"I'm Asta from Hage Village--" He said, "--Myself and my friends will be joining the Black Bulls starting--"
BOOM!
Everyone had been back by an explosion as Asta was sent flying. The flame spirits protected Prism from the oncoming flames, while Feodora quickly used her magic to protect herself from the blast as well as Karasu and Sachiko. Pluck just used his swords to reflect the attack with a blank look on his face.
"Oh dear." Finral said.
Asta would've landed on the ground hard though Adiren quickly caught him before he could; he set him on his feet as he let go of his jacket.
"And already the fire has started cooking.." Pluck added with a groan. "Why did I have to join this squad out of all the squads?"
"WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT!?" Feodora shouted as her ice broke apart.
"Was that an explosion just now!?" Prism yelled.
Yami gave a laugh before he turned to the four new recruits as he told them with a prideful smile, "Welcome to the absolute worst Magic Knights Squad--The Black Bulls!"
Asta immediately recovered as they went over to the entrance, along with Prism, Feodora and Karasu. Each of them had been taken back by a sight; they saw a couple of what they assumed to be Black Bull members either fighting, drunk or… They were being downright creepy.
"NOW I'M PISSED!" They heard one of them yell, "YOU HAD BETTER BE PREPARED!!"
"I'm not--" Another had said, "--But let's do this!"
"FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!" A set of triplets around Prism's age had yelled who appeared to be witches cheered, though one of them had been a boy
They saw what looked to be some sort of street punk batting away fire balls towards a young boy with blonde hair who had electricity; he dodged every single one with ease as he looked to be enjoying it. They were even more taken back when they saw a woman with pink hair who had been half naked sit up as she let out a groan; almost immediately Feodora covered Asta's eyes while Karasu covered Sachiko's.
"O-Oh my--" Prism said as her face had been red.
Pluck immediately covered Prism's eyes as he said while his nose bled, "SERIOUSLY AGAIN WITH YOUR HALF NAKEDNESS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!?"
"What's all the ruckus?" They heard her say, "Ugh, I drank too much and my head hurts…"
A young woman who looked to be in her mid thirties as she had blue highlights as well as cyan hair and sapphire pearl earrings had said as she shook her head, "We REALLY gotta give you the cold turkey."
A young boy with light blonde hair, having a set of small silver earrings, who looked to be twelve had been sitting at a table as he had been eating beside what appeared to be a girl with black hair as they looked to be eating a plate of food at a fast pace.
"I'm gonna win this time!" The boy said with his mouth full, "I've been training for months on end!"
The girl said with her own mouth full, "In your dreams!"
"Come on, Vandy!" A young six year old girl with dark blonde hair wearing a golden bracelet, "Show her who's boss!"
A man who appeared to be in his early forties with features like a goatee and stubble had tried to get in between the feud as he said, "Vandy no! You remember what happened last time!"
"Don't worry pops! This time I increased my stoma-"
Soon the boy began to puke on the shoes of a young man who had light purple hair as he exclaimed "HEY! THOSE ARE MY SHOES YOU BRAT! NOW WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO WEAR WHEN I SEE MARIE TOMORROW?!"
"So-Sorry Uncle Gauche!" Vandy said nervously, "I can polish that if you want!"
The man named Gauche had yelled, making him freeze, "NO! ONLY MARIE CAN CLEAN MY SHOES!"
"AH! DEATH APPROACHES!!" Vandy shouted as he dashed away.
The young six year old girl said with a glare, "HEY! NO ONE MESSES WITH MY BIG BROTHER EXCEPT FOR ME! PREPARE FOR BATTLE!" With a war cry she jumped onto Gauche's face as he had been taken by surprise as he screamed. "GAH! GET OFF OF ME!"
"Jubei!" The man yelled, "What did we say about jumping on people!?!"
"HEY! PLUCK GET YOUR BRATTY SISTER OFF ME!" Gauche shouted
Asta, Prism, Feodora and Karasu stood dumbfounded as they saw the commotion take place. "I--" Feodora said, "--Don't even know what to say to this."
"These guys have a lot of energy for a Magic Knight Squad." Karasau said.
"Hai." Sachiko said.
While Pluck just turned around and walked as he said "I don't know them, I don't know them, I don't know them, I don't know them, I don't know them, I don't know them, I don't know them."
