Eva has Been Laid to bed alongside the little prince Hugo.
A beautiful radiant morning is now come as the dwarf woke Eva with a beautiful song she awoke in fear looking shocked, but the singers continued , she looked to her side and baby is gone " where is the prince ?" she interrupted .
He had be taken by the queen, she requested that the baby should be brought back to her .
Majestically did the king and his dwarf wife approach the chamber, while she was still talking the queen carried the young prince in her arms.
"Good morning your highness " said Eva as she took a bow .
"Good morning Eva said the Herod playing with baby Hugo in his wife's arms. Hugo gave a chuckle, Herod and his wife had not given birth they just got married and she had not conceived at the time.
Eva rushed to the baby carried him from them .
"Thank you my queen " she said .
To the queen it seemed arrogant and disrespectful of her to do so , she gave a stern look at Eva as she jacked the baby off her.
"I'm sorry " my queen she said .
Herod said to his wife calm down my love for she was scared that she had lost the child. Eva was really sorry for what she did and told the king she had to continue her journey to the land of the elves. The king said "I know you would be on your way this morning so I made provisions for a horse alongside some other food and water"
Eva looked more shocked she gently dropped Hugo on her wooden bed and took a bow in appreciation of what the king had done for her.
"At least you wouldn't mind breakfast " said the king to Eva. "I wouldn't my king" she answered .
Now that all the provision has been made for her journey, she was happy and cheery . The table had been set by the servants of the dwarfs it was a lovely morning they ate and chatted eating the food . As usual the infant was fed milk .
After the meal Eva thanked the king and his wife for all they had done for her, " it all for a good course "said Herod With a smile on his face .
She stood up carried the a baby as she was set for the journey. She was accompanied down to the ride with the king his wife and some guard. They sang as they strolled down to the horse she climbed over the horse ,carried the baby in her alms as she continued her journey.
"Goodbyeeeeeeeeee ....." sang the dwarfs as she left .
Apollo had sent a message of his location to the king Artaxerxes. The dove sat on one of the balcony in the palace with the message tied to his leg , of of the guard saw the dove with a message he took the message and saw it was for the king.
He ran fast going to deliver the message .
On this beautiful morning, the king was having a meeting with the headmen, captain and lords of the city. When the guard cane in with the message "Good morning my king "said the guard taking a bow .
" How may I help you?" Artaxerxes said
"My lord I have a message sent with the bird to the palace ".
" hand it over" the king said.
He opened the letter and saw what was written . He stood up instantly ordered for some more men to be sent to the place .
Appollo on the other hand was sitting under on of the the tree close to the valley .
He had just made a meal for himself from an animal he hunted, gathered some woods and light it some stone. He stuck some woods to the meat as he roasted it for food.
The soldier rode on horses about a hundred of them were sent to Apollo, the all moved in a haste as they ran towards his location.
After the breakfast, Apollo heard some melodious songs from a distance it was the dwarfs as they were singing loudly and joyfully ,it was their culture, Appollo got up he took up his sword and arrow, hi walker down the path that lead to where the singing was coming from . When he got to the end of the road it was across the river . He thought to himself "what shall I do ?" He got a long stick dipped it into the river as to know the depth. It was deep. The stick could not get to the end of the water. He thought to himself again " I shall swim across " now he jumped into the river flapping his foot as she swims to the other side of the river.
The force of the flow was quite heavy making it difficult for him to swim across. He did got the the other side of the river slept on the grass as he gasp for breath .
After some time he rose up , saw a big wall covered with grass , he wooed gradually towards the wall , the wall was sure old and it had holes which Apollo peeped through he saw some short men dancing and singing it was the dwarfs , poking surprised he saw the Eva in a Vision as she had taken the path. Few hours after pondering on what to do . Then came the soldiers sent to him from Artaxerxes the king , they had figured a quicker way to get to where he was . They he commanded that they took to the city of the dwarfs .
He was given a new horse and they all rode some on their feet towards the gate to the city of the dwarfs the gates were open. It was a beautiful market day for trade.
Apollo led the soldiers into the city they fought with the guards at the gate a drum to signal war as been beaten ,Herod the king was in shocked they stopped the celebration at once hearing the sound of the drum they knew it was danger ,the king was taking into the palace by his guards alongside his wife . The soldiers took to the palace of the dwarfs , at the front of the palace were the dwarf soldiers in an arranged order looking like a fleet of rats in the face of their enemies.
The Apollo got down off his horse and requested that he spoke with the king. He said
"I demand that the king to this city be brought out for questioning , I have not come here to fight with you all just to talk with the king " he spoke in a very loud tone that the king heard from his throne what he had just said . Herod stood up his wife pulled his hand and told him not to go .
The commander of the dwarfs said to Apollo
" Who are you ? That has the guys to walk into our land in that manner and request to see our king ? I would have your ass whooped he said in an angry tone".
"Ahhh you little mouse "laughed Apollo. he told him who he was and what he wanted, having heard this Herod told his wife he would be fine, stood up and ordered that the doors to the palace should be opened two dwarfs guarded Herod with spear in their hands marching towards Apollo.
"How may I be of help to you ?" asked the king .
"You have in my possession what belongs to my lord Atarxerxes, a young maiden and a baby with her, I would loved if you handed them over to me peaceful and we take our leave and just saw this as a random nightmare".
" is that a threat?" Asked Herod .
" no it an advice" said Apollo giving a soft smile at the king and his fleet of dwarf army.
"I have seen no maiden come into my city" said Herod.
" I have seen you do want war, I guess I'm going the hard way " Herod said as he commanded his army to charge at the dwarfs .....
