The next day Calvin in his room Meditating while Learner was looking at him pouting.
"Can I...?" She spoke.
"No" he firmly answered.
"Why?" She asked.
"Because... others won't accept whatever you want to do with her" he said with his eyes closed.
"I'm not gonna kill her! I'm just going to experiment a little on her" Learner exclaimed.
"Yeah, cause all of your previous experiments were in live subjects, look it's not just my decision you'll have to ask everyone and I'm 100% sure they will deny it too" he said finally opening his eyes.
"But I can't let this chance pass, half of her body is made of Bent, like a weaker version of me, maybe I can know the reason I was born out of nothing" she said looking at Wiene from the window, as she was having a picnic with Bell.
"I know what you are saying but you can't just experiment on her, look I'm sure she's not the only one of her species I'll get you another one later" Calvin said stopping his meditation.

Looking out the window Calvin set his eyes on Wiene.
"Maybe they just appear out of nowhere like you, what would that mean?" he asked Learner.
"... I-I don't know what would that mean, there is a large possibility of more monster like her existing in the dungeon but that's all because of magic and stuff" she said looking at him.
"But there is no magic in our world" looking at Calvin's eyes "that would mean that I was the only one of my 'species' and that it's up to probability to make another one again" she said.
Calvin then walked in front of her and held her chin.
"Does that mean that you were the only lucky one?" he said caressing her face.
Learner looked at him for a moment before thinking back to when she met him in a dark cave system, where there was a whole community of people that fell to the hole years, or even decades ago.
Calvin then was thrown into the hole and gave hope to those who had lost hope of ever getting out of 'the between' and eventually finding a way out.
Opening her to a completely new world, she had only heard depictions of the surface from the people in the cave but seeing it in real life was even better than she imagined, grass, trees, water, animals, ecosystems, and most of all light, the yellow orb in the sky that burned her retinas was the most beautiful thing she had ever seen since she gained consciousness, she now understood that maybe it was the same feeling that Wiene was feeling right now.
Learner then lifted her hand and put it over his that was caressing her cheek.
"I guess I was lucky" she said getting closer to Calvin.
Seeing what she was trying to do Calvin leaned closer and kissed her.
'I'm lucky that I met you' Learner thought.