The woman soon noticed Pluck as she shouted, "PLUCK!! I SEE YOU OVER THERE! GET YOUR SISTER OFF OF GAUCHE'S FACE BEFORE SHE CLAWS IT OFF!!"
Pluck froze as he said "Yes mother..."
Pluck dashed off and went to do just that, while Prism looked shocked by a few certain sets of people in the room. Though she had been brought out of her thoughts as she heard Asta say, "Come on guys! We're gonna be a part of the Black Bulls starting today! We have to introduce ourselves to them!"
"It's like a zoo in here." Feodora pointed out, "How are we supposed to get their attention?"
"Since your voice is the loudest, how about you start us off?" Karasu said to Asta.
"Good idea!" Asta said before he cleared his throat, and took a deep breath, "I'M ASTA FROM HAGE VILLAGE! IT'S A PLEASURE TO MEET ALL OF YOU! I'M GONNA BE THE WIZARD KING!!"
The group turned over though they saw that not even that didn't get their attention as they continued doing what they were doing.
"They're not listening at all!" The four of them thought.
"Bakayarou*." Sachiko said in a disdainful tone of voice.
(*Translation: Idiots)
"THIS IS FOR MY PUDDING!!" The Street Punk guy had shouted.
A ball of flames soon came towards them; though the attack seemed to be heading towards Asta and Prism. They both let out a shriek as they were taken back by the attack. "ASTA! PRISM!" Feodora exclaimed.
As the smoke cleared though, they sighed with relief when they saw Prism was fine. It looked to be a fire fox that had protected the young girl. "I'm okay!" Prism said awkwardly as she patted the fox on the head.
Asta had let out a groan as he had been seen on the ground, recovering from the explosion. "You good?" Feodora asked him as she kneeled.
"I'm… Good." He groaned.
"I'm surprised you're still alive." Karasu said.
Feodora was quick to catch a bottle before it could hit him in the face, courtesy of the woman with pink hair as she had been yelling at the street punk, "MAGNA THAT'S ENOUGH!"
Pluck shouted as he got his wooden sword and bonked him on the head, "YEAH, ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL US?!"
The street punk named Magna yelled, "HEY! Blame Luck! He started it!"
The boy named Luck said with a laugh, "That pudding was delicious!"
"I'M GONNA KILL YOU FOR THAT!!" Magna yelled.
Pluck soon shouted as he went to smack Magna, "I'M GONNA KILL YOU FOR ALMOST KILLING THE DUMMY GIRL!!"
"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?!" Magna shouted.
"ARE YOU REALLY THAT BLIND!?" Pluck yelled.
"PLUCK!" The woman yelled, "STOP HITTING MAGNA AND GET YOUR SISTER OFF OF GAUCHE!"
"Jubeii get off uncle Gauche!" Vandy yelled.
"NOT UNTIL HE YIELDS!!" Jubeii shouted.
"Testify sister!" One of the triplet witches shouted.
"This sounds strangely a lot like the tavern back home…" Prism said awkwardly.
"I'm starting to regret agreeing to this…" Karasu said as his eyebrow twitched.
"Someone make it stop!!" Feodora said as she put her hands to her ears, "This is torture!"
"Quack!" Addleine shouted as she began to charge at Gauche, though Gauche ended up kicking her away.
"AHH!! ADDI!!" Pluck yelled as he caught her. He soon shouted as he raised his fist to Gauche, "HEY SISTER LOVER! YOU CAN'T JUST KICK A DUCK AWAY!"
"The hell did you call me!?" Gauche shoute
Finally, Yami had gotten fed up, as he clenched his hand. A purple aura seemed to have emitted from his own hand.
"All of you--" Yami said before shouting as he slammed his fist into the wall, "--QUIT BREAKING EVERYTHING!!"
The moment his fist landed onto the wall there had been a loud boom sound as well as a huge dust cloud.
"YOU JUST DESTROYED A WALL!!" Asta, Prism, Feodora and Karasu shouted. Everyone froze as most of them turned to Yami in particular.
"CAPTAIN YAMI!" They all exclaimed as they stampeded towards him, knocking over the four of them as they hit the ground hard, as Sachiko merely moved over along with Adrien and Yoshi. Everyone crowded over him as they started to talk all at once, even Pluck's family.
