Overview
The Department of Human Resources and Creature Comforts aims to provide for both humans and vampires. The DOHRCC is responsible for administering the needs of vampires within Norfolk, Virginia. It should be noted that the state of Virginia and DOHRCC is limited. The DOHRCC is not responsible for outside creatures. As for neighboring states. Vamps coming from Maine must have the required documentation.
Please understand DOHRCC of Virginia Beach does not tolerate any form of ridicule. It is noted that the Department is not in good mouth. However, the company is bound by obligation, testimony, and principles. DOHRCC does not wish to separate but meet the indigences of another.
Vampires do not wish to hide which is understandable and within their rights.
DOHRCC Terms of Use
The Department of Human Resources and Creature comforts is located on 23452 Clos Rebecca Lane (Clinic) and on Manor Avenue (Insurance) as well as Duncan Drift Street (Main)
DOHRCC provides the means for vampires and humans. As vampires want to integrate into society. Vampires and Humans share a different culture. It has been made aware, Vampires are vastly different. The DOHRCC ensures that vampires are able to carry their traditions as long as they comply with the Human Resources Agreement for Better Company.
We understand that vampires have teeth. Teeth are used to latch on to prey. Nevertheless, vampires have the ability to pass along a virus. The DOHRCC does not wish to spread this. While on the BBL, vampires cannot purchase a home; if they have insurance, the insurance may be cut and debt payments will stockpile. Vampires on the BBL may lose custody of bloodlines, this includes children, teens, grandparents, and etc.
Children taken away are sent to Weeping Willow Orphanage. Older vamps are sent to STOKER SAFEKEEPING.
Vampires come from all backgrounds. As shown by the Scienctia and Vampireologist, it is recommended that vampires of different origins not mix. WRYCK is extremely adaptable. One Origin may come from Romania has the chance to pass a lesser form of WRYCK. We ask that all vampires of all origins keep their distance
The DOHRCC is aware of rituals practiced by Witches and Vampires. THESE ARE EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND BREAK HUMAN RIGHTS. We ask that practitioners follow MAKER LAWS.
Practicing witches must have a registered coven. Vampires must be involved with a legal church. (The Purple Robes, The Teeth of Him, Church of Blood and Autumn.) If a practicing witch or vamp does not meet the requirements and is found to be practicing red magics, they will be detained.
Offending witches are sent to Boulderkeep in Maine. Offending vamps are sent to Blackwater Penitentiary. Blackwater is a high-security prison connected with Arizona (623-667-xxxx). As part of the NMT Program in Massachusetts, All offending Witches are sent to Boulderkeep for a cleansing

We are aware of Witch and Vampire Gatherings. DO NOT GATHER. Gatherings be they solicit or not are ILLEGAL. As stated by the Sanguinary Red Laws of 1993. No Vampire, Witch, or Other is allowed to gather. This is to prevent another UPRISING. Gatherings scheduled by a Church is permissible.
VAMPIRES CAN LOSE CUSTODY OF THEIR CHILDREN. We have records of vamp young committing devious acts. These children have been taken. Offending Vamps will have to provide for that child while in custody. If the Vampire is unable to pay custody, that child may have WASTE. This means losing the child entirely. Payments consist of 50 dollars per child.
Children taken away from vampires can WASTE. Vampire children can be removed from WWO because of fullness. However, the Orphanage is NOT responsible for misbehavior that vampires may have caused. NO VAMPIRE CHILD IS REMOVED FROM SCHOOL. vampire children in custody are provided for by the SCHOOL (Amalaric Thrallmaster.) Though, The NOFALS program is solely provided by the Slum area of Norfolk Virginia, and not funded by The Department.
The DOHRCC would like to dismiss rumors of grooming vampire children by attempting to reintroduce them to a society. Please Note, by vampiric definition. A Society is a large humanitarian culture. In vampiric belief, it is a mass inbred sub-nation.
