"My name is Suri, you can interact with me using your neural interphase" said the female voice.
"Are you inside my head?"
"No, I live inside of the ruby chamber, I have been assigned to serve the master. Are you my new master?"
"Master?" Charlie had an even more questions now "I... I don't think so."
"You must be my new master, only the master can use the ruby chamber" said the female voice with resolution.
"Where are we?" asked Charlie
"This is a pocked universe. The previous master prepared it for you." The female voice seemed proud "Master you can open your eyes now. It is awkward to talk to you with your eyes closed hehe"
"Ahem... Oh, right, right...I'm sorry" Charlie blushed a little bit and opened his eyes.
In front of him was a small female humanoid. She was surrounded by light and a pair of wings similar to those on a dragonfly where behind her back.
"A fairy?!" Charlie though in surprise.
"Hi! I am very happy to finally meet you master" the small humanoid figure was hovering just a few feet away from his face.
"Hi" said Charlie, with a faked smile. This day had been too draining already, and he didn't had much energy for courtesy. "Do you know what are we supposed to do here? Should I go back?"
"The only way is forward" said Suri with a kind smile "At least that is what the old master used to say." Suri tilted her head to the side and gave him a big smile.
"Master, you look terrible. Let us heal you up first, it seems like you hit your head."
"That's true!" Charlie reached out his hand a touched the back of his head.
A strong pain quickly traveled thru his body "Ouch. I had completely forgotten about this."
"Master is so strong, he is all beaten up and he acts like nothing had happened. Do not worry master with Suri here you will always look your best."
The small fairy quickly flew behind him, Charlie instinctively looked back. Suri's hand was shining with a greenish light.
"Don't worry, it will be fast" Said Suri stretching her neck to meet Charlie's gaze. "Hold still now"
Charlie looked forward once again and closed his eyes.
"Can this get any weirder"
"Hehe" Suri laughed behind him.
Pzzt
Charlie felt what seemed like a small pinch on the back of his head.
"Hey" Charlie quickly moved his hand to cover the wound, surprisingly he could no longer feel pain. "Oh wow, that was fast"
"I told you! As long as I am with you you will always be on top shape " Suri once again flew in front of him. She looked at him up and down and crossed her arms.
"Owww master look at your clothes we cannot start your journey like this. Let Suri help you, thankfully the old master left some things for you in the ruby chamber."
"Can I store things in here?" said Charlie with surprise trying to grab the necklace but his surprise was even greater when he couldn't find it. He quickly looked down and noticed that the chain was gone in its stead the palm sized gem with the estrange symbol was now embedded in is chest.
"What did you do to me?!" exclaimed Charlie looking at Suri.
"I did nothing" said Suri with confusion "You attuned to the Ruby Chamber" she said it like it was the most normal thing in the world.
"Ok Suri, you where saying something about clothes?" Charlie was not going to argue now, he hoped to get better understanding as things progressed.
"Yes! and weapons too"
Suddenly Charlie felt movement within the Ruby chamber, it was a very estrange feeling. Some announcements started displaying in his mind.
