Even though the milk flowing into his mouth appeared to be sweeter than anything he had ever tasted, it couldn't stop the perpetual taste of bitterness he felt within his heart.
He didn't know if coming to this world was a gift or a curse, both to him or this woman but he knew he couldn't reverse it, even if he tried.
Suddenly, he could hear strange light childish voices which seemed to be feminine, but everything turned into a flash of whiteness.
He looked down on himself and saw that he seemed to have been lifted by a firm grip of a man whose face apparently looked blurry to himself.
"Tobi... From now and henceforth you shall be called Tobi Kalamas."
Having officially gotten a new child to their family squad, the girls were on cloud nine as they jumped and danced around their new little brother excitedly. However, even though Christy and Christopher were happy, they had grave expressions.
On one hand, they were very happy they finally had a son after how many years, while on the other they were quite sad not because their child was referred to as a demon, but because they knew what the future would be like for him.
When the cold weather outside was finally cleared up, Christopher decided it was the perfect time for them to return home, after all, he could already feel the other villagers' hostile glare and heated gaze towards his child and his family.
It was also perfect for them to leave anyway, in order to avoid any sort of problem or trouble.
With all the cold and wind, during the mornings in the past few days, no matter how much Christopher wanted to leave he couldn't, at least for the sake of both his son and daughter.
Christy's expression had been filled with enough worries, for Christopher's tense heart to be anything but peaceful. That when they arrived at the front of their house, all the air he had held back in was finally exhaled.
The situation had been so intense, they could barely breathe properly.
Christy gently carried Tobi to their room, she was both mentally and physically exhausted, to do anything. While the accumulated household work was immediately attended by both the girls and Christopher.
Meanwhile, Tobi opened his eyes as he looked around, he could tell that this was nothing like the earth he knew, and it would be quite strange if he said he was happy about anything relating to his new status as a baby man, it was a weird situation that made him feel quite helpless.
And he knew this would be an everlasting memory that would be forever stuck to his head, and could barely be forgotten, though his emotions were quite perplexed but he couldn't deny the fact, that he now had an entire life ahead of himself with a father, a mother, siblings to look after him.
Pushing back all his emotionalism, even though he might be a bit biased towards father figures, he couldn't be mistaken that this man his father had a tinge of love for him.
Christy didn't see the heated stare, the baby had towards his new environment.
'This is even worse than I thought. So far, I have two possible choices. Grow into this weird family, working my ass off in some medieval environment.'
'Option two, wait for this game system and find out, what useful things it has to offer me, while I am big enough grab a chance and escape and if possible, give this family a better life in return. I think I could go with option two, after all, it is most feasible for me at the moment.'
As he thought of that he stared at the invisible black screen, floating mid-air in front of him, and then he closed his eyes with a sigh and slowly went to sleep.

Four days had passed since Tobi was Transmigrated into this strange virtual world.
Within the past few days, no how hard he thought about it, he could not stop his heart from going through a round of pain and sadness. His senses all told him that it was a real-world, that he was definitely in real medieval age. Even still his heart could barely accept this perpetual truth.
The more Tobi knew about this world, the more his mood dampened.
Christy sometimes would talk to him, while sometimes she would heave in a sad sigh, but Tobi's thought was always far away. He had long considered the idea of running away, though he appreciated the affection of this new family of his, he wouldn't put his life in harm's away because of some few loving words they said to him.
While he felt some sort of guilt it wasn't stupidity, ever since he got the gist of life, there had been a clear boundary between guilt and being stupid.
From, the clothing of this world and even from the way they ran their errands, the constructions of their buildings, and the type of furniture, he could guess that this was nothing like earth style.
The thought of no smartphones, TV, or any other electrical devices or even a radio, made him almost cry, he could already imagine how difficult this type of living was going to be for him.
