" Did you kill Damien.... just because he disobeyed you? I managed to ask, just as he was about to enter into the house. I gulped hard as he turned back. I already envisioned the way he would look at me and it was exactly the same; cold.
" That's ridiculous,you think I killed my son?" He asked. I realized I might have offended him with my question so I apologized immediately.
" I'm sorry I didn't mean to offend you.I was just curious about what you said earlier " I explained.
He left without paying attention to what I said but I couldn't take my mind off the statement he made earlier.
Also asking me to occupy Damien's position was ridiculous.
I took my mind off his proposal and instead tried to think about how to get Damien's murderer apprehended.

The next day I explained all that father had said to me excluding the part where he talked about punishing me along with Damien to mother.