Pluck had shouted at them, "HEY! ONE AT A TIME!"
Although Pluck had only been ignored by them as they were still happy to see their captain.
"Thank you for all your hard work Captain Yami!" Magna said as he bowed his head, "Did anyone get too uppity with you?! If they do, I'll kill them!"
"Captain!" Luck said as he shoved Magna out of the way, before he threw his fists, "Spar with me today will you!? Come on, give me everything you got!"
"Come on~" The woman with pink hair said, "Just ignore these brats and drink with me~."
"Here, eat this!" The young girl said as she held a cupcake to him, "It's delicious isn't it? Isn't it?"
"I'm sorry, I've reached my limit--" Gauche said, "--So can I go see my sister now?"
"Uncle Yami, you're not gonna believe what I found for my collection!" Vandy said, "Do you want to see?!"
"It is so sick! Literally!" Jubei added.
"Hey, Captain, wanna see this new trick I learned while you were away later!?" One of the triplet witches said as she had long purple hair tied into a ponytail.
"No, you definitely want to see my trick!" The second triplet said as she had an eyepatch and shoulder length periwinkle purple hair and a pale blue eye.
"You're not gonna believe the prank we pulled on Magna earlier!" The young male witch said as he had a set of low pigtails as his own hair had been in the shade of an iris purple and his eyes were of gold, "You are gonna laugh so hard your stomach is gonna hurt!"
A large person only seemed to have grunted as Yami laughed, "I see, I see, so you guys love me that much?" Yami's look changed as everyone flinched, "Now shut it or I'll kill all of you."
Everyone had been suddenly on their knees as they didn't even take notice of a set of gag noises. "Sorry sir!" They all said.
Pluck sighed as he said "Finally....I thought they ne-"
Pluck's mother had said as she bowed her head, while she forced her son to do the same "We're sorry Yami."
"M-MOM!" Pluck groaned.
Pluck's father had added as he placed his hand on his son's head, "We promise it won't happen again."
"Now that's out of the way, we got some--" Yami said before he noticed four certain people had been missing, "--Where did they go?"
"Uh--" Finral said, as he pointed towards the large man. There they saw Asta, Feodora, Prism and Karasu underneath him, as Adrien had been trying to pull his partner out and Sachiko was doing the same with her brother, and Yoshi had been pulling on Asta and Feodora.
"Can't--Breathe--!" Feodora wheezed, "Seeing--The light--!"
Asta had said as he tried to claw his way out, "Save--Me--!"
"Wrecked--In pain--!" Karasu said feeling his sister tug at him, "--Can't--Move--"
"Air--Need--Air--!" Prism gasped.
Pluck had shouted, "OI! GREY! WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! YOU'RE CRUSHING DUMMY GIRL!"
"QUACK! QUACK!" Addeline shouted as she hit the man named Grey with her stick.
"Dummy girl?" Vandy said.
"Wait, the only person you call Dummy girl is--" Pluck's father started to say.
Grey finally moved off of them as they all took a deep breath while they recovered. That's when Pluck's family noticed the familiar short girl who had small pointed ears.
"Prism…?" The girl with long purple hair said.
Prism flinched slightly as she looked onto Pluck's family. The first triplet looked to have a red and blue cloak with a gray hakama jacket over a black shirt and short light blue pants and dark blue knee high socks with ankle high boot heels. She had on a dark blue witch hat with a white feather attached. She also had on a set of dark brown vambraces and what looked to be a brown pouch containing a grimoire.
The second had purple periwinkle hair as she had on a trench jacket hoodie with a brown band around her waist as she had on the same type of hat the first triplet had as she had a set of steel knee guards with black belt low heel boots. She had on a set of fingerless gloves as it had been in the color of red and even her shirt had been in the same color; She also had on dark brown work pants and a brown pouch with her own grimoire and a similar gray hakama jacket like Prism did.
The third had his hakama jacket open revealing a light blue shirt with a v-neck as well as a set of ripped design pants and black boots. He had a feather hairpiece in his hair with a white pearl as he had on a brown cape as he had been holding his grimoire in the form of a backpack.
The one named Vanny had a light green hakama jacket open, revealing a light magenta shirt with orange pants and brown shoes. The one named Jubei had a purple bow with light pink hair and wore a simple pink dress with light red slip on shoes
Plucks mother had a ruby blouse with a light blue dress underneath and plaid black combat boots. Pluck's father was wearing what noblemen wear with his elegant azure shirt and pants with the Barbados family crest on his back.
