Synopsis
In their zealousness to uncover more truths, Josh, Jan, and Fr. Robert went back to the mansion. Going back means stepping back to the past; then, moving on to the future--discovering that these two worlds are related and that even the persons they know in their personal lives have their own versions or parallels in both worlds; that challenges are constant and life is a continuous struggle between what is good and what is evil. The elements of romance and comedy lent the soft touches to this continuing story of The Banquet Hall.

Chapter 1 - PROLOGUE

The seven friends were having a good time. Apollo II took out his father's two telescope inventions and they were viewing celestial bodies— the sky, the planets and constellations.

"That's the big dipper out there," Lobo claimed proudly.

"That's the little dipper," Julius said.

"The archer, can you see?" Lobo asked Julius.

"I see Orion, the great hunter," said Julius.

"When will you allow me to peek?" Hugh couldn't wait. "It's been all yours all night."

"Daytime is yours," Lobo said. They all laughed. Hugh pretended to squeeze Lobo's neck.

Andrea wanted a peek also. "I want my turn, too."

"You, too, can wait tomorrow," Julius said.

"Tomorrow is too late," Andrea said. She wanted to kid her friends so she changed into a she-wolf and growled as she tried to scare them. Hugh, Lobo, Apollo and Julius were laughing.

Tatin and Matthias were talking.

Then, something moved behind the grass.

They thought that they were in for another adventure.

Then, a kitten jumped from the bush. Tatin and Matthias' hearts also jumped a little. They picked the kitten, and smiled.
