May 5th, August 18th, October 7th and December 11th, through the years of 2018 to 2020 on these dates the appearance of a blue unknown body, radiating a corona of light around it have been marked during night time consecutively through the land and water bodies of the islands in the Indian ocean and the Pacific Ocean. According to the locals of the islands that are habituated, these unknown things were first spotted to be appearing on the beach, being swept along with dead marine lives by the lunar tides and thus at first everyone marked these as some kind of 'yet to be identified' marine life that are specifically bioluminescent in nature but to the aid of proving these unknown body as a marine creature not a single evidence was been found.
After the first few appearance near the ocean beds these bodies were then found randomly around the forest areas and the civilized areas. The most shocking thing was that the next morning after the occurrence of these bodies not a single body was been able to be retraced. The size of these bodies varied from having a diameter of approximately 50cm to 150cm. There also was a rumor going around that those who dared to touch these bodies are either dead or went to coma or gone missing.
The whole world was in a state of havoc and chaos of excitement and fear. Scientists around the world were gathering around these areas to disclose the case of these unidentified bodies. They were even putting on bounties of large sums just to get those bodies for experimental studies. Ordinary people were too visiting these areas for sightseeing of that bizarre of a situation and I too out of curiosity made my plans to visit these islands. And as per the information earlier known the next occurrence of these bodies is October 7th 2021. As for the area to this sightseeing, I decided it to be the beaches of Andaman Islands.
On October 5th I made my landing on Port Blair safely. The area around there was more beautiful than the tourist descriptions. I always wanted to make a solo trip to this island before but because of my hectic schedules of work I could not do so. And the travelling expenses with the resort reservation was also there to suck off my pockets. That is not an issue now though as all my travelling and staying expenses are taken care-off by the company. Yes, it's not actually a vocational trip but rather on a field trip for my work to cover that situation that was going to be published on the next issue of the Nextgen weekly magazine. And I had to go to the fields to make a report on the pre-phenomenal situation there. The next two days were going to be hectic as hell.
The morning before the phenomenal day was rather different than what I imagined. It was a slumber atmosphere with people acting normal as usual. There was no sign of any anxiety in anyone. I then went to pay a visit to Professor R.K. Valmiki of DU who had been working there in the research team for the past 3 years. He was staying in one of his friend's house in Diglipur, who was settled in Bangkok with his family by then. In the balcony of that old Sri Lankan styled beach house, while brewing some Darjeeling tea for both of us he explained to my question on the dim drum atmosphere around there. "It's been quit few years since these creatures have showed their presence around here. At first people around here were really curious and anxious about all these but after that fateful night of 18th august last year the situation flipped the table of emotions of the locals. That night 16-person, three adult women, two adult men and 11 children and teenagers got eaten by that thing. There are quit some people too who saw that happening in front of their eyes. They even recorded it in their cell phones but when they showed it to others no one was able to keep their sane, they rolled their eyes back and fainted and few splats of blood came out of their mouth. People now have tabooed conversing over these phenomena." After hearing him talk somehow the curiosity within me perked up. Now I really had to disclose that case no matter what. That case was no longer a curiosity of human but a threat to humans by the nature itself. And if used effectively that situation could be used to the aid of future development of science and humans. All those aspects will probably lead me to be praised a lot on my arrival back to the company and definitely will get some bonus and promotion.
Thinking all that and having chitchats while taking sips of that vermilion colored bland tasting tea from the porcelain cup I glanced at my wrist watch and then looked out to the ocean. It was sharp 1p.m. then and the sky above the ocean was not filled with floating foams of white cloud anymore but rather black ones. Black like obsidian. The farthest end of the ocean was not visible at all because of the viscous pall of grayish-black fog looking as if highly toxic to nature covering all over. The soothing ocean breeze was not there anymore. I glanced at the professor, he too was looking there with a perplexed and exclaimed facial. The presence blazing sun of a typical tropical day during the Sarata seasons in Andaman Islands was no where to be found. The fog now was rolling down to the feet of land. Stunned by this scenic I snapped out to reality by the sudden cry of professor, "There! Look there!" he was pointing to the small dot point faraway all sparkling like a star in the moonless night in the ocean that looked rather contrasting due to the pitch background.
That spot then multiplied to like fifty and hundred and kept on doing that while getting bigger to size. They were approaching the soar. Blue in color, small and big, glazing with a corona of indicolite around it. Those looked like some orbs of heavenly water from some isekai world.
I looked at the professor again while he stood there mumbling to himself, "…they are early…too many in …everyone will…" I gave a pat on his shoulder to divert his attention towards me. And then just when I was about to speak up, got interrupted by a roaring sound of thunder. The blue bodies were now turning purple. And over a few seconds almost all of them transcended to red, orange, yellow and white orderly. At time they turned white, it started raining heavily, heavily enough to block the lights emitted by those bodies and our vision. "Should we go and take a look?" the professor asked monotonously. I nodded. We waited the rain to stop.
After an hour rain did not seemed to stop and thus after waiting for nearly another fifteen minutes when the intensity seemed to cease a bit, we went down stairs. Just as we reached the doorstep, we heard sound of scraping of some heavy metals. As we rushed out, a sudden presence of a foreign being surprised us. Thet cute little surprise was more horrendously dreadful than Annabella herself.
A six-legged creature standing on its four-hind legs of size nearly 12 feet tall and 18 feet long. That creature had a body of bones and scales neither eye nor nose or ear on face with mouth dripping with something that did be a mixture of blood and saliva perhaps. Yet that creature looked beautiful somehow? I tried to get a better look at that creature but then got taken aback by the roar of it. That roar sounded more like a cry of pain and disdain to my ears. I looked behind for the professor. But where did he go? Haunted and daunted I looked around me hurriedly to search for the professor with in my range of vision. And oh?! Why is he approaching that creature?