Prism had started to tear up as she had recognized them, "Aunt Yuki… Uncle Cad…!"
The woman named Yukiko gave a smile as she said "Welcome back, Prism."
"PRISM!!" The triplets shouted as they ran to give her a hug, which had surprised Asta, Feodora and Karasu as they watched Prism laugh.
"Aisling! Aine! Aidan!" Prism said as she hugged them back, "The triple A's! I can't believe it! You're all really here!"
The second triplet, with the eyepatch, Aine had said, "We should be saying the same thing! I can't believe you're standing here!"
The third triplet—Aidan soon said, "We were so worried! We spent a whole year searching for you high and low! We were starting to think you were—"
"Dead? Not yet." Prism said with a smile.
"YOU'RE BACK!" Vandy said in tears as he hopped onto her back, hugging her neck, "YOU'RE REALLY BACK!!"
"Vandamne?!" Prism said as she picked him up off her back just as more little spirits appeared around her feet and shoulders, including a familiar light lemur, "You've gotten so big! Did you switch to that bug diet Aunt Yuki said you weren't allowed to go on?"
Vanny said with a laugh as he wiped his tears, "You can say that!"
Jubei soon jumped in place as she held out her arms while she gave a pout, "My turn! My turn!"
Prism gave a kitten smile as she set Vanny down before she picked her up, "I'd never forget you Jube bear!" Prism proceeded to drown her in kisses making Jubei giggle.
Jubei had said as she giggled, "Oh stop, that tickles!"
Pluck couldn't help but groan as he said "You STILL do that."
"What's wrong Plu-Plu? You miss my kisses?" Prism said.
Pluck said as his face turned red, "N-No!"
Prism decided to get close as she said "Maybe I'll give you some since it's been too long!"
"NO! GROSS! Get away!" Pluck said as he tried to push her away but to no avail as she landed a peck on his cheek, Prism said with a smile "It's my way of saying thanks."
Pluck gagged as he said, "Why me?"
"Don't we get a hug too?" The man named Cadfan said as he held his arms out to her.
Prism's expression brightened as she set Jubei down; she ran over to Yukiko and Cadfan as she gave them her biggest hug as they did with her. "Oh Prism!" Yukiko said, "We're so glad that you're--"
Her gaze softened slightly when she noticed the scar along her cheek, neck, chest and arm; Prism felt her fingers brush lightly along her cheek and chin.
"What happened to you?" Yukiko asked.
"I don't know. I woke up with these--" Prism replied before she reassured her and Cadfan, "--But it doesn't hurt at all! In fact it's like they weren't even there!"
Cadfan had said, "Are you sure?"
Prism nodded, "No worries Uncle Cad! No phantom pains here!"
"Hey Pri--?" Asta said as he brushed himself off, "--You called them aunt and uncle. Are they--?"
"Asta, Feo--" Prism said, "--These are the people I told you about! They're Plu-Plu's family!"
"Don't call me that." Pluck groaned.
The whole family looked onto them, making them flinch. "Guys!" Prism said, "This is Asta and Feodora! They along with Yuno were the ones that found me! They've been protecting me for the last six months and they even let me stay with them in their village!" Her eyes soon sparkled in awe, "They have pot potatoes!"
"Dude, for real?!" Aisling said in disbelief.
"Only you'd eat that and survive for six months!" Aidan said with a laugh.
"Nice to see old habits die hard!" Aine added.
"Is this true?" Yukiko asked the two of them, "You were the ones that found her tree?"
Asta blushed with embarrassment as he rubbed the back of his head, "I-It was nothing really! We're just glad we were able to help her when we did!"
"She ain't half bad, for someone who's as short as the Dum-Dum." Feodora said as she tapped Asta on the head a couple of times with her finger.
"I told you I'm not--" Asta yelled, though he stopped when they felt Yukiko's hand on their shoulders.
"Thank you for saving her and looking after her." Yukiko said as she had a smile of gratitude.
"We, the Barbados family, are forever in your debt." Cadfan added as he bowed his head, "You have our thanks."
"Hey, no problem." Asta said with a smile, "But you don't have to do anything for us."
