Christy fell asleep almost instantly the moment her body came in contact with the bed. Tobi could only free himself at that moment, and get some inner space.
After a full day spent on nothing but completing the daily task of drinking milk, watching, wetting himself, and feeding, he had decided that this world was ordinary. At least until he was confident enough to mysteriously wake up to something extraordinary.
Tobi could not time skip or even time travel, to know if this world was compromised of mages or something else. Waiting was boring, and he was too afraid of having an ordinary life with nothing to do.
----
At this moment he was currently checking his status and was happy to see both the effects of leveling again and three weeks improvement since he got the system.

Tobi check the notification as he practiced, the meditation technique. Before two minutes, a notification had popped up in his sight.
[Daily task: Completed {1/3}: Cultivation of High-grade meditation technique✓]
Compared to when he started practicing, his speed in cultivation was faster than before, which made it easier since he was slowly adapting.
He kept practicing repeatedly, as he allowed the Mana around him to sink deeper into the Mana core he had created within his body. This repeated process lasted for a period of time, as his veins, muscles, and each part of his body kept on going through a subconscious phenomenon with the Mana flowing through his body.
After close to fifteen minutes spent on cultivating the meditation technique, he was finally done and the daily task notification popped up in his sight.
[Daily task: Completed {3/3}: Cultivation of High-grade meditation technique✓]
Tobi had a smile on his face, as he saw the notification.
Though the task was the same as usual, the time spent on it had seemed to be increasing by the day.
Tobi didn't mind this, since the system might have a thought process of its own, that set's a strict rule. Hence, he had already planned out, to grind enough attributes points since he couldn't add any to his stats at the moment.
Though according to the system, every time he drinks milk he doesn't get the +1 attributes point, he was still satisfied with earning just four attributes points.
Most importantly, the meditation technique and leveling up could make up for the loss.
Thirty minutes after cultivating, for safety reasons Tobi thought it was best to sleep, and began a new exploration the next day.
--The following day in the morning.
The morning began as usual with Christy waking up before anyone else, followed by Ada and Belle who woke up just in time to assist her, in doing the household chores.
However, things came on hold, when Christopher called everyone over towards the dining room for an important announcement, he appeared a bit flustered.
After everyone had arrived, his sight scanned everyone, as he took note of their expressions, his heart kept on fast pacing as he realized that everyone was waiting for what he had to say, which made him appeared more flustered as he seem to be battling with what he should say and how he should say it, since he was sneak peeking at his wife more than usual.
Christopher had a dejected look on his face, it was all too sudden when he received the news that he couldn't summon the right words in his head, but he wanted another way out to release the heavy burden on his chest.
Gulp!
He gulp hard, she was already staring at him, Christy's lovely eyes never left him, neither the tender smile on her face, but all this including the girls and his baby son gazes which were clearly set on him, made him feel an even more sense of guilt within him.
After having everyone over, for a family announcement, they were all filled with anxiety and as well as curiosity, as everyone made various guesses of what Christopher wanted to talk about.
However, Christopher kept on staring downward dejectedly, while his eyes slowly faces the floor, 'Dammit, what can I do? I guess I can't hide it any further, I should just let the bird out of its cage.'
He slowly looked at Christy in the eyes, his heart squeezing in a vice, but he still said what was on his mind,
"I'm sorry darling, but I have a young son outside our marital home."
Even though he had considered things thoroughly at least within his mind before speaking, the guilt instead was increasing knowing fully well what his actions were.
He knew how disappointed and the sense of betrayal his wife would feel when he finally said what was on his mind, especially her trust and feelings for him, by hiding such a huge secret.
The tender smile on Christy's face froze for a moment, while her eyes slowly became moist as she was shocked by those foreign words she had just heard, while Christy stood there petrified devoid of any sense of emotionalism, she had trouble describing the sudden surge of emotion, after hearing such shocking news.
The man she called her husband, slowly walked over to her side, as he gently tried to pick up her hands beside her. She barely knew what to do anymore, except letting her beautiful eyes brim with tears and that meant trouble for him.
She stood there, dazed for a moment before she loosened her grip on the rope holding the basket onto the dining table. Before slowly walking towards their room, after a brief excuse.
Christopher stood where he was, with a myriad of expressions, as he stared at her walking away from him. There was already a storm within his heart, that he couldn't run away from the one brewing beside him. After a deep sigh, he sat down quietly with a lifeless look in his eyes, at this point he knew explaining himself was as good as useless the best he could do was pray that his wife and children could find it in their hearts to forgive him.
