait--" Asta said, "--If we ended up tying up, does that mean we all lost?"
"Let's not get crazy." Karasu said.
"I DON'T WANT TO BE THE BARBADOS SERVANT!" Noelle exclaimed.
Pluck shouted, "I'D RATHER DIE THAN BE THE STUPID SILVA'S SERVANT OR WEAR A DRESS BY HELMENT OUT OF ALL PEOPLE!"
"Oh don't be a baby." Feodora said.
"Wait--!" Saorise said as the group jumped as she sat up suddenly, "--There is one way to resolve this, only one way to determine who wins the challenge once and for all."
Asta, Fedora, Karasu, Noelle and Sachiko looked confused at this, while Prism, Brenin, Liam, the Triple A's, Vandy, Jubei and Pluck's eyes widened in shock and realization.
"Saorise, you don't mean--" Brenin said.
"Oh, I do mean it pupper." Saorise said as she nodded.
"Have you gone mad?" Liam said.
"We can't risk it!" Vandy said as his face had gotten serious, "They are still innocent! Especially Asta!"
"Wait, what?" Asta said, a bit shocked.
"Oh but we have to, to decide the winner of the Dare challenge!" She said as her ears twitched.
"Woman.." Pluck said before he began to shake her "ARE YOU INSANE?!"
"Who isn't insane these days, Pluck?!" Saorise said as she stopped him from shaking, "Do you want there to be one winner, or all of us losers?"
Pluck hissed through his teeth, "You're right.."
"It's a risk we have to take!" Aisling said.
"No sacrifice! No victory!" Aine added.
"In the words of Yami himself--" Aidan said, "--It is time to push past our limits!"
"But Saorise--!" Prism said as she took her arms, "--Are you sure they're ready for it?"
"Is anyone ever ready?" Saorise asked.
"What are you guys talking about?" Asta asked.
"Yeah what's with all the drama?" Feodora said.
"And you all look uneasy." Karasu added.
"You're overexaggerating over one little thing." Noelle said
"You don't understand, woman!" Jubei exclaimed as she smacked her silly. "We have to break the tie the only way we can!"
The group looked to one another as they each nodded to each other. "She's talking about the ultimate tie breaker of the Dare Bucket Challenge…" Prism said.
"Ultimate tie breaker?" Asta said, confused.
"Look if it can decide the winner, then I'm willing to go for it." Feodora said.
"Just tell us what the tie breaker is." Karasu said.
"Yeah, I'm sure we can take it!" Sachiko said.
The group looked to one another as they each nodded; their faces soon grew more sinister as they all said in unison, "IT'S THE SCARE DARE CHALLENGE!"
The five of them couldn't help but look confused and yet they were intrigued. "A scare dare?" Feodora said, "That's a thing?"
"Oh it's a thing alright!" Vandy said, "And it's the one of THE most daring of all dares! Only the bravest of the brave, could take the challenge!"
"Well--" Asta said, "--What does a Scare Dare involve exactly?"
"It's real simple--" Brenin said, "--One of us comes up with the most scariest dare ever--"
"That doesn't sound too ba--" Noelle started to say.
"BUT--" He soon said, "--The kicker is, we ALL have to do it."
At this the four of them looked shocked as a couple of their jaws dropped.
"All of us?!" Sachiko said, "You mean as a group?"
"Yeah--" Liam said, "--All of it is a game of chicken. Whoever can't take the heat, will lose and the last person standing is the victor of the Dare Bucket Challenge."
Noelle shook as she said "you-you mean all of us have to participate? If we don't we--" Noelle soon had an image in her head as she imagined her being Pluck's servant which made her shriek. "NO, NO, NO, NO, NO, NO I CAN'T GO THROUGH WITH THAT!!"
Pluck had said, "No way in HELL am I being the Silva's servant nor being put in a dress."
The group looked to Pluck and Noelle oddly as they had been interested to see what they would decide.
