"It's from a curser."
"Curser what?! What do you mean? Curse? Curse is just a myth right?" Risk continues to ask.
"No, they're not. People say it's only a myth but it's not, those people who conquered curses and use it as a gifted weapon. The curser."
Zell said, Risk is more confuse for what he heard.
After the King of Curser vanish from the world thousand years ago, people who can use curse as a gifted weapon is now just a myth. They believe curses vanish together with them, but if it's that curse really from a curser then they're true?
"I can't believe this, if my conclusion is true then you might be fighting a disease that has never been defeated before in all healer history. This is quite famous for us, in the high status of healer because we own a book of deadly diseases and myths. Disease that until now, we don't know how to cure."
"Can you tell me about it?" Zell asked, the woman mobilized herself and then she took a book from the shelves. She opens it and flips the pages until she finds it, one page of such a curse.
"Here look at this, the wound is not just simple wounds. It's a symbol, a flower that once it blooms the person who had it will eventually die." Zell looks at the wounds and she's right, it's not a simple wound. It's shaped like a flower, if it's really from curser then people from their land are already in danger!
"This curse first appeared thousand years ago, it killed almost the haft of the continent. This is a kind of curse disease, once you'll have this you'll be tortured. Every wound feels like it ripped your skin, and your life will be sucked." Zell picked his mirror and then moved himself.
"I think I need to go, I need to go back." He said, and then got out of the place. Risk just followed him, still confused.
"Hey, Risk, you can go now."
"I might need to fight someone, you can go now and continue your journey. Thank you for everything man." Zell said, Risk stops from running with him. Zell waves his hand and Risk watches his back slowly moving far away.
"Damn!" He cusses himself because he can't, he can't just leave him alone. If it's true that he'll be fighting someone with terrifying power then he might be really in danger.
Instead of running on the other side, Risk follows Zell. He snatched a horse from a guard and then chased after him. Zell, who is riding a horse, heard that someone is on his back, he looked back and he saw Risk.
It didn't last long when Risk was already on his side, running together with him.
"I don't know what the hell is happening but I'll help you." Risk with a serious face said, Zell started to cry that made him make poker face.
"I thought you'd just let me die, Ajujujujujuju thank god!"
"Tsk!"
"Hey, tell me about this curse thing."
"Long time ago the curse used to punish people for their sin but one person managed to conquer it and become King of Curses, he ta—"
"I already know that." Risk cutted Zell words. Everyone knows about the story of the King of Curses, how he attempts to take over the world and how the government becomes a hero when they save humanity and regain it.
"My father died in a curse, at first I believed curses are just a myth too. That the power of it is just in that story book but it's not, I witnessed it in my own eyes. Curses power works so mysteriously, I tried to know how it works and how you'll be cursed but there's so many ways. I can't read books about its origin, because the government erased it from the world to prevent curse powers from emerging again to take over the world. People think it's a myth because they didn't suffer from it, because the government protects them from it. But, some people out there are suffering, the world is wide and we don't know it yet."
"One in a million will one person conquer the curse and make it his power, if you'll be cursed it depends on your strength how many days you'll die. Some people just take seconds, they say for a curse to stay on the surface. It sucks human energy, possessing someone to own them and use them."
"Wow, you know much about curses huh?"
"Yeah, I've spent many years researching and reading about them. Once the person is able to conquer the curse and make it their own, the curse will be their power. Curses can granded the conqueror a variety of powers that can be used in many ways from mundane utilities to powerful attacks and if the conqueror can understand more of his or her curse she or he might do something more."
"I didn't know that there is a terrifying power hiding in the world."
"Yeah, did you know that there's three categories of curses? Maybe somewhere in the world suffering from curses so I wanted to explore the world and have an adventure to meet different curses to know them more. To know how to fight, and break them." Zell looks so amazed, he's a curse nerd.
"But didn't you hate it?" Risk asks.
"At first, yes! I'm afraid and hated it, but then I realized hating it will not end my suffering. It took me a long time to realize that I wanted to know them, to understand them. If I do that, I might save someone someday."
"After this, be with me. Let's explore the world together." Risk said, Zell looked at him.
"I need to do what I need to do first." Risk nodded.
