Chapter 63 - IT IS NOT OYER YET 4

He totally understood now, what exactly happened with Zhu Youxun.

Zhu Su said coldly, "Youxun, if I have to mention one thing I don't like about you, then it is your desire for power which is too big. You are very smart... better to say that you are very diligent and have a strong will. I admit, it surpasses your brother. Your brother's ambition isn't as big as yours. However, ambition and willpower isn't always good. That's really bad, Youxun. That makes you blinded by jealousy and envy. You envy your brother because he will become the next Fan Wang, right?"

"I'm only disappointed because you are so unfair, choosing Brother Youdun only because he is the firstborn. He is only born a year earlier, after all. We are almost the same age! This is not fair!"

"I choose him, not only because of that reason. Youdun is a smart boy, and moreover, he is an ambitionless boy. He does everything with earnestness and full of responsibility, unlike you who always have ulterior motives."

Zhu Su threw an angry look at Zhu Youxun. That adolescent boy was now biting his lip, thinking fast. Finding that argumentation did not bring to the expected results, he then decided to change his strategy - pleading.

"Fu Wang... I... I do apologize for my mistakes... but... You already know my wish, right... so please, fulfill my wish. I'm not asking you to directly make me as a single candidate, after all. Just put me in the list of your heirs. Let me compete with Brother Youdun, please give me that chance, Fu Wang!"

"Precisely because your desire is too big, you make me more determined not to give you that chance. What will happen if someone who never feels enough then becomes a Fan Wang? Later you will want to be emperor, after becoming emperor you will be eager to conquer more other countries. You're a type of horrific leader! I won't allow you to be the heir to the throne!"

Zhu Su's statement directly struck straight to Zhu Youxun's chest. His face was as pale as a white wall, his eyes went blank. And his trembling mouth opened slowly, "So... You won't give me that chance?..."

"No," replied Zhu Su sharply.

Zhu Youxun felt his entire body trembled so badly. The next second, he turned behind. Running out of the room, sobbing aloud.

"Youxun!" Zhu Su shouted, trying to call Zhu Youxun, yet his son no longer wanted to respond to him. That adolescent prince had climbed up his white horse, and spurred it as quickly as possible to leave the palace.

Zhu Youxun rode his horse at full speed, not caring about which way he was heading. He was angry, sad, and frustrated. His frustration had seemingly blinded his eyes. He did not care even if his horse ran offhand on a busy and crowded street and bumped dozens of people who were selling goods or just having a walk. His ears seemed to be deaf from the cries of the pain screamed by old women, old men, and small children who fell onto the ground and could only moan miserably. He did not ever want to know if his actions had harmed the traders whose tents had been destroyed. However, nobody had the guts to curse at him because the crowds immediately understood that they were dealing with a little prince, they could only scream in silence. And Zhu Youxun kept riding his horse that way, kept destructing the whole road.

Until finally he arrived in a deserted meadow.

The meadow was spacious, and empty. No any single human could be seen there. Only the grasses which grew sparsely there, as well as small trees. Zhu Youxun got off his horse, took a deep breath, and shouted aloud.

"Daaammnnn!!! Why can my fate be so bad?!? Why do I have to be the second child?!? Why am I not the firstborn?!? I have worked hard for nothing all this time! It's useless to please him all this time! Fate is playing with me, makes me as the son of that damn man, and the younger brother of that damn boy!!!"

He shouted very loudly, his energy was soon drained right at this moment. Zhu Youxun got breathless, then bowed his head in great despair.

"O the Young Prince of the Zhou Fan Wang Guo, what has made your heart so miserable that you shout frustratingly like that?"

Zhu Youxun flinched. He looked up. A calm, wise-faced man in his late forties, was standing right in front of him.

Seeing the surprise look at Zhu Youxun's eyes, the man smiled. "Let me introduce myself. My name is Rumilie. I come from Shunxi Village. I am an expert in metaphysics, divination... and also military strategy. It is my hunch which leads me to come here. To come towards the next Supreme Leader."

"The Supreme... Leader?..." Slowly, Zhu Youxun's mouth curved a sinister smile. "Supreme Leader, you say?! You just intend to cheer me up! I won't be able to achieve that! Because my father will never allow it!"

"You can, my Lord," Rumilie whispered calmly. "You can't read the wheel of destiny, but I can. I have read what will happen in the future. You will become the Supreme Leader, replacing your father... even faster than you think!"

Zhu Youxun had no idea of the mysterious person whom he was dealing with right now. He only knew one thing; Rumilie had interesting information, and he should listen to this calm man's next words. "I will become Zhou Wang, even faster than I think? How?"

"That's why I am here, my Lord. I will tell you everything... But we need a strategic plan. We must follow the guidelines. If you are able to follow the rules of this game, believe me, the authority of Kaifeng will fall into your grasp!"
