Zaire was all alone in his room. Sad because Zendaya and yes the feeling of uselessness prevailed in him. After some time of just being alone, a knock was heard. He didn't wish to see or talk to anyone so he kept quiet. The knock continued while Zaire chose not to respond. After a while, the knock halted. As if the merfolk who was knocking gave up, there was silence once again. Now Zaire couldn't be bothered.
"Zaire!", that a flicker of silence was broken by Zaire's mother. She shrieked Zaire's name as she entered the room without knocking. " So you are here?", She asked while swimming towards her son." The guard said you are not in your room. "
Zaire didn't even look at his mother, let alone talk.
"Zaire we need you. " This was a moment where Zaire was supposed to ask what is wrong. At least say something but he still kept quiet.