"I'm in." Pluck and Noelle said before they froze and shouted at each other "QUIT COPYING ME, PEASANT! NO YOU FIRST!" They turned their heads as they huffed "HMPH!"
"Okay that's pretty funny." Jubei said with a giggle.
"You said it." Karasu said with a snicker.
"They almost sound like an old married couple." Brenin said.
"NO WE DO-" Pluck and Noelle shouted before they looked at each other again and turned.
"Look, we understand if some of you don't want to take the challenge." Vandy said, "There's no shame if you call it quits."
"Who said I was gonna back out?" Feodora said as she had a smirk, "Sign me the heck up!"
"Screw it, I'm in." Karasu said as he raised his hand.
Asta soon said with enthusiasm as his eyes had been lit up with stars, "I'm in, let's do this thing!"
"I guess that means we have a full house." Pluck said, "Well not counting Prism that is."
"What do you mean Prism gets in on this doesn't she?" Feodora asked.
"No, she mostly sits one out since she can't really--" Aisling started to say before they had heard something that had shocked them.
"Wait--" Prism said, "--I'll do the challenge too!"
The Familiars and Pluck looked shocked, while the Triple A's appeared to be processing this. "Prism--" Liam said with concern, "--Are you sure?"
"You remember what happens when you get scared right?" Brenin asked before he pointed to the spirits.
Prism's expression seemed to have changed slightly at the thought, before she took a deep breath and smiled, "It won't happen this time! It won't be like when we're kids, besides I lost my magic."
"Yes but them--" Saorise said as she gestured to the spirits, "--They react to your emotions and with your new tricks and grimoire--"
"I've got it handled, don't worry!" Prism said, "Believe it or not, I've learned a lot from Mr. Fugeleon the past few months!"
"You--" Feodora soon said as her tone changed, "--Don't sound sure."
"No, no, that's just you!" Prism said, "I can take it, no problem!"
The Familiars looked concerned as the look on their faces soon changed as they knew exactly what she had been thinking. Pluck soon said with a sigh, "Well looks like we have no choice."
"Alright!" Aisling said with a smile, "Let's start to brainstorm!"
With that, the group started to think on the dare; they went through one idea after another they seemed to have tossed away the idea. Prism seemed to have jumped slightly at the sound of thunder just from the outside as it seemed to have made her shake. Adrien, who had been laying in the corner of the room, seemed to have sensed this as he went to her side in almost an instant. He curled his body around her as she shivered slightly, which Asta seemed to have noticed.
"It's done!" Aisling shouted, "I think I know the perfect scare dare!"
"What is it?" Sachiko asked.
Aisling giggled before she went towards the window of Prism's room, "I remember Magna talked about it! There's an old abandoned building just nearby that's said to be haunted with ghosts!"
At this most of the group flinched while the kids' eyes sparkled; Prism on the other hand seemed to have flinched.
"WHOO!" Vandy cheered, "I LIKE THE SOUND OF THAT!"
"LET'S DO IT!" Jubei exclaimed as she suddenly pulled out a knife making them jump and scream.
"WHY DO YOU HAVE THAT!?" Feodora yelled.
"Jubei.." Pluck said as he gave her a look.
"What?" Jubei said, "You were thinking about it!"
Pluck only noticed his hand before she pouted, "Fine..."
She took out a couple of knives out of the skirt of her dress which put them all into shock. "What is wrong with your sister?" Karasu asked.
Pluck replied with a sigh, "we ask the same thing..also make sure she doesn't steal yours."
"Anyway--" Aisling said, "--How about we go over to the haunted building and see if we can find actual ghosts!?"
"I'M DOWN!" Aine and Aidan exclaimed as they raised their hands as their eyes lit up.
"Might as well." Karasu said.
"I hope you all are prepared to serve under me." Noelle said as she swayed her hair
Pluck said as he stuck out his tongue, "you won't be saying that AFTER you lose."
"I-I guess I'll do it." Sachiko said awkwardly.
"I shall accept." Feodora said.
"We accept the challenge!" Brenin, Saorise and Liam said.