"Ye-yeah." Feodora said as she looked embarrassed, "Think nothing of it."
"But I don't understand." Prism soon said to them, "How could you all have survived for so long? It's not possible."
"That's a bit of an interesting tale!" Aisling started to say, "You see—"
"Alright, alright--" Yami said, cutting her off, "--Hate to break up the reunion you have going on, but would you mind if we play twenty questions later?"
The next thing Asta, Prism, Feodora and Karasu knew the four of them were standing in front of the members of the Black Bulls as they had still been on their knees; beside them had been Adrien and Yoshi as they were both sitting patiently, while the light lemur, a fire ferret and lizard sat on Prism's head and shoulders while the fire fox was hiding behind her feet as it seemed to have glared at Magna; Sachiko had been hiding behind Karasu as she gave them all an odd look.
"So anyway--" Yami said, "--These four are the other members that'll be joining us this year."
"Other?" Karasu said.
"You mean there's one more?" Asta asked.
Yami soon turned to the four of them before he asked, "What are your names again?"
"YOU FORGOT THAT ALREADY!?" Feodora shouted out of confusion.
"And I thought my short term memory was bad." Karasu said.
Yami soon gave off a threatening aura as it had made them both freeze, "I'm sorry, do you wanna die, no-names?"
"No sir, sorry sir!" Feodora and Karasu said as they stood up straight out of reflex.
"I'll go first--" Asta said as he stepped forward, and cleared his throat, "--I'm Asta from Hage Village! It's nice to meet you all!"
"Asta huh?" Aishling said.
"What an energetic guy!" Aine added with a smile.
Aidan laughed, "I can see why Prism is friends with him!"
"Wait, you're from Hage?" Magna said, "Seriously? Talk about the sticks."
Feodora let out a sigh before she introduced herself next, "Guess it's my turn. The name's Feodora Helmet. I'm from the same village as Asta."
Most of the members looked to her shocked as a couple of them did a double take. "Helmet?" Vanessa said, "Like--Malik Helmet? The Assassin Noble from the Diamond Kingdom?"
Feodora flinched at the name as her look changed to that of a sneer, which seemed to have worried Asta as he noticed the expression on her face. She soon took a deep breath before she said, trying her best to sound calm, "Correction--I WAS from the Diamond Kingdom and I WAS a noble, but let's just say times tend to change."
Most of them had been taken back by her tone as she looked off, while Asta seemed to have sighed with relief.
Karasu sighed before he spoke up, "I'm Karasau Arai--" He gestured to Sachiko, "--This is my sister, Sachiko."
"Oooo, another foreigner!" Vandy said as his eyes sparkled, "Are you from the same country uncle Yami's from?!"
Jubeii asked him, "Do you know how to make mochis!? Please say yes, I've been DYING to try a mochi since uncle Yamj told us about them!!"
"Wait, what?" Karasu said, a bit shocked.
"Hey! Hey!" Luck said as he was suddenly in front of him, "Wanna fight? I wanna see how strong you are!"
"WHAT!?" Karasu shouted.
Pluck immediately intervened as he said, while pulling Luck back, "Oh no! Not again!"
"Aw come on! Just one little fight!" Luck pleaded.
Pluck had argued as he smacked him on the head, as he got him to sit back down, "No! Last time you had a fight, you nearly tore down the building!"
"There's something WRONG with you." Karasu said, giving a look in Luck's direction.
Prism soon stepped forward nervously as the little spirits seemed to have encouraged her, "He-Hello, my name is Prism!" She soon bowed her head, "It's an honor for you all to meet me!"
"Uh--" Vanessa said, "--Either I'm really drunk, or do you have spirits orbiting around your head dear?"
"Yeah, and your fox is glaring at me, so's that lizard." Magna said, gesturing to Adrien and the fire fox.
Prism started to get nervous, as well as Asta, Feodora and Karasu. "U-U-Uh! We-We-We-We-Well, that's--You--You see--!" Prism started to say as she stammered, "That's well--"
Yami cut her off as he gave Prism a pat on the head, before he told them, "This girl here is the lost princess we spent a whole year looking for. Her full name is Prism Aurora Clover."
"HE JUST SAID IT LIKE THAT?!" Asta, Feodora and Karasu exclaimed out of shock.
