Audrey sat down on a chair in the room she was assigned to. She looked up the sky which had already changed into night, recollecting what she had learned from the meeting with the various elders.
"All rise for Thalia, queen of the Fae." Audrey was somewhat surprised by the diversity of races that have appeared and quickly noted that they are likely elders. "Today, among our audience, is consisted of a young'un from the outside realm. She is a capable magician who has opened the gateway to our realm, from the outside realm." The one who spoke about Audrey's feats was an elf, most likely an elder that has been tasked by Thalia, who is the Fae Queen. This caused the elders to start making a bit of gossip around the round table where they discussed about the potential threats of Audrey's arrival. She herself was able to listen to their gossip carefully as she had already knew how to do so. "May all be silent for a moment? Audrey Fairchild is a person with good character, with a general curious mind and a loving heart. Though, her curiosity should be curbed sometimes when she did use magic to measure my capacity." Thalia chuckled while speaking about Audrey's behavior. She wasn't necessarily bothered about how Audrey wanted to really learn something to the point of being able to make a win against either Draxus, Keith, or Wesley. Audrey could only laugh in shame as she looked away from the smiling Fae Queen. "It seems that you really want to win against your fellow Sentinels, Executor Audrey Fairchild." "Eh? How did?!" Audrey was surprised now as she realized that her information was leaked somehow. She immediately tried to recollect her information in her mind and realized something big.
She stared deeply into Thalia's eyes and noticed it immediately. "Your eyes have a big concentration of magic, was my identity perhaps leaked there?" "Yes, I have the ability to see the past of anything that my eyes see. I do apologize for taking a glimpse at your life beforehand. You don't seem to be speaking any lies, though you are a little secretive about the identities of your friends." Audrey could no longer make any complaints about her identity being exposed to the meeting with the elders. One elder raised their hand for a question. "Is there something you'd like to say? Elder of the Foxkin?" The elder of the Fox Kin was wearing a green kimono, that was somewhat similar to what people wear in japan. She looked somewhat cunning despite having a good symbolism color of harmony with her fox ears. "Yes, about the people in the Outside Realm, are they still continuing their pointless wars?" The Elder of the foxkin, focused her gaze towards Audrey as if tempting her to wring out any information about her. "Before I answer, I'd like you to spare me from temptation magic. It's just going to waste your mana." Audrey's expression turned serious as she had enough of people sizing her up due to her young appearance. "The outside realm is currently harmonized by somebody under the name Serkyrio Kaiser Fenghuang Preeliance. We already have eight countries, nine if including our country, Preeliance inside [Tranquil Harmony]. Our goal is to dedicate peace and connect all sixteen nations that currently exist in the central continent. This not only erases the major issue of the world of its endless wars, erased history, but also acts as a way to fully resist the real enemy of the world. [God of Dominion]." The elders knew that name immediately, as that god was the main cause for them to flee away to a different realm. "I could see now. You seemed to have fought against one of the council members alone and managed to force him to retreat." We're mostly used as agents to simply certain things in the countries such as covert ops and information gathering when joined with the scout team, or overt operations where major invasions by the hostile factions, [Council of the Skies], [Devils of the Farlands], and the [People of Earth] are conducted. Our power is meant for various things. I myself am titled as [Sentinel of the Arcana], due to my specialty on arcane magic." "Arcane magic?! Isn't that lost magic knowledge after nobody was able to use it anymore?!" An elder resembling of a Sylph with risque clothes stood up in shock as she knew something about arcane magic that shouldn't be happening. "Yes, what you're hearing is real, the reason for this is because I have studied the full extent of [Theory Magic] that is my teacher's most powerful magic. The power of theory is to harness the ability of something that doesn't exist in the world." After she had explained how the concept of [Arcane Magic] was created from [Theory Magic], she was barraged by questions by various elders and was pretty much exhausted after the meeting.
"I honestly thought that I was about to get a sleepless night... I should contact Jay for a bit..." Audrey contacted Jay but she wasn't able to reach. "Huh...? I'll just send a message I guess..." Audrey sent a message to Jay to which she got a quick reply. "It's only been ten minutes there...? Even though I spent eight hours here...?" Audrey cracked a smile as she seemed to have realized that the time is different between the two realms. "I get extended vacation, muehehehe... I wonder how long I can get away with. I'll get in contact with Jay after a week, I need to get used to living here first."
