"Hmm this bread is really hard." I was having breakfast with everyone but the bread was really hard. I know that it was partly because the wheat in 21 century selective breeding had brought out the best of every ingredient but this world was far from it. Still some ingredients that were supporting items for many foods were also not discovered in this world. back in the Edge of the world, I was eating things that was plain poison, but it was meat after all, but wheat and flour that was this unrefined felt just ruining my palate... ah... I really shouldn't act this spoiled...
"Hmm, is it not to your liking?" Asked Granny. Everyone thought this was the first time I was eating bread. but to me it felt so plain... this breads dough could improve by ten folds at least.
"No it's just hard, I think I can make it more soft and fluffy." Hearing me, Gramps smiled and said, for the time being that was the only thing I could do... customize the dough.
"hey you're free to do whatever you like, so why not check out the kitchen, I'm sure the staff would like that."
As grandpa made this suggestion, I nodded in agreement that if I was going to live here from now. I should check out the kitchen and make some improvements. I can't wait to customize the place.
"Okay! I think I'll do that for today but first training. Mai, is there any place I can practice?"
"Yes Young Master, but are you sure? you just ate, don't you want to rest a little?"
"Hmm but After sleeping in that soft bed, I really want to move around a little." not to mention. I had experienced mana… I really want to test my capabilities now.

After hearing from all of them, I moved along with Mai to our backyard. In the far back end, I saw a place that was prepared for training. The ground was hard too, so I didn't have to think about destroying the grass.
"This is Masters practice space, you can practice here whenever you want." so my gramps was the one who practiced here... it was rough... all around I could see huge slash marks...
"Hmm it's a good practice ground, all right, I will start… Are you going to be here too?"
"Yes I shall be present at a corner, summon me whenever you need anything, Young master."
Saying so she moved to a corner which looked like it was made for maids to wait.
So I nodded and started concentrating on the training. I trained everyday while in the Wilderness too, so It had become one of my daily chores. Gramps and granny trained me the last 2 years daily, so by now I had little to learn from them. I had earned every little detail they taught me, I did come to understand that my learning capabilities in this body was really overwhelming...

I had made a protocol where the system remembered all of my fighting movements and it would control my body besides me. This protocol will be able to make my muscle memory more refined and since the system is also a part of me, It's experiences also help me grow because it assists me in many movements. In many ways I share this body with the System now and with protocols like these, I can make the full use of her. although it's not like the system can fight in my place, but it's useful.
Since the metamorphosis had been done, the system had gotten full control over my body and mind so it could do these types of things, although I was still more towards handling the outsides of my body where the system handled my inner workings and my spiritual powers.. I could also analyze new things.
Since my first life, I had only watched boxing related combats, so I was more used to seeing it. I let the system recall those memories and learn those boxing moves.
{Answer: Host has obtained a half spiritual body from the metamorphosis. As such, spirit magic can be used which doesn't need the host to wield mana, spiritual entities will be needed as the catalyst to use magic from now on.

{Answer: Host could use void magic because there isn't any high spirit who is reigning over it for the moment, but if host wants to use high level elemental magics, the host needs to make a contract with each of the high level spirits for best performance.}
So does that mean, I can't use any fire, earth, water or wind spells right now?
{Affirmative, host can now only generate small quantities of each element. Any of the complex elements can not be used.}
Complex elements are the elements which need two elements to merge with each other to make a new element appear, like lightning. granny did teach me about the fundamentals, but I think I already knew those...
Now what about the spiritual body you mentioned before?
After my metamorphosis was completed, the system had said something about my body too, so it has to be connected to this same spirit stuff.
{Answer: Host has control over hosts spiritual energy, the spirit energy inside hosts body can't be manipulated like spirits do, but it can be used in many ways to enhance the body and stay at peak health condition. Because of spirit energy, the host should always have host's stamina recovered even after the natural recovery from host's own body, but using spirit magic even with high spirits will start to drain your spirit energy so this effect will not last when using spirit magic for long periods. Thus hosts reserves for spirit energy need to be bigger. Being able to hold more spirit energy would make host stronger in many ways.}
Hmm got it. Then enhance my body with spirit energy. Let's see if the enhancement is something overwhelming.
{Answer: Spirit energy can be used to enhance body in many ways;
1 : Making all senses more perceptive. This is a passive use and is currently used all the time.
2 : Enhancing all types of recovery abilities (Can even be used to nullify any taken damage at high consumption of spirit energy.) As of now, the spirit energy is not sufficient enough to heal deathly wounds. At best it can delay death.
3 : Enhancing Base strength of the body by many folds. This ability is an active skill which can be used until spirit energy is exhausted.
4 : Ability to get a 7th sense (Host has to fulfill some conditions)= Information insufficient.