After their conversation Calvin went to train [Beli ma] but he had no one to train with, and he didn't want to get destroyed by Learner, at least until he got stronger, so he called Bell for a spar.
Calvin was now in the backyard in front of Bell that had a bandage in his arm.
Bell was wearing his armor and holding his black knife in hand along with the red one that Welf made for him in the other hand.
Meanwhile Calvin was with his usual attire black pants and a White shirt along with a hooded black robe and Gram in his hip.
"Are you sure you don't want to wear armor?" Bell asked seemingly afraid of hurting his friend.
"Hahahaha, Bell I'm gonna tell you something" taking off his robe "why would I need armor if you can't touch me?" unsheathing Gram and throwing it to the side impaling it in the grass.
Seeing this Bell couldn't help but feel insulted 'even if I'm not super strong, saying that I won't even touch you is a bit arrogant' Bell thought looking at Calvin.
"I will be on defense while you go for the offense" he then changed his stance putting one leg in front of the other bringing is left arm to the height of his hip with his elbow behind it, while he raised his other arm in Bell's direction and made a 'come here' sign.
"Now... Come!" Just as Calvin said that, Bell looked at him for a few seconds before dashing towards him.
Meanwhile... Haruhime, Wiene and Learner were watching from the distance.
Learner was watching disinterested on the fight as it was obvious that Calvin was going to win.
She also knew that he didn't ask her to spar because his pride won't let him challenge her until he is sure that he will win.
Wiene was watching intriguingly "Why are they fighting? Are they mad?" she asked Haruhime that was beside her.
"No, no, they are just sparing, a friendly match, to train and learn from each other" she said slowly raising her hand towards Wiene's head only for her to lean to the right.
"Then if I fight Onee-chan I will get stronger?" she asked Learner making her lift an eyebrow.
"I'm not your sister" Learner said.
"Eh? But you feel so much like me! It's like we are 'family'" Wiene said.
Learner thought about it for a second before nodding "but why do you want to get stronger?"
"A- hmm, I to protect everyone!" she said with a bright smile.
Back to Calvin and Bell...
Bell dashed towards Calvin and slashed in his direction, only for him to not move a single muscle, making Bell stop his attack as it was about to cut Calvin.
"Why- *Bam*" Bell looked at him to ask him why he didn't move just to get a punch in the face making him take a few steps back.
"You see what I was talking about? You can't even touch me" Calvin said looking at Bell seriously.
"Bell!" Wiene exclaimed getting up from the ground.
"Bell-sama!" Haruhime said looking at Bell, and as she was getting up ready to run to him, he stopped her.
"Stop!" Bell said looking at Calvin 'He's right, I pulled my attack at the last moment because I was afraid that ill hit him'.
"I'm alright, lets continue" Bell said cleaning his lip that had a little bit of blood.
Bell then dashed towards Calvin again this time slashing with confidence and just as his knife was about to make contact with Calvin's skin, he suddenly caught Bell's hand without any problems.
"Wha-?!" he jumped backwards to dodge a kick to the gut and looked at Calvin.
'What was that? I felt as if most of the strength that I put on the slash suddenly vanished making the slash super slow' Bell thought looking at his hand.
"You felt it right? That's why you won't be able to touch me, only if you put all of your strength you might be able to put a scratch on me" Calvin said.
'So, I just need to do it with more strength?' Bell thought making his arm glow a dim grey light.
"Ahh!" Bell yelled and ran towards Calvin.
"Thats right, keep going!" Calvin said making is arms turn a Shiny black-blue color.
Bell then slashed with a notable boost in speed and strength, Calvin dodged and blocked the blacked with his armored arms making *cling* *klang* every time the 2 met.
After a minute of exchanging blows bell to a hook to the stomach making him stagger a little just to get a kick to the face sending him flying in a couple meters back.
Haruhime and Wiene looked at this with worried eyes, while learner was looking at Bell analyzing the power that he was using.
Bell the slowly got up to his feet his face was bruised and his breath was uneven.
*Spit*
He then spit a bit of blood and looked at Calvin.
"*haa* it's impossible! I just can't go through that weakening barrier*haa*" Bell said regaining his breath.
"Then you aren't using enough strength" Calvin said, crossing his arms that were still covered in bent, though there were some scratches on it, he was quite surprised that Bell' black knife could scratch the surface of his arm.
"But I used all I have on that attack! There is nothing more than I can do against that ability!" Bell exclaimed as if it was unfair, even though it clearly was.
"Oh? Then is this all you have? You don't have the strength to protect yourself and even then, you want to be a HERO" Calvin said making Bell look down in shame.
"You can't even defend yourself; how could you defend others? you'll just get yourself and others killed" Calvin said pointing at Haruhime and Wiene, making bell clench his fist strongly around his black knife.
"If this was a real fight you will be dead long ago, and so would have been the rest of the Familia" he said, the light on Bell's arm then turned a shiny white and the light extended to the black knife.
'Oh? Its working, such a cheaty ability' Calvin thought looking at bell.
"I know I'm not strong enough, but that's only for now! I'll get stronger, strong enough to protect the people I love, strong enough to be a HERO!" Bell yelled.
Suddenly the White light on his arm grew enough to encompass his whole body and the sound of a bell was heard in the surroundings.
Everyone was looking at the scene with amazement, especially Calvin.
'What the hell? his strength is growing again'
Suddenly Bell looked at Calvin and slashed downwards towards him with His black knife that was glowing white.
"{DIVIDE}!!" Bell yelled making a beam of light come from the tip of the knife in a straight-line hitting Calvin on full force as the white beam of light reached him almost instantly.
Meanwhile the spectators were watching the scene with wide eyes even Learner as she couldn't understand what was happening in front of her.
"Woah! Bell is very strong!" Wiene said.
"Y-yeah" Haruhime said worried about the wellbeing of Calvin.
When the beam of light hit Calvin, he was surprised for how much it hurt.
Like being electrocuted, he was also dumbfounded by the fact that when the beam touched him the deflection rate of [Beli Ma] from 85% to 25% thus he was only able to deflect 25% of the attack making the beam deflect to the sides.
The beam also halved the effect of [Bent hardening] making his arms go back to a transparent black instead of the solid shiny black from before.
All this happened the second the beam hit him, the next second he felt like it was trying to tear him apart, and for the 3rd second it felt as if his skin was being disintegrated by the sheer force and heat of the attack.
At this point he was feeling so much pain that he was forced to use [Phasing] and get out of the way of the beam of light.
He was also surprised of how it halved the duration of [phasing] from 8 sec to 4 seconds.

So, bell is also getting stronger, because reasons? (Plot armor) seriously, I think that {Argonaut} and {Liaris Freese} have a lot more potential than that shown in the anime/novel
Also {Divide} means: split or to split, in this case splitting the effectiveness of Calvin's abilities along with the strength of {Argonaut}
Also, also it's similar to {Divine dividing} from Highschool DxD.