Asta exclaimed as his eyes lit up again, "I'M ALL IN!"
Prism only gulped, as she raised her hand with hesitation, "Ye-Yeah! Me too!"
"Then I declare the scare dare challenge--" Aidan said as he had gotten out a bell, "--Offi--"
"WAIT!!" Vandy exclaimed suddenly as the force of his voice made everyone hit the floor, "I just remembered, Uncle Yami, Jack and William put Prism under house arrest! If they find out she's gone, they'll quadruple kill her!"
At this the group let out a collective groan as some of them stuffed their faces into their pillows. "Aw man--!" Asta exclaimed, "--In all the excitement I completely forgot!"
"Yeah, same here!" Prism said, "After what happened the day before they don't want me out of their sight!"
"Damn it all!" Feodora said, "Curse the Captains and their strictness and protectiveness!"
Pluck said as he smacked himself with the pillow, "How are we supposed to do this without them breathing our necks?!"
"Let's kill them." Liam said nonchalantly causing everyone to gasp.
"Liam, no!" Prism said, "No killing!"
"I can make it look like an accident." He told her
"No killing allowed and that's final!" She told him more sternly, "Besides they're our friends, and you can't hurt friends."
Liam clicked his tongue at this before he turned his head, "Fine, but only because it's you, Shortcake."
"I have to admit those guys aren't so easy to shake off." Karasu said, "Especially Yami considering he's from the same country as Sachiko and I."
"Why would that be a problem?" Asta asked.
"Let me put it this way--" Karasu said as he patted his shoulder, "--With the way he carries his sword around and how he always finds Prism, he didn't sense mana like how everyone else does. Even if one of us knew a spell to make her invisible he would find her no problem."
"Maybe there's a way we can sneak her out without them seeing her." Aine said as she pondered.
Saorise grumbled as she tried to put her head together. She soon stood, "You know what, I need some more coffee to think about this!" She said as she stood as she took her mug, "I'll be right back guys!"
Before she could head out the door, Saorise ended up tripping on a pillow as she fell to the floor; the mug flew out of her hand before it landed on a tapestry just in front of them. Immediately the others rushed to her side.
"Saorise, are you okay?" Prism asked with worry as she helped her up.
"You didn't break anything did you?" Asta asked as he did the same.
"Yeah I'm alright--" She replied, before she noticed the damage, "--Oh truffles!"
"Oh man you got a coffee stain on it!" Vandy said.
"It's okay I'm sure no one's gonna notice!" Jubei said.
"That tapestry--" Saorise said worryingly, "--Wasn't super expensive right?"
Pluck replied nonchalantly, "Yeah, it sure was. More than this house actually."
"Nooooooooooooooooooooo…." She said as she slumped over on the floor.
"Why did you tell her that?!" Noelle said as she gave him a look.
Pluck replied with a shrug, "I can't lie to her can't it?
"Not the point!" She said.
Prism soon noticed something off from the tapestry as some of the spirits had gathered around it. She had to rub her eyes at least twice as she saw what looked to be a bump around where Saorise had spilled the coffee.
"Wait a second--" She said as she went over to it.
"What is it?" Asta asked.
Prism didn't answer as she removed it from where it was hung; she gasped in surprise when she saw what appeared to be a button. The rest of the group seemed to have noticed this too as they looked over her shoulder. "What the hell is that doing there?" Feodora said.
"I don't know…" Prism said before she reached out to the button. With her entire palm placed on it she pressed on it till she heard a click. The group had been startled when the fireplace that had been in Prism's room suddenly shook as they heard the odd sound of gears turning before it stopped.
"The hell--?" Karasu said.
They each looked within as they opened a space in the inner wall of the fireplace just behind the semi burned log. They could see a set of lights illuminate as they appeared to have descended.
"No… Way…!" Asta said, dumbfounded, "Is this what I think it is?!"
"Bime i elena it is--" Prism said, "--It's a secret passageway!" She soon looked confused as the spirits shifted color, "Why is there a secret passageway in my room?"
