Jamal stared ahead at the two people across from him, not saying a word. Reacting cautiously, he got into a stance, while the other people began to walk towards him.
"One more step and I'll kill you both." he told them.
They ignored his request, as they began dashing towards him. Jamal appeared in front of them instantly, before they both blocked his attack, as the wind collapsed what was left of the building in the vicinity. Jamal was shocked, as he didn't remember anyone able to retaliate back to him so quickly.
One of the men extended his arm, grabbing Jamal's leg, before swinging him into the sky. Jamal roared in rage, as he quickly accelerated back towards the earth, while the other person began sucking in air. Jamal could see his cheeks inflating, as he fired several condensed darts of fire towards the air-sucker.
Both men skillfully moved out the way, as the air-sucker fired the pressured air towards Jamal. There were small, but sharp bits of ice from the cold, as Jamal simply blasted the entire space between them.
The other person extended both arms towards Jamal, but Jamal kicked them back as the person retracted them in pain. The air-sucker began consuming more air, as Jamal landed back onto the ground. Jamal fired multiple fireballs rapidly towards them, as the person with the expandable hands moved in front. He quickly swatted the attacks away, despite leaving deep burns into the skin.
The air-sucker finished getting all the air he needed, as he fired the full extent of it towards Jamal. There was nowhere to go, as Jamal crouched down, as bits of ice cut deep around his skin. He could feel the fire get pushed away from his body, as he carefully stared down at his opponents, the man with the expandable hands moving towards him.
"You won't hurt anyone, no matter what it takes from me!" Jamal cried out, as his flames slowly began to return.
The expandable handed man slowed down, as a vortex of fire surrounded Jamal as Jamal stood his place, staring them down.
"I'll slow him down, just get Kurt to safety. Don't worry if I make it or not." the expandable handed man, told the air-sucker, who just nodded as he picked up the defeated man that was Kurt.
Jamal didn't even budge as the air-sucker pushed himself off the ground with his power, as he glided away down the mountainside. The vortex calmed down, as Jamal was mostly surrounded by blue fire, but still light streaks of red popping here and there.
The expanded man didn't even flinch before he could react to the instant attack that Jamal had done. He couldn't even move as there was a small but condensed ball of fire right by his stomach, as he could see the dark blue in Jamal's eyes. Jamal simply backed away, as the ball of fire stayed in place. Before the man could move out the way, Jamal flicked a quick fireball he created into it, creating a large explosion that reached the bottom of the cloud tops above.
Jamal just stood in place as the snow temporarily stopped around him, as there was nothing but bits of flesh and a deep crater in the ground. Jamal just stood there panting, as the snow became to return and cover the ground. He turned around to look behind him, only to see destroyed tarrs everywhere and the rest of the ruined town he couldn't see. Jamal got out the form, before he stumbled onto the ground, as all the pain he began taking was slowly taking effect. It wasn't long before he was convulsing on the ground, as it was the most energy he consumed in a long time. If only someone was nearby to help him, as he began to moan loudly in pain.
