A few months passed by in a flash before anyone knew it. In that time a new hero took the world by storm from his numerous saves to his handsome looks. As media outlets attempted to cover small topics quickly in order to showcase this man as much as possible. There were naturally a few that disliked it.
"Why can't the news play something else or another hero. It's all about this blonde toilet brush." Felicia complained. "If they are going to talk about heroes, why not cover a different one like Spider-boy or mysterious hero? At least both of them don't do it for fame or attention."
"I agree with you, lately the Avengers seem to have fallen out of the picture and since the 'mysterious hero' hasn't done anything news lately. It is either this blonde man or Spider-man." Liz nodded but didn't look at the television. .
Liz didn't have any feelings for the latest hero that came out of the woodworks. In fact she felt more terrified than anything else. The Sentry looked similar to her previous boyfriend that abused her badly. While she knew they were not the same person, it still haunts her from time to time.
"I am just worried if this man suddenly becomes a villain, will there be anyone strong enough to stop him?" Felicia sighed lightly.
There is a rumor that this man is more powerful than the Mysterious Hero and is charged by solar energy. While she interacted with the mysterious hero a few times in the past, she didn't want to see the teen die. It would be a great shame and she felt he would be the first one up in order to stop the man.
"Oh, I am sure there will be some. While he is strong, he isn't the strongest being in the universe." Lala silently glanced toward Jason.
Currently James was teaching Jason yoga, meditation, and basic chi manipulation. All this to help him gain a better understanding of his powers. Since it's never easy to be them who under the yellow sun as a moment lapse in judgement can be very, very bad.
"I guess, but that's the universe. Why would a being who could stop him come to this planet?" Felicia asked.
"Maybe they're here as tourists?" Liz jokes.
Rolling her green eyes, Felicia frowned as she seemed to be the only one worried. She wondered how these four could be so relaxed with a man who can lift cities with one hand. If the man suddenly decided to start killing everyone, who would be able to stop him?
"What are the two of them doing anyways?" Felicia's focus changed as she looked at Jason doing some weird poses.
"Yoga apparently. You can join if you want." Lala shrugged.

While sitting in her office as she leaned back for a quick rest. Felicia pinched her nose as she looked at a few contracts that had been sent over. While she instantly rejected weapons research and contracts that needed special licences. A few did catch her eyes as they were beneficial and in line with their lab research.
'Super Soldier Serum?' She thought as she looked at the top of the pile.
While it wasn't unheard of as the living legend Steve Rogers did have it. Since it was basically shouted at the top of everyone's lungs back during World War 2. Only from what little she knows of it, he was the only one to gain it successfully. The rest claim to have it either was a failure or had side effects.
It claims to push the body and mind to its peak of its potential. If that was true or not, she didn't know, but she knew it was dangerous. So while she was tempted to just reject the contract, she decided to leave it up to Lala to decide.
'Now that I think of it, it's been a few months since I began dating Jason. Do I just consider him my boyfriend or are we still in the trial stage?' she thought to herself.
Over the last few months, she has been out on a few dates with him and seen him go on dates with Lala. Surprising, either due to knowing what she walked into or they were still early in their relationship. She didn't feel all that jealous.
'Now the question is did we change the future? From my future self, apparently my husband had the ability to fly to the sun and back.' Felicia thought before a shiver ran through her body that made her want to vomit. 'It's not that blonde hero is it?'
'No, no. Since the heroes are coming out, it must be someone else or maybe Jason is a hero in disguise.' Felicia felt like hypnotising herself to forget her previous thought.
'Speaking of Jason? Is he even straight? He hasn't attempted to invite me to roll in the sheets since we began dating.' She sighed as she knew Lala had the same issue.
While he would join them when they sleep, he would lay there for a few hours before getting up and cooking them a wonderful breakfast. After a few times of laying awake and secretly watching him, it stumped her on when he sleeps. She even remembers asking Lala if he was an android or cyborg.
Glancing at the time, she knew her break was over as time seemed to slip by. Walking over to Lala's lab, she found Lala frozen in front of the television. On screen it showed a dark shadow creature with red waves radiating off of him. Everything that the wave touched was rapidly eroding away.
Across from it, while injured a figure she recognized even when he wasn't facing the camera. As the red cape with a golden symbol fluttered in the wind, a blue suit came into view showing off his seamline and toned body. He seemed to be barely holding this creature at bay as this creature rapidly regenerated.
"Jason?"
