The Eluyim Hexan crouched down, as Leon slammed back into the ground, creating a large cloud of dirt into the sky. Barely able to see, they watched as it instantly disappeared, with Jamal standing to the outside of the now 100-foot deep and wide crater, his flames pulsing with energy and power. This would be the real deal now.
In a bit of hesitation, Alice pulled her book, as she began to flip through the pages, looking for anything that would help them right now. She felt a urgent wind in front of her, as the others slowly turned to look at her. Jamal was in her face, as the heat was causing her to sweat in a few moments. Without a response, he flicked at her nose, causing her to sail across the earth, and crashing into a tree hundreds of feet away.
Hops then began to rush him, as he attempted another kick to his face, to Jamal blocked with ease, before grabbing his leg in return. Hops attempted to use his other leg to twist free, but Jamal simply spun him around, preventing him from landing an attack. Disoriented, Jamal used it to his advantage, as he still held onto his leg, before slamming him hard into the ground, causing the man to choke out in shock. He continued to slam him back and forth, until he let him go into the sky, and shot a weaker, but powerful fireball in his state, as it exploded onto Hops.
Looking at the rest of the group, they simply stepped back, as Jamal's aura continued to flex around the area. They had to kill him not soon, but now. Fumbling in his pocket, Heskins pulled out a pistol and aimed it at Jamal before firing a bullet. Jamal just stood in place, as the bullet melted completely before it was even a yard near him. Heskins just fired multiple more shots, to which Jamal began to walk towards him, the bullets continuing to melt, his own fire being a shield to his advantage.
Jamal finally stopped in front of the man, who was trembling in fear, as he struggled to load another clip into the weapon. Jamal grabbed the pistol, as he put it onto his head.
"You wanted to kill me, do it now." Jamal told him, as the pistol began to melt like cheese.
Throwing the hot metal away, Heskins quickly backed away, before slipping on the dry grass. Standing above him, he could only watch, as Jamal looked at the man, before turning the other way. Even he knew he provided no worth towards this fight.
Jamal looked around to still see Brat and Fonda still standing, already in a stance. They were still itching for a fight, as he could feel more of the energy surging inside him, wanting to be free. It wanted to be complete.
He stretched his arms out, as the last of the Eluyim Hexan began to rush him, ready to counter any attack he'll bring within them. Feeling stronger than ever, he couldn't contain the hidden power beneath him. He let it go free.
The flames around his body quickly waned back, as they began to swirl around him more vigorously. Turning the conflagration into an extreme dark blue, the last of the Eluyim Hexan still continued to approach him, as Brat extended fur through his entire body, becoming werewolf-like. Fonda chased behind him, as she leaped on top of him, and Brat getting on all fours. By now, Jamal took a deep breath, as the last of the flames stopped swirling inside of him, before letting it go all out.
The flames swelled around him, as Brat stopped moving, heaving with deep breaths. Jamal stared them down, as the flames well passed the size of the crater, before sections of the fire brushed the tips of the leaves of the woods, causing them to begin to burn.
"This is my true power." Jamal lifted his arm up, the flames pulling back, before an extremely condensed blade that size of a 25-story skyscraper came into existence.
Brat and Fonda stood their ground, watching eagerly. Jamal waited a few moments to give them a chance to back away, before not caring what they did. He knew they would still try anyway. Yelling with assertion, he brought the sword down, with Fonda holding tight onto Brat, who barely leaped out of the way, with the flames crashing onto the ground. It didn't create any type of depression, as the flames licked across the dead grass quickly, and moving towards the now growing forest fire.
Brat launched himself at Jamal, who stood back, waiting to punch him in the face. Once Brat was close enough, he attempted to pummel him with the attack, before missing completely. That was strange, Jamal turned around as Brat used both of his claws to scar Jamal. It wouldn't hurt now, but he knew that they were still a threat, as Jamal attempted to fire a blast straight towards him. It grew into the size of a office building, as the flames eclipsed around the ball. He hesitated to fire, as if something was there to stop him, before he was able to do it again.
However, the attack was instead shifted into the sky, as the attack exploded above them, covering the entire perimeter. He stared back at Brat, to which Fonda got off his back, and extended both of her hands. He finally realized who was speaking to him, and controlling him was actually her. He felt her piercing into his mind now, as he began to step back awkwardly, until he stopped moving. Jamal could feel her looking around the environment, before reforming a punch with his fist. He tried his best to stop it, but couldn't prevent himself from getting punched in the face, causing him to stagger back in actual pain.
Grabbing the hand, he tried stopping himself, but it was to no avail. Jamal could only watch as Fonda flicked her arm, and each self-inflicting attack was hurting him more and more. Getting desperate, Jamal finally returned to the edge of crater, as he stumbled downwards. He could feel the woman leave her mind, as he quickly regained control of his body, and placed his feet back onto the ground. Sliding down the last twenty-five feet, he finally landed down in the center of the crater. The only thing down here was pieces of debris, and Leon was nowhere to be found. He could of sworn he knocked him down, Jamal assumed, as the flames quickly began to expand around him. In that instance, the ground began to shake abruptly, forcing Jamal to propel himself to the other side.
Turning around, he could see Leon's aura began to form around him. But it was even larger than he had ever seen. Recalling the school tournament, Jamal knew that just now forced Leon to newer heights himself.
"Jamal Wrint! I must thank you for what you did for me!" Leon cried out, as Jamal finally returned to the peak extent of his power. "I realized that I'm too weak to not go beyond. This is for Youdenia! Times one-thousand!"
Jamal cracked his neck in eager, as Leon forced a wave of aura to surround a similar size of his flames, causing an excess wind far greater than most windstorms to be brought upon the area. This battle wasn't ending, it was only getting started.