"Wait Yami!!" Prism exclaimed as she was still nervous, "I thought I was supposed to be--"
"THE PRINCESS!?" The rest of the Black Bulls had shouted as they were all shocked, making her flinch.
Pluck nodded as he said "The very same."
"Uh… Meow?" Prism said with an awkward smile..
Almost immediately after this was said, the members had crowded over Prism, as it nearly made her jump back; though Pluck found himself falling over on the floor.
Magna had said as he shook her hand rapidly, "IT'S AN HONOR TO MEET YA, YOUR HIGHNESS!"
"Sa-Same to you I guess." Prism replied nervously as she gently pried her hand from Magna's, "That's—Quite a grip."
Luck said as he sparked a little, "Hey, hey! If you're the Princess then that must mean your strong right?! Wanna fight me, your majesty!?"
"Fi-Fight!?!" She exclaimed out of confusion before she noticed Luck's appearance, "Wait you look a lot like--"
"Say, Let's drink, you and me, your highness!!" Vanessa said, putting her arm around her shoulders..
"No thank you!" Prism said, "Besides I'm only fourteen!"
Pluck yelled as he recovered from the fall, "SERIOUSLY YOU ANIMALS?!"
Charmy said as she held up a cupcake, "Here your majesty, you must be hungry! Eat this!"
"Oh, that's not necessa--" Prism started to say before Charmy stuffed the cupcake in her mouth after she jumped. She took the cupcake from her mouth as she chewed it, "--Actually that's really good."
"HEY! Your majesty! Tell me! Can you have the capital send Marie to me so she wouldn't have to live with that Old hag?!" Gauche said, showing her the photo of his sister.
"Oh give her a break you sister loving freak!" Vanessa said.
Yukiko had added, "Seriously, Mother Theresa does a better job of taking care of Marie than you!"
"SHUT UP!" Gauche shouted.
"I literally don't know what this is!" Prism exclaimed before she noticed Gauche's appearance and Marie's; her eyes had softened, "Hold on, even you and her--"
She soon jumped at the fact that she saw what appeared to be another version of herself as she had a smile on her face. "It's really nice to meet you!" She said in her own voice, "You really are pretty!"
"YOU'RE ME!?" Prism exclaimed out of confusion.
"Seriously Grey?!" Pluck shouted as he poked her with his wooden sword. "KNOCK THAT OFF!"
"Owie! Plu-Plu stop being mean!" Grey in Prism's voice had said.
Pluck yelled as he turned red, "DON'T CALL ME THAT, EITHER!"
Yami had soon gotten his threatening aura back as he said to his subordinates, as they all froze up. "Hey Comedy hour is over."
"Sorry captain!" The members said as they had gotten on their knees, even Pluck.
"Well that's a first--" Prism commented as she ate the cupcake, "--I didn't know other people who are not Aunt Yuki, Uncle Cad or my parents that scared you Plu-Plu."
Pluck shushed Prism as he told her, "Ixnay!"
Yami soon turned over to Finral, "Hey, introduce them to the other members."
"Oh right." Finral said before he cleared his throat , "Well, her highness already knows them, but this is Pluck Barbados and his siblings, Aisling, Aine, and Aidan. He may be a genius but he's a bit much and kind of reckless, but he's good people. As for the triple A's as they're known, they're a bit mischievous and like to play tricks but they're good people."
Pluck had said as he bowed his head to Asta, Feodora and Karasu specifically, "Nice to meet you."
"It's a pleasure!" The triplets said in unison to Asta, Feodora and Karasu in particular.
Finral soon gestured over to Gordon, "You've met him too, but this is Gordon Agrippa."
"Nice to meet you." He mumbled, though Asta, Feodora, Karasu or Sachiko didn't seem to hear him.
"He's pretty gloomy, and you never know what he's thinking about--" Finral said, "--But he's good people."
"Okay…" Feodora said awkwardly as he noticed the look he had been giving them.
He soon gestured over to Vanessa, "And over here is Vanessa Enoteca. She'll get in your face when she's drunk, but she's good people."
"I won't get in anyone's face." She argued.
"You were in her face just now." Karasu said, pointing to Prism who had been laughing awkwardly.
"Hey--" Vanessa said looking to Asta in particular, "--Isn't Hage a village out in the boonies?"
"Yes!" Asta said.
