As they saw Zhu Su had arrived, all people immediately saluted him.

An official came forward. "May I report, Your Highness. We found those scattering corpses when we were on our way to the government office in the morning. We were just about to make a public announcement, yet the people had already come in droves. Apparently, they are the family members of the victims."
"Have you checked the cause of the deaths?"
"In an ongoing process."
Shortly after, Li Heng had been also at the scene. He soon checked the corpses' condition.
"They died at dawn," Li Heng concluded.
"And what is the cause of the deaths?"

And, that commotion arose. Lots of hefty and well-equipped men broke through the crowd, and this time they were coming face to face with the government officials.
"Protect Zhou Wang!" Drawing his sword out, Mu Ying streaked forward, and so did the government army. Yet the amount of the officials incapable of combating was much more than those who were capable, including Li Heng - and also Zhu Su, whose martial skill was below average.

And the worsen thing happened; half of the folks were trapped into provocation. They joined in attacking the government officials.
One of the rebels managed to approach Zhu Su. He raised his spear up high, ready to get the prince finished off.
"Stop that!" Dodging, Zhu Su shouted aloud. "All of you, stop hitting! Please, stop right now!"
Nobody cared with his shout. Riots were still going on. And that rebel was still eager to attack Zhu Su.