"And in a fireplace of all places!" Noelle said.
"Pluck--" Karasu said, "--Did you know about this?"
"N-No!" Pluck replied, before he looked strangely angry, "why didn't I know of this?!"
"It must've been in the house beforehand." Aisling said, "Though knowing our Wizard King he must've known about this in the first place."
Pluck had bit on a handkerchief as he grumbled angrily, "and leaving me out of it."
"But why is it in my room?" Prism asked.
"It must be an escape route of some kind, in case the safehouse was compromised and they had to move you." Feodora said before her look softened, "I know from experience."
At this they seemed to have gotten the idea, Prism's especially as it seemed to have hit her, "That's why Yami put me in this room."
"An escape route…" Aidan said before his expression lit up, "... That's it! That's how we can sneak her out without getting seen! If we follow this passage--"
"--Then it'll take us outside!" Pluck finished as he soon had a smile, "We can still do the Scare Dare!"
"SALVATION!" Jubei exclaimed as she pulled out a familiar set of kamas,"LET'S DO THIS THING!"
"Hey wait, isn't that my ha--" Saorise started to say.
"CHARGE!!" Jubei shouted as she ran into the fireplace, shocking everyone.
"I think your sister needs help." Feodora said to a petrified Pluck.
Pluck had said as he slumped over, "We tried that too"
"Come on, let's go before she hurts herself!" Aisling said before she ran into the fireplace, with Aine, and Aidan following behind. "We might as well go too--" Feodora said before she headed in, "--Let's win this Scare Dare!"
Pluck flinched before he shouted "Not if I win it first!"
Noelle exclaimed "H-Hey!"
The two moved while pushing each other with force as they could soon be heard screaming when they heard the sound of screams and crashes.
"Good job Stuck Up!" They heard Feodora in the tunnel.
"Bite me!" Pluck exclaimed "hey! Stupid Silva get your head out of there!"
"DON'T PUT YOUR HAND THERE!" They heard Noelle shout before they were both slapped.
"Keep your voices down!" Feodora said, "You asking us to get caught?"
"Tell her to keep her head out of people's you-know-what!" They heard Pluck say.
Karasu soon sighed before he picked up Sachiko, "Shall we then milady?"
"We shall aniki." Sachiko said before Karasu carried her within the fireplace. "We'll go to--" Asta said before he noticed Prism had taken her pack and set her grimoire in place, before Saorise set a red shawl around her.
"You're bringing your grimoire?" Asta asked curiously.
"W-Well yeah!" Prism replied, sounding oddly nervous, "You never know what could happen out there right?"
"I guess but--" He started to say before Prism slipped on her boots and took his hand.
"Come on, let's get this Scare Dare started!" She said as she pulled him towards the open fireplace, setting her shawl in place. Asta didn't seem to fight it as he found himself blushing before he was taken inside as the tightness in his chest came again while Nero who had been following them around the whole time, made herself at home on Asta's head.
Brenin, Saorise and Liam looked at one another as they all felt uneasy. Adrien soon let out a noise towards them as he had been speaking to them.
"Yeah…" Brenin said as he looked out the window to see the clouds rolling in, "... I don't like the look of tonight either."
"Shouldn't we at least try to convince her to back out?" Saorise asked, "She might get herself hurt again."
"Well if you were Prism--" Liam said as his look changed, "--Would you be just as stubborn?"
Saorise stayed silent at this like she had been answering his question. "We're going to go with what she wants for now." Brenin said, "But if it ends up going too far--"
"--We know." Liam said, "We'll be there for her, like always."
Saorise sighed, "Then, we should catch up with them."
Adrien let out another noise as he had been speaking to them again. "Don't worry, we'll make sure nothing happens." Brenin said as he patted his head, "You just cover for us in case the other Captains come around."
"Then what are we waiting for?" Liam said.
With that being said, the three of them went inside the fireplace; the moment they stepped inside the way had soon been sealed off, as the sight of it made Adrien jump.
