In a cave with a gloomy and spacious state, a girl who looked like a human but had the bottom body of a spider awoke. She touched her temples as she felt an impulse to scream inside her head. When she fully opened her eyes, she found herself in a dark space surrounded by rocks and irregularly formed soil.
She squinted her eyes, perplexed as to why she was in such a dimly lit environment. Her body felt heavy as she lightly rolled her body to act stand, but an unexpected event rocked his composure. When she noticed a pair of black point spider legs beside her, she almost dropped her heart.
In her horror, she tried to flee by rowing her arms at the ground, but it pursued her. When she tried to hit it, she felt a piercing force, much as she did when she hit the spider legs.
She focused on her lower body because she couldn't feel his two legs. She panicked much more at that point, entering frenzy mode. She was palpitating as she sought to organize her predicament while chasing her breath.
And in a matter of seconds, she lost consciousness and dropped out, leaving her body in an awkward posture.

Ugh. Where am I?
I squinted my eyes as I saw a blinding light just above my eyes. I tried to adjust my vision to look at the surroundings properly. As I felt another pain in my head, I remembered I just have a bad dream.
I looked at my legs and saw them as human legs. That dream, really... It still making me panic to remember I have spider legs. I mean, I won't believe I have one, but even if I really have it, I won't accept it.
My body is moving sluggish as I observed my surroundings. This white room is unfamiliar to me. Just where I lay down, was a white neat looking bed. Beside it on its right was a brown shiny nightstand with a classical design on its exterior.
I observed further more, while putting my legs down on the floor and sat.
There was a mirror on top of it and when I observed myself, I look different. Completely different from what face I look like registered in my memory.
My waist-length hair was white as well as my lashes. My iris was still black but I have a noticeable red-colored pupil. Lips were red, my chin and jaw where beautifully emphasized as well. And most of all, my white fair skin is so gorgeous.
This, I, can't explain how the hell did this things happened. I just recall that I was just simply playing my game then went asleep. If I have different face now, does that mean, I died and been reincarnated.
I can't say it's 'no way'. As the idea of reincarnation is present, I can't deny to believe I have reincarnated as this body is not mine.
I stood up to properly study my figure. And surprisingly, I have a fine curve. It really looks like I've been incarnated into the definition of beauty.
Sigh, the only thing I need to know, where am I and who am I supposed. But just before opening the door, a knock came from outside.
I breathe as I prepared myself to face a fellow person. But, I was wrong.
WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!
A maid looking lady just came inside but... but... her lower body is like the looks of a spider.
This means... I was not reincarnated back on Earth. This is a complete world where mutants like here, supposed to be normal. If that's the case, does that mean, I too. That legs in my dream was real? NOOO!!!
I tried to fight my nervousness as the maid came near at me. I can feel my body having hard in breathing.
'Shit!' I can't help but to curse. Her legs were just creepy. I can't take this. It's not a virtual created image, its real.

I woke up.
I suddenly raised my body and saw myself again in this white room. The same as my dream. That was supposed to be a dream, no?
I let out a relieved breath. I will try to accept things. If that was not a dream, I should prepare myself for worse.
"Your Majesty, are you still not feeling fine?"
I halted my breath as I heard a sweet female voice just beside me. I slowly looked at it and saw the same maid I saw in my dream.
IT WAS REAL!
I nearly panicked but when I saw her legs, it was all fine and looks like human legs. And because of it, I let out a breath.
So patching things up, I am a royalty. And by hearing the greeting, I, myself is a queen. But that bothering image of having a spider looking legs just can't fade away from my memory.
"Yeah." I answered. "Now, lady maid. Please don't tell me you're a spider. There's no way you are a spider right? I mean, it can't be real. Maybe that was some type of parallel world dream, I don't know." I stated consecutively without letting out an air.
It can't be. But if it's real, I can't be stubborn. Let's just say this will be my experience to full-immersive virtual games. Let's put it right there and live with this life accordingly. It won't hurt me I guess.
"NO, Your Majesty, there no way I'm a spider. We can't be compared to that insect."
With her answer, I let out a breath. So it's really true huh. Judging by her tone, it sounds like a proud tone of refusing a statement.
"So what do you call yourself?"
"Arachne."
Damn. This may be a fantasy world.