Almost immediately, the group had been shocked when Vanessa had gotten up close and personal with Asta as he started to get a nosebleed, while the others were just stunned. "To come out here from the boonies and join the Magic Knights… You must've worked hard little boy. How about I reward you with a special little treat?"
"Little boy!?" Feodora exclaimed out of shock.
"Reward!?" Karasu yelled.
"Bi-Bime i elena…!" Prism said as her face was just red.
"Aunt Vanessa is just as flirty as ever." Vandy said.
Asta couldn't help but scream internally as he rubbed his head, "I wish I could accept that, but I already have a goddess named Sister Lily in my heart!"
"Hey, he's only 15, Vanessa." Pluck said as he tried to pry her off.
"Oh come on Plucky." Vanessa said in her state "unless you wanna try a second time?"
"AS IF!" He retorted.
Almost immediately they jumped back when Vanessa had started to throw up rainbows. Finral sighed as he said, "Let's continue with the introductions then."
"What!?" Asta exclaimed.
"I'm next!" Luck said as he raised his hand as it made them all jump.
"Right--" Finral said before he told the four of them, "--This is Luck Voltia. He loves to fight and is obsessed with battle, but he's good people."
"How is that anything but good!?" Karasu said.
"It's nice to meet you all!" Luck said, before he went up to Asta and Feodora, "Hey, do you guys like to fight!?"
"Uh--Sure?" Asta answered awkwardly.
"I can't say it's my favorite thing but I like to spar?" Feodora added.
"Really?" Luck said, "Hey, do you guys wanna fight!? Wanna fight!?"
"Uh--" Feodora said.
"--What!?" Asta said, confused.
"Okay, you seriously have a problem buddy." Karasu said.
Yukiko gave Luck a smack on the head as she told him, "What did we say about recklessly challenging people to a fight?"
"Oh come on, Yukiko!" Luck complained, "I never got to spar with new people in a while."
Yukiko told him, "Still no!"
"You almost wrecked everything last time." Cadfan added.
"Hey." Gauche said.
The next thing Asta, Feodora and Karasu knew they saw a photo of a little girl with short blonde hair and purple eyes. "Look." He said, taking them back even more by the fact that his nose was bleeding, "This is my little sister Marie. She's an angel. If you lay a finger on Marie--" His voice soon became threatening as he made them jump back, "—I'LL KILL YOU."
"EH!?" Asta exclaimed.
"I take it back--" Karasu said as he cringed, "--YOU'RE the one with the problem!"
"Cre--eepy." Sachiko said as she was trying to pronounce the word.
"Why is your nose bleeding!?" Feodora yelled.
"That's Gauche Adlai." Finral said, "He's a bit obsessed with his little sister but he's a good people."
"A BIT!? IT'S MORE LIKE A LOT!" Feodora yelled.
Finral soon gestured over to Charmy, "This here is Charmy Pappiston. She eats way too much but she's good people."
"Nice to meet you!" Charmy said with her mouth full of a cupcake.
"And this here is Grey." Finral said as he had been referring to the large man who had been exhaling, "I don't really get him, but he's good people."
"H-Hi." Asta said awkwardly.
"Hello?" Feodora said as she waved.
"And then we have Magna Swing--" Finral said gesturing to him as he had been giving them a look "--He's a delinquent but he's--"
"--Good people, we get it." Feodora said, annoyed.
"He's scary!" Asta exclaimed.
"I've seen scarier things." Karasu said as he shrugged.
Magna shouted at Karasa, though he didn't seem phased, "WHAT WAS THAT PUNK, YOU WANNA GO?!"
"And I'm Finral Roulcase!" Finral said with a smile, "I'm super popular!"
"You're more like the hopeless romantic." Feodora said, making him flinch. He cleared his throat again before he said, "And last but not least, we have the captain of the Black Bulls, Yami Sukihero!"
Most of them were a bit shocked as Finral didn't necessarily follow up with his good people remark like he had done with the rest of the members. "He's not calling him a good guy!?" The four of them thought in unison.
"Thank you for welcoming us like this." Prism said, "You know, despite the fact that we kind of panicked yesterday."
"Ye-yeah!" Asta added as he bowed his head, "Thank you so much for having us!"
"You said they're others before." Feodora pointed out, "What, they too chicken to show their faces in front of us rookies?"
