"Five of the black tortoise tribesmen were killed by the beasts. They're called midnight cats," general red wine said. They had spent the night providing first aid and burying their dead.
"That is terrible, but in a way we were lucky. That attack was extremely coordinated. How could animals do that?" Shin said.
"There seem to be a lot of wonders and dangers on the surface." General Redwine looked at shin closely. "Are you okay? I know you take casualties to heart, but it isn't your fault."
"I'm okay. I realized that I can't be everywhere, even with my power, and I definitely can't change the past. However, going forward, I think I need to be in the Vanguard. My perceptions have gotten stronger and I may be able to help us avoid other disasters."
