Chapter 8 - Hello Lucknow,

Lucknow is rich in its varied heritage. This city was one of the important ones at the time of Mughal. Lucknow is mostly a tourist place. Where every tourist loves to visit. That was the main reason why we want to start our business here. Lucknow is also famous for its historical monuments built by the Mughal. It has one of the biggest parks in the whole, Asia. There are many places like this to visit. It was earlier called as city of nawabs. The famous British residency was built for the British general officer. Lucknow has always been a multicultural city that flourished as a North Indian cultural and artistic hub. Starting our food business in such a place will surely be tough. Every street already has the best chef. But it doesn't mean that they are only the best. I believed in myself. I believed the power which I have in my hands.

So, I finally landed in this new place. the station was fully crowded, I couldn't find my friend at the station. I was searching for him and suddenly he came from the back and hugged me!

Oh, brother after many years we could meet again! I could see the happiness on his face.

Yes, after a long time Krishna!

How are you and how are your children and wife?

Everyone is fine brother. Angel and the children are excited to see you in the house.

Oh, then let's go to the home and enjoy today, said laughing.

Why not brother, I already made arrangements. Alcohol is waiting for you said and giggled.

We took a taxi and went to his home. The children were already outside in front of the house. Krishna has two children, luckily both are twins the boy is named John and the girl is named Mary.

Mary is an intelligent girl, she is loved by everyone, she always respects elders. she is s very kind-hearted girl.

John was a bit introvert. He doesn't talk to people much. He lives mostly in his world with silence Although we were close.

The moment both have seen me, they came running towards me and hugged me. Both loved me and I also loved them.

I was the only family /friend from his father's side. So they were very good to me.

How are you, uncle? It s been a long time since I've seen u.

Haha. I m a good marry. Yes, it's been a long time. Don't worry I m gonna be here this time for a long duration.

We all laughed and went into the house.

Krishna lived here for many years, this house is a rented one. The house had two rooms, one kitchen, and a small Hall.

Hello, Anand,

Hi angel! How are you?

I m great. How are you? How was your journey?

Ah, I am also good, the journey was a bit clumsy but it's fine.

Haha, it happens on these train journeys.

Finally today you got time to see us Said in a low voice.

I am a sorry angel. I thought of coming in between but I couldn't come.

Now I m gonna be here itself and smiled.

Ok, now go and fresh up we'll have a family breakfast. John, take uncle to your room said her mother.

(Yes, they always treated me as their family. The only relatives which I am left with now are these. I don't want to lose them. I changed my clothes and gone to have breakfast with this small sweet family)

The food is delicious, I told with half the food in my mouth.

she chuckled at me and said thank you.

So, which class you are in Mary now?

I m in 8 th class uncle.

Oh! Seems like you both have quite grown up now!

So you both entered into teenage now!

Yes, the most vulnerable phase in their life's told, Krishna. We completed our breakfast and took a look in the sky.

The climate was cool. So, the angel told let's go and sit on the roof and drink a cup of tea. That was a lovely thing to do.

These are the moments I was missing earlier in my life. These are the happiness I did not have. But, I m happy at least I got them back now. God is the best thoughtful one for me. He takes back some of the things which you had and tries to give you some other things.

He took away Mrs. Lucy but he gave back my family again.

We went on the roof and sat down. Angel was sitting between us.

So, what type of food business you are trying to put up?

Because here already there is a high completion for the food so we need to be the best if we have to beat the competition.

Well, what I m thinking is first starting with a small stall. After understanding the people's needs and the taste they want. We will cook only the food which is liked by everyone but in our unique style. Then slowly we'll try to expand only when there is a significant amount of profit.

That's a good idea brother said, Krishna.

So you know Lucknow's dishes, right?

Not exactly I just have an idea but I have to do them with perfection and only when the food is awesome then we gonna start our business.

Oh, nice. But tell me how did you learn cooking? Who taught you all this?

Krishna started chuckling and said, oh that's a beautiful story.

Go on brother, tell angel how did you learn cooking. He was still laughing.

Angel started asking, come on please tell me the story. I want to know, please.

Well, I learned cooking when I was 18 years old.

Who taught you?

(I was a bit blushing, smiling and after a pause, I told)

Andrea wright has taught me this beautiful art.

Oh, but who is she?

(Angel was very much excited to hear my another tale )