Okay let me see the 2nd one, activate it and see my consumption of spirit energy while fighting at full power.

I could feel it. all this time while I was thinking of spiritual energy and listening about it, I was moving and shadow practicing moving at full strength. I had let go of my body and I was getting a little slower. It had been over an Hour since I had started and I hadn't stopped in the meantime.
As My stamina was obviously dwindling a little but after activating the 2nd spirit ability, I started to get rejuvenated even while moving and my speed had increased. my body felt even lighter, and every bone and cell in my body felt like they were stretching out themselves for the first time. but something felt wrong too.
I felt pricking needles over my body like small needles were pinching my whole body. I had felt much worse pain but this pain was something else. Like I was getting destroyed and healed at the same time . I felt numb. I think my brain was also going through the same treatment.

In my 2nd life, I had met a fighter. He had told me there was a way a fighter could get stronger even if he had not been blessed with many fighting abilities. It was to use your body cell by cell to improve everything in it. by continuing to over use the cells, your body will get destroyed. Every time it gets rebuilt while you rested, your body will become stronger and stronger. But he had also said that not every cell could be used all the time, so no one had really given this technique much thought and it was shelved as untrainable. It was more like a fantasy technique.
But now... maybe with the system's control over my whole body, I can make that Training possible. Hmm but that pain makes it really hard to concentrate on other things. I have to find a way to use this ability continuously. It would probably take a lot of time to improve from this technique too.
The system had already turned off the spirit remodeling process so the prickling sensation was gone and my stamina was getting filled up as well. It seemed that if I only used the recovery ability to recover my stamina it didn't need much energy.
Right now I could sense my spirit power, it was coursing through my body. it was just like mana, but I could also see that it had so much more to it. If mana was considered a normal fire source, then I could say that the spirit energy was a condensed mass of heat, so it also had to be used in a very collective way.
Everything in the world has its own spirit power inside it, but the power can't be used by normal means, so I can say in the human kingdom, I might be the only one to use it.
"haah ! That was refreshing." I stopped after 3 hours of constant practicing. In the last moments I pushed my speed and strength even more to exert more power. It burned my stamina like hell and I could see many blood veins throbbing, but in a minute, it all went back to normal. My spirit healing was on it already. With this I had also checked that I had an inhuman healing ability or rather a recovery ability.
It seems that I can enhance my battle capabilities with Spirit energy enhancement but it won't let me enhance my abilities over my body's limits. If it does, then the stamina consumption would increase… I see now.. Spirit energy is really something valuable... and it has more means of uses than mana too...
"Young master here, some water." Mai was still here. As soon as she saw me stop, she rushed in and gave me a glass of water, she seemed to be in a daze. Maybe she had gotten bored by waiting so long. I had definitely trained for 3 hours or more but what can I say, I had to get hold of the power I could use right now. if I used the spirit energy then maybe I could get more strength but still I needed to be powerful all the time not just some limited time boost ability.
"Sorry to make you wait so long, you know you could have rested too, wasn't it boring to just stare at me while I practiced?" Yes that's right, she was looking at me the whole time I was training. At first I had gotten a little weirded out but I just adjusted because I thought it was one of Granny's weird pieces of advice.
"Wh wh wh wh wh What! Young master, you saw me stare at you the whole time?!" She got flustered as she stuttered to say her piece.
"Hmm, yeah, I could sense anything that's happening near me, so I saw a pair of eyes looking at me the whole time." I said to her, returning the now empty glass.
"Young master, I must say, I couldn't even see you moving. I just saw your after images and the air that was pushed back by your fists." She tried to get past the current subject, so I took the bait and moved on too. As we chatted our way to the mansion again, I smelt a nice fragrance. Something really delicious was being cooked.
"Mai lets go, I smell something good."
"No no no young master, you had a very rough training, so bath first then anything else"
As I had started to go to the place where the fine smell was coming from, I was dragged by Mai to the bath. Well I also liked relaxing baths so I followed suit. At this point Mai felt more like a big sister to me. After another stimulating bath which went even harder and harder every time I was trying to suppress myself. I finally went to the table to have something to eat.
After getting a hold of what I could do, it was already time to think of moving on. I need to make a base for myself. My grandparents were big shots for sure, but I don't want to be under their name. I want people to come for me for my own worth. As such it was time to think of making assets.
