Chapter 1 - Prologue

*Bam* *Bam*

"Please someone open this!" Devin screamed and shouted as he slammed on the majestic doors that spawned to the height of several meters. But alas, it won't open… no matter how much he tried… it would not open. It was made up of thick transparent material and would not break no matter what he did. He tried punching it... kicking it... throwing rocks and boulders at it but to no avail.

Inside his leader was trapped. Leader was surrounded by a score of monsters; fighting with them for her life.

Devin was outside of the monster room.

'Wait here till I check for any traps' That was what his leader had told him before being trapped in the monster room.

"I should have never let leader go alone," Devin cried. Tears began rolling down his cheeks. He couldn't hold them back anymore. The leader was like a family to him and now everything was crumbling away. The leader's life was in mortal danger.

How desperate he was feeling? Probably only Devin knew. But he could do nothing to help. Only bang on the door and cry.

He could only watch as the monsters pulled apart limbs and everything. But instead of all of that, there was a smile on the leader's face.

The leader parted its lips as if to say something but the words never reached Devin through the huge doors.

"Please don't kill… Please stop…"

All he saw was a bloody mess...