"There are other members, but they're either away on missions, taking a break or slacking off." Yami explained, "Try to get along with them."
"Of course!" Prism said.
"I'll try my best Cap." Karasu said.
"I make no such promises." Feodora said as she turned over to the side while she crossed her arms; her tone of voice sounded harsh.
"Hey Feo--" Asta said, nudging her, "--She's just kidding around! We'll be sure to get along with them all!" He soon took a deep breath as he soon yelled as it had taken everyone back, "ONCE AGAIN, IT'S NICE TO MEET YOU ALL!!"
"Whoa!" Vandy said as his eyes sparkled, "I've never seen anyone raise their voice that loud! That is so cool!"
"Whew mama!" Aisling said, impressed, "We have to have a competition now!"
"Finally a worthy challenger!" Aine said.
"I am there!" Aidan said.
"Me too!" Jubei said as she hopped.
"Same!" Vandy said.
"OH NO YOU DON'T!" Yukiko and Cadfan shouted.
Pluck said clearing out his ears, "We already have enough loud mouths"
"Party pooper." The triplets said.
"Is he trying to kill me…?" Vanessa groaned, still feeling her headache.
"Your height and the volume of your voice is way out of proportion." Yami pointed out.
"Yes sir!" Asta said.
"SHUT UP." He said it sounded threatening as it made Asta pale.
"Sorry sir!" Asta exclaimed.
"Is he really supposed to be a captain?" Feodora thought.
"He's as terrifying as mother and father were!" Prism thought as she found her own body shaking, "Actually it's more scary when I think about it!"
"Anyway--" Yami soon said to his members, "--Put em to work, but don't kill them. If ya end up murdering the Princess here I'll kill ya myself."
"Huh?" The four of them said.
Pluck had said with a groan as he slapped himself, "oh my god."
"YA HEARD EM!" Magna shouted as he stood, as it made the four of them jump, "A couple of newbies like you think you have what it takes to be a part of the Black Bulls!?"
"I guess?" Prism said awkwardly.
"Her highness I understand considering the circumstances, but--" Magna soon said, "--A thief, someone from the Diamond Kingdom, and someone from the boonies with no magic, I don't know what it was that Yami saw in you three, but--"
Magna soon showed off his Magic Knights robe, "--Do you have what it takes to wear a Magic Knights robe!?"
"Bime i elena!" Prism said in awe.
"So cool!" Asta said as his eyes sparkled.
"Seriously, why do you have to be dramatic?" Karasu said, "It's just a robe."
"Yeah, you trying to sell me the damn thing?" Feodora asked him.
Magna had yelled at Feodora, "WHAT?! HELL NO!"
"It sounds like you are street punk." Feodora said, still sounding harsh in her tone.
Magna had argued, "HEY! THAT'S NO WAY TO TALK TO YOUR SENIOR!"
"Then do something about it!" Feodora tempted, making Asta and Prism nervous, "I dare ya."
Yami soon intervened as he said "Okay, okay, you can puff your chests at each other later."
Feodora clicked her tongue as she turned away while Magna let out a huff of his own. He cleared his own throat, "Let's try that again--You think your up for wearing one of our robes!?"
"I guess?" Karasu said with a shrug.
"Whatever." Feodora said.
"Ye-Yes sir!" Prism said as her eyes sparkled, "Absolutely!"
"I do!" Asta said as a third arm practically grew out of his mouth, "PLEASE GIVE ME ONE!!"
Magna chuckled a little, "Oh yeah? You want one that badly? If that's the case--" He soon said pointing to the four of them, "--YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO PROVE YOUR WORTHY TO WEAR OUR ROBES!! IT'S TIME FOR YOUR INITIATION INTO THE BLACK BULLS!"
"Eh!?!" The four of them exclaimed.
"Oh boy!" Aishling said with excitement in her eyes, "Initiation time!"
"Yes! Yes! Yes!" Aine said.
"This is gonna be fun~!" Aidan said.
"This is my favorite part!" Vandy said as he hopped in place.
"Lucky jerks…" Jubei said as she crossed her arms.
Pluck rolled his eyes and shook his head as he said, "I could have joined the Golden Dawn or even The Aqua Deer...Why did I have to be in THIS squad in particular?"
"Oh suck it up." Yukiko said, giving her son a smack on the head.
