Hearing the responses around the auditorium, this Tuesday morning, Professor Li Na was happy that her students were into knowing the topic. She looked for Li Jun during the ongoing class and, sure enough, he was there.
Not in his usual place in the front row, but he was there, up in the back talking with some of his colleagues. He looked at her when she spoke, but only with intellectual interest as he made notes.
Ha. Very good. He's keeping the pretense that he's nothing more than her student. If he'd gotten all intense, she wasn't sure she'd be able to concentrate on the damn lecture.
After class there was the usual crowd of students waiting with questions. She caught Li Jun's eye as he moved almost close to the podium, making sure nobody saw his little action, he mouthed "See you this evening, beautiful." and he rakes his eyes from the crown of her to the soles of her feet and gave her a brief nod, turning to have a word with his mates as he joined them.
Since his confession some days back, he had not come around her house even though he checked her up through his frequent calls. She was already used to his presence in her house and the joy and satisfaction she was receiving from such intimate actions scared her a little bit.
Only a few days of not being with her, but it felt like much longer. And now she felt stupidly excited at the prospect of seeing him this evening. Which was -well- extremely ridiculous.
Yet her heartbeat kept on accelerating as she dealt with the questions thrown at her by the excited students, and she couldn't wait to get rid of them all so she had Li Jun to herself.
Their eyes met as she walked out of the lecture auditorium, though he looked a bit angry and anxious as he received a call, when he saw her he still lit up with a shy smile . And for a second, the intensity she remembered from the encounters in her bedroom made her wish for the rekindle of such intimacy, and she had to catch her breath.
Welp, she really was like a freaking teenage girl having a crushing and addicting feeling of first love.

Li Jun was not able to concentrate in the class as Li Na cherry colored lips opened and kept on drowning on and on about the anatomy of flowers, though he looked as if he understood what she was saying, what was on his mind was not about Angiosperm or gymnosperm. Since she mentioned petals his thoughts have been on a different kind of petals.
Since his confessions of his past to her, he had to give himself a break as he examined the roller coaster of emotions that assaulted him, whenever he thought back at the way she comforted him, it was exhilarating, exciting and addicting.
The little petting they were engaged in a couple of days ago after his confession has done nothing to quench the electrifying feeling that made his body thrum. He wanted to gobble her, whole, but he was conscious of Li Na's past week's situation and mood. He was waiting for both her physical and emotional wounds to heal.
Sitting in her classroom today has put all kinds of images into his mind. knowing this evening he'll be in her home, concentrating was a torture.
How the hell was he supposed to concentrate on anything but the way her hips sway when she turns to write something on the whiteboard? Or the way the silky, smooth skin on her tanned, mile-long legs glistens in the sunlight pouring in through the windows?
Slim chance he'll be taking away anything educational from this lecture. It has something to do with the plant reproduction system, but in his mind he is picturing another kind of reproduction that entails the curve of her ass beneath his hands, the hollow of her collarbone against my lips.
His arousal is hard just thinking about it. Stifling. Just freaking and simply Stifling. He thought.
As Li Jun chatted absently with some of his colleagues who kept on crooning on how the lecture today was interesting, he swaggered out of the class as he picked up his phone that vibrated with a blinking message. It was a message from his security personnel in London. From Lu: "Boss, Please forgive us, Ms. Diayu has boarded a flight to Taiwan."
A slew of curses flew out of Li Jun's mouth as he moved to kick the dustbin at the corner of the college hallway.
Any thought of sexy time with his professor flew out of his mind. Immediately his phone vibrated from where he was clutching it, feeling perturbed as he saw the name blinking along with the shrill ringtone. Shit Daiyu!
He answered the call with an irritated grunt, "Hi! Li Jun," A woman's small voice was heard through the phone as Li Jun schooled his face and turned to see Li Na coming out of the lecture hall, he smiled weakly at Li Na.
"I'm in town, Li Jun, and please don't nag me. I've collected the doctor's permit. I missed you." Daiyu continued in her small soft voice.
With a halfhearted smile pasted on his lips, Li Jun whispered angrily. "That was foolish and redundant of you, don't you think. Nobody, even, I was not aware of your intentions to come to Taiwan. What if something happens to you, hmm?"
"Stop it, Li Jun. You are not my father. Is it a crime to want to see you?" Daiyu said in a broken and teary tone.
"Okay, calm down. If you are okay, what about your education there?" Li Jun asked.
"I-I will register here in Taiwan. I heard from the bodyguards you put on me in London, that you were taking another masters degree. I can join you in your department." She said softly.
"Are you kidding me? Where are you? I will send my assistant to look up an apartment for you to stay and I'll send a driver to pick you up. See you later." Li Jun grumbled, cutting off the call.
Li Jun looked up at that moment, scanning the hallway for Li Na. She eventually moved from the corner of the auditorium door, standing with a female teacher and, he assumed, was her friend as they talked about something that made Li Na laugh.
