Chapter 21 - 0 attributes point

For Bell, it was one of few reasons for a woman's pride. Though cooking was common, a delicious meal was a bit difficult, every time Christy cooked it all seems like wonders and magic to her. It was like watching a cooking pro.

"You are so amazing, Mother!" Ada was always filled with awe and admiration, which made her feel euphoria any time Christy gave her the opportunity to watch her while cooking.

"When will I ever be as good as you mother?" Ada added with anticipation.

"Of course, when you finally become a grown woman" Christy replied with a smile but inwardly added 'After 15 years of cooking and chopping every single day.'

After a while, everyone woke up to have breakfast together. The family of five consisted of Christopher (father), Christy (mother), two daughters (Ada and Belle), and Tobi.

Tobi thought's slowly ran wild when he realized, a depressing certainty that they might have no such thing as an indoor bathroom, even though they had an indoor kitchen.

From what he took note of, the house consisted of a big room and two small rooms. The big room serves as both the dining, kitchen and a cupboard with two doors that lead to both outside and other rooms.

The breakfast wasn't relatively quiet, so he had no problems understanding what they were saying when his family exchanged light talks and comics

Immediately after breakfast, everyone showed the strength of a magical beast, as they left for their daily routine, Christy moved Tobi to a wooden rocking chair.

Tobi spent his time watching out for abnormalities, but he discovered nothing special at all. Life was like the way it was, back on earth. Their daily chores and washings were handled normally without any magic or external ability as they were all ordinary.

From his wooden rocking chair, Christy simply carried him for his baby milk, which all seem weird as a 30some-year-old man in a baby's body sucking on a young lady, which he might be older than.

Life couldn't be funnier, for his absurd situation. Tobi was delighted because he couldn't get arousal, if not he would have been caught as a baby man.

It didn't take long before he got the expected notification characters that popped up within his sight.

[Daily Quests: Drink milk completed]

[Host has received +0 Attributes point]

[Host has received 5 exp]

Tobi quickly removed his mouth from sucking any further, he smiled as he saw the notification before he proceeded to take another look at the characters intently.

The reward for completing the daily was the same as usual, except this time he realized there was a big difference compared to before.

Even a blind man would realize that something was amiss when he noticed there wasn't the usual +1 attributes point.

'I wonder why, I didn't get any attributes point this time?'

Tobi also noticed that lately, his need for milk that had always been there had reduced slightly, the difference was barely noticeable, but it was there nevertheless. Since he could feel that he had grown a little resistance towards milk.

Though Tobi didn't mind the loss of one attributes point since when he cultivated he always gets four attributes points.

However, he still felt bad even mosquito meat was better than nothing, but what Tobi didn't realize was that as he kept completing daily tasks, his body was also going through a vast transformation with every task he completed.

Tobi decided to ignore it, he understood that he was still new to the system, so he knew that overthinking it was out of option, nor cursing the system would solve any of his current questions.

Since he couldn't do anything, he just went straight to taking his morning nap.

He was dying so hard to cultivate the meditation technique. That he felt, that he had waited so long for the day to end, which felt like he was waiting for the moon to fall.

Christy fell asleep almost instantly the moment her body came in contact with the bed. Tobi could only free himself at that moment, and get some inner space.

After a full day spent on nothing but completing the daily task of drinking milk, watching, wetting himself, and feeding, he had decided that this world was ordinary. At least until he was confident enough to mysteriously wake up to something extraordinary.

Tobi could not time skip or even time travel, to know if this world was compromised of mages or something else. Waiting was boring, and he was too afraid of having an ordinary life with nothing to do.
