SANE BLOOD
Vampires are truly different in blood cells. Because of this, DOHRCC classifies them as sub-human.
Vampires have what is called The Immortale Dyaman, a diamond-shaped blood cell found by Hematologists, Rufus Ferguson. During his findings, he studied that immortals, despite the name can get smaller and eventually turn into round human blood cells. This is because of Mori cells in the body that play a game of 'tag'.
MDs have two layers; the first layer surrounds a healthy blood cell that is round. This is called the Linda. When Mori's begin playing tag with MDs, it breaks down the wall surrounding the brown cell, The Ego, once broken the Ego becomes a lumpy sphere that bounces off Mori cells.
At the time of this observation, Ferguson believed that once the brown cells died, they returned darker. He named this stage of cells, Ducs. He called it vampires fighting mortality. In times of stress or excitement, the Ducs grew bigger. In vampires, this is shown as blushing but most mistake it for fever or rash.
In the question of what happens when human cells are introduced to vampire cells. Vampire cells will gobble red human cells and they slowly change brown and become MDs. Human blood adapts by becoming Moris. Inside a vampire, the human cell's behavior is extremely different. If there is more than one cell, that cell will become a clot. When the red blood cells become clots, vampire cells will attach themselves to the clot and perform a 'bite'. The clot becomes smaller after the 'drain' and eventually becoming MDs.
Ferguson compared vampire blood to sickle cells because of the misshaped blood cells. For The Reason That vampire cells are similar to humans through having a copy of sickle cell disease, he believed that vampires were not subhuman.

INSANE BLOOD
Vampires commit acts of cannibalism in times of need. When a vampire is starving, MDs become crooked and the blood cells themselves attack other MDs, this called sampling. Ferguson once again made the argument that vampires should be classified as humans because of this behavior in blood.
It was believed that vampires needed blood because of a lack of oxygen or lack thereof. Whereas Bone marrow helps supply blood and has stem cells, Vampire bodies have weak bone marrow and is black in color. Vampire blood cells commit an act of cannibalism on the marrow called Chewing Out.
Once the MDs chew out the marrow, the marrow starts breaking down. It starts spongy and begins to thicken and change color. Vampires have a zombie-like virus, Ferguson dubbed as Cykles.
Once blood cells start to cannibalize, the cell freaks out and straightens. At first, he celled them Stihks but over time, he learned that Stihks became bent. Whips or Vali Imia. Vali Imia attack Mori cells, they latch onto the cell and shape them, Conditioning. It was almost as if the cells were performing an act of slavery. When this happened, he noticed that the Mori became more star-shaped and surrounded themselves close to whips that attacked them. He noted that Whips also targeted other Whips, an act called, Curbing.
The targeted Whip that loses becomes an extension to the Winner, The Maul. A vampire with a body full of Mauls or Vali Imia is drunk with power. Ferguson studied the brain's behavior during this cycle.
The Frontal lobe which is responsible for thinking, problem-solving, and speaking had decreased. And the Cerebellum as well. A drunken vampire walks crooked, they earned the nicknamed Crooks. The Occipital Lobe, responsible for vision is normal that remarked to hold bumps. A drunken vampire's vision is similar to color blindness. A drunken vampire can only pick up shades of grey. The Brain Stem on a drunken vampire is damaged, promoting heavy shallow breathing.
Drunks do not bleed. Because of cannibalism, Drunks do not produce red blood cells nor brown.
The human pink eye symbolizes irritation. In vampires, Pink eyed vamps are Tipsy. Their pink eyes show a similar reaction the same way human pink does but in vamps a chemical is produced, Bloody Mary to make them brighter in the iris. Vampires that do not take teaspoons have a black sclera.
A mutation forms in a drunk, Drunks have triple the number of teeth, the cause for this mutation is unknown. In a thirsty vampire, Desperates are formed in the back where the molars are. Drunks seem to grow extra Molars called Vagrants.

The Case of Rouse and Onion.
.
In older studies performed by Thaddeus Hartman. Hartman witness the act of cannibalism in a Drunken vampire. Despite Drunks not holding an ounce of blood. They will bite a Drunk. Hartman found the two vampires laying on top of each other.
He took a sample of the two. He named them, Rouse and Onion. In Obayifo, the first vampire showed a liking to bone marrow as a substitute for drinking blood.
In Rouse and Onion, Hartman wanted to give the dead vamps the marrow and see the effects. After two weeks of treatment, the vampires seemed to be decaying. To try and save the bodies, he placed a tube in both vampires. One he gave his own blood and another he gave the Blood type RH.
Rouse was given Hartman's blood.
1) the skin lightened up, fading into a grey hue.
2) the eyes within 30 days become white.
3) In Six months, the teeth were shrinking in size.
4) It took a year for the ears to become pointed.
5) Another year, Hartman went through several blood transfusions and developed an anemic response.
Thaddeus Hartman was placed on dialysis. He was commanded to stop the experiment on the vampires. On August 8th, the vampire that received Hartman's blood spoke upon being put into a trash bag. On September 2nd, the vampire that received RH blood was rid of his dark skin and had a set of wings. They introduced themselves as Paadniel. "The human is not dead. He is weak from feeding us; I can fix him."
When questioned what he was, Paadniel responded: "I don't know. It feel like I've been sleep."
He was classified as earth's angel in Virginia. Meanwhile, the vampire named Rouse asked for his servant.
