[The Kito Kingdom]
Hidden underneath the ocean, the Kito Kingdom is surrounded by sea monsters. The creatures surround the entire Kingdom so that no one can have a free entrance to this Kingdom. Beneath the monsters, there is the spirit of all the late Kings and Queens. They're also there to ensure that no mere merfolk invades the Kito Kingdom. Then after the spirit is the alive Kings, together with their Queen, retired wizards, and their head guards.
The beasts enclose the Kingdom and only once in a lifetime, would clear to allow all merfolks to enter. This is when all the Kingdoms will come together to witness the coronation of the new Kings.
