"So you mean these things here are literally the [Portal Gun] and the [Gravity Gun]?!?!" Draxus shouted inside the meeting room that was prepared for them. The ones in the room were Draxus and his fiancés along with Remuel who invited him and his fiancés.
Remuel could only nod in response to Draxus's excitement. He quickly offered him to take a look at the gear while he pressed him with questions. "Drax, I remember you having five fiancés right now, but do you have plans to add any more?" Remuel looked around in the room, but he easily recognized that there was an additional person in the room that is actually not Draxus's fiancé. His gaze met with Wendy who is talking with Olivia and Gwen and quickly turned back to Draxus. "Like seriously, when are you gonna stop?" Draxus flinched and looked away to avoid Remuel's gaze at all costs, prompting an awkward silence.
"Well, it's up to my stupid fate dragging me around honestly. But then, I'd like to stop while I'm ahead as well, however there's no control over that. Besides, I'd like to enjoy my life now that I am out from my old hell." Draxus let out a gentle smile as he recalled about his old life before they were summoned. But it was the same as he remembered that there's another person's life history inside him. "I am one, and of the same existence of all those souls. I may be sealed now, but I will one day have to fight as all souls combined." Remuel grinned as he felt a little proud that a good friend of his grew up. "Hell, seems like you're finally good on your own. But be sure to continue growing aight? Don't want me to outgrow you after all." Draxus narrowed his eyes as he felt the competitive atmosphere Remuel let out. "Of course I am, no way you'll get a two win streak against me." And there, cracks were heard within the room. The atmosphere died out in an instant and there were sparks coming out from their locked gazes.
"Are you sure about saying that Drax, you know how much salt I've rubbed into your wounds before right?" Remuel's aura starts leaking out which was imbued with heat. Draxus did the same as he lowered the temperature of the room. Their fiancés tried to stop them before but they both stood up while having brandished their weapons. But just as before they started a commotion, they were both forced down to grovel.
"I'd appreciate it if both of you don't blow up my castle, but seeing as your scores are currently tied out, it would be better for the two of you to fight where both can unleash everything." Serkyrio's voice was heard inside a room as he suddenly appeared right beside the two that were groveling. His expression was smiling, but both Draxus and Remuel couldn't see that his smile was scary. "[Understand]?" Serkyrio was holding the black gemstone that activates [Silent Command], forcing the two to comply to every words he speaks. ""Yes!"" Draxus and Remuel quickly responded in unison. After Serkyrio heard them, he looked at the two gadgets laid down on the table. "Portal gun and Gravity gun? Let me guess, these are necessary for the dungeon Remuel?" Remuel dusted off his shirt with his hands as he nodded to Serkyrio's question. "I was planning to ask Draxus to fix these since they seem necessary for the next puzzles." Serkyrio turned his gaze to Draxus who was standing up slowly. "Ow, ow... Thinking about it, repairs will take about two days in total. So expect them to be finished within five days, I don't think that there's a lot going on in the meantime but I got some reports from the Sentinels earlier." Remuel and Serkyrio focused their gazes to probe in further to that information.
"I've had some members investigate Luventrion along with two recruits they collected information about their underground network. They said that members from [People of Earth] are involved. It's some sort of human experimentation on artificial magic." Serkyrio stopped Draxus before he could explain further. "Those guys were mentored by Jaquinn right? If so then I got full details about that. The king has no involvement with these things but it's a criminal act nonetheless." Remuel was listening deeply as he's currently stationed within Luventrion. "Remuel, portray this to His Majesty of Luventrion and crush their organization. Feel free to go ham if you'd like." Remuel smiled while Bethany was pale.
Bethany was a citizen and a scholar in Luventrion, so to suddenly hear about dangerous activity occurring in the underground network of her country was a shock. "I'll rest here for the day, then I'll go crush their organization within a day, no actually, a couple hours." Serkyrio and Draxus smiled as they could rely on Remuel for that mission. The groups then scattered as they adjourned the meeting, separating to go back to their rooms.
After dinner, in an underground facility of the Preeliance castle, was Draxus smiling in excitement to tinker with the new gadgets. "Damn, I've always wanted to hold one of these bad boys!" He held up the Portal gun and examined it in full detail. All his fiancés had free time so they were currently observing Draxus who is being excited. "Draxus, you're drooling." Wendy had an exasperated expression as she spoke about his current behavior. Wendy was included by Olivia to observe as she was curious about the new gadgets, and how Draxus made his weapons to be similar from a game that she also played. "Excuse my behavior." Draxus laid down the portal gun and wiped his drool, trying to cover up his excited behavior with a more sophisticated style. He then sat down and began his maintenance over the two new gadgets while going crazy internally. Needless to say, his fiancés, along with Wendy were surprised to see this side of him who is excited when handed down a nice piece of equipment.
They were able to exchange some chuckles as they all felt like Draxus is always comfortable with them, even including Wendy.
